Our very private villa is located on the ocean with 180 degree views of the stunning turquoise Caribbean sea. View the breath -taking sunsets from the private pool deck. Watch boats and cruise ships pass by while enjoying your favourite cocktail. This is the perfect location to relax, refresh and reflect. Whether it is family time, a couples getaway or a few friends reconnecting, our villa is guaranteed to make this a memorable vacation, and will have you wanting to come back time after time.

We have three large bedrooms all of equal size, each with its own complete bathroom. Our housekeeper provides service six days a week, and is loved by everyone who visits. She makes this truly a home away from home. The villa has air conditioning throughout, should you not want to take advantage of the tropical breezes that flow off the ocean. Open plan living/ dining area with views of the ocean. White board vaulted ceilings throughout gives the villa a cool spacious, Caribbean feel.

Villa Libre' is in a beautiful community of 17 villas. Its central location to shops, restaurants, beaches and even a casino, makes it an ideal location to spend a vacation. 37 beaches are all within a short driving distance away. Known as the 'culinary island' the numerous restaurants are sure to cater to any and every palette.

The villa has recently been COMPLETELY RENOVATED. Large new pool deck, with electric awnings for afternoon shade. Wireless internet and long distance calling is included. We also provide you with a local cell phone, and can assist you with finding competitive car rental rates, for your convenience.

Super fantastic house

The house has stunning views of the sea. It very tastefully done with all the amenities and is close to a bunch of restaurants and supermarkets. We had an excellent time at the house. Highly recommended.

As advertised and owners are amazing. Hosts gave excellent tips to help with navigating island and make most of our stay. I also can't say enough about the excellent views and location. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Amazing Stay

This place was amazing, the location is incredible! (Hard to find at first). My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. If I return to SXM, I will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again.

Beautiful and spacious villa! The deck can’t be beat. Hosts provided lots of helpful information about the area. Close to great places to eat and a grocery store to stock up the kitchen with. Truly a friendly island; really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

We loved the Pelican Cove villa! The owner, Michelle, sent us a welcome letter with helpful information from how to get to the villa to what to do while we were on the island. Best location and view on the island!

Beautiful villa overlooking the water. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were perfect for our family. Villa was very well equipped. From morning coffee to sunset cocktails outside on the deck, you will not want to leave.

Wonderful trip in Saint Maarten

After a long 2020 with limited travel this was a wonderful trip. The house is in a great location easy to walk to grocery, restaurants and stores. The owners were great to work with considering we had to adjust our travel due to flight changes. Marion is wonderful she met at the house when we arrived and checked on us throughout are stay to see if we needed anything!! Overall 👍🏻👍🏻 If you are going to Saint Maarten.

Beyond wonderful stay

Second time staying here at this property. Incredible does not begin to describe it. Marion is wonderful and communication with property owner Michelle was easy and seamless. Can not wait to return again. Relaxing time with friends and family. Pictures do not do the home justice!! 5 stars.

Relaxing, amazing, and greatly appointed home.

Great view, location, and perfect pool, sundeck, and outdoor relaxing area. Owner did not cut corners on appointments, renovations, interior, bathrooms, or internet communications and television channels. A kitchen full of appliances, cooking utensils, silverware and serving settings. I look forward to renting this unit many times in the future.

We love the Villa from the moment we walked in the door.

This is a very well appointed and well kept villa. The scenery is breathtaking! The ability to walk around town was goodis, we enjoyed the surrounding area. Our only suggestion is maybe there could be three more barstools so that six people could eat inside at the same time and 1 more sofa/chair in the living room so 6 could watch TV in the evening, after a beautiful day and evening outside. ~other than that it was everything we wanted in our vacation. Spectacular View and Perfect Sunsets

We loved everything about this property. The owners communicated with us every time we had a question. We were so thankful for the booklet of ideas they gave us with places to see, eat, and any other information we needed- very thorough. Such a beautiful place- roomy - perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen is well equipped with everything. The house cleaner, Marion , is very helpful and comes a few times throughout the week. You really cannot beat the ocean view and the sunsets. The patio and pool are perfect! Great location- a bit tricky the first time in the dark - for check in- but easy after that. We would love to come back. Highly recommend.

If you're trying to decide if you should choose Ville Libre, think no more, DO IT! The property is absolutely beautiful and gives you all of the comforts of home, plus some. The view, the view, the view. If youre looking for a serene and relaxing atmosphere, this is it. Michelle and Anton are amazing owners. They respond quickly and provide a fully comprehensive guide giving several recommendations on where to go, what to see, restaurants, etc. The housekeeper, Marion, is a gem and there for whatever is needed. We have already decided that Villa Libre will be our go to home whenever we visit the island. We loved it!

Breathtaking Views!

The property is as pictured and described....Absolutely Gorgeous! It was 6 of us on a Girls Trip and the villa was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen has everything a chef needs (we actually hired one and he didn't ask for a single thing).The best part for us was the sitting on the lanai and taking in the view, which is spectacular! We enjoyed everything about the place and would definitely book it again. Recommendations: 1.Leave a beach towel for each guest (the master had 2 and the other bedrooms only had 1). 2.Having a mosquito repellent coils would be nice so that you can sit outside in the evening without getting eaten alive....lol..

Can’t beat the view

Furniture was different from website, although comfortable. There is no deck umbrella, however, we found the retractable awnings over deck and pool a very welcome feature! Pool was very clean and plenty of lounging options on deck. Deck was the perfect morning coffee spot, breeze and views. The house floor plan works well and sliding doors open easily . Kitchen well supplied with beautiful dishes, glassware serving platters and cutlery for large group, found the basic kitchen spices lacking for food prep, AC worked perfectly for our hot week and ceiling fans well placed kept us very comfortable inside and out. Lovely neighborhood to walk and enjoy fabulous island flora and fauna. Convenient to many restaurants. We especially enjoyed French restaurants. Marion was a delight to meet. A memorable week spent here.

The Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I just stayed at Villa Libre for our 10 year wedding anniversary… and we had the BEST stay. Truly. The pictures of the villa are beautiful, but it’s even more beautiful in person. Every room is the villa is spacious and well-kept. There are three huge bedrooms with bathrooms attached to each. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, appliances, etc. There is a grill on the patio with seating to look out and enjoy the breathtaking views while enjoying your meal. Around the bend after the grill & table are ample lounges and the pool. We spent hours just taking in the views from that patio. Absolutely stunning. The villa itself is not that far from dining, bars, beaches, and things to do. Anton and Michelle were great to speak with leading up to our vacation. The welcome packet is awesome and offers a lot of great insight! Marion, the housekeeper, is one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. She truly wanted us to enjoy our stay and we enjoyed speaking to her so much. You can tell she loves what she does and takes deep pride into keeping the house in tip-top shape. It was truly a lovely place to stay and we hope one day we will be able to return.

Truly perfect!

Our stay was so wonderful! Everything was so beautiful and comfortable! The owners are incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They are very eager to help. The on site management is outstanding. Marion is a gem and I felt so connected with her, she is a dear person. We also interacted with a tech person and the pool caretaker, both of which also were extremely professional, efficient and friendly! We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back! Having your own private pool on the oceanfront deck, one can be tempted to succumb to 'sand gravity', as referred to by the local residents. Sitting on the lounger and watching the boats sail by, enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail, it is the ultimate place to relax and rejuvenate. A short stroll into Simpson Bay you will find everything from the local bakery with fresh croissants daily, to the healthy 'Top Carrot' option for fresh juices and snacks. The local supermarket has new produce daily, should you decide to eat in on your own patio. Piano Bars, Casino, or the local Beach bar all provide evening entertainment and are within walking distance.
