Remodeled Condo w/ FREE WiFi, Parking, Heated Pool, Hot Tubs, Skier Shuttles

Beautiful ground-floor, 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Great rental for families!

Definitely a cozy mountain retreat with great amenities. The back door is steps away from the pool and hot tub, which is awesome!

We agree that it is fantastic to have real live people that are knowledgeable and happy to help suggest restaurants, best happy hours and maybe even a deal or two for some ski rentals or discounts at our favorite liquor store. Good Value & Convenient

The shuttle service made getting to the slopes easy as it takes you to the Riverside Gondola. We would stay there again for the value.

Great stay at Beaver Creek West condos

We had a group of 12 that had three rooms at the condo. Accommodations were great, check-in was wonderful and we really enjoyed our full week! We will all plan to stay at Beavercreek West condos again if we go back to the Denver area for skiing.

Long Weekend in Avon

Had a great 3 day stay with family. Property was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities needed to settle in over the weekend. Located walking distance to anywhere in the city, and we enjoyed only being a few minutes away from the lake. Would recommend.

Nice hearing you were able to enjoy the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great amenities that save you some cash from paying for parking at the resorts. Ian and Steve were our drivers again this year and they are full of knowledge. Our hot tubs are always a nice relaxing and soothing way to end your ski day. Convenient and clean

Nice stay, easy access to shuttles to Beaver Creek.

Property is close to everything, restaurants, Walmart, easy access to shuttles to Beaver Creek Resort. Nice comfortable stay, our only recommendation is it needs an update. New linens, pillows, carpet and decor could use some refreshing to brighten up the place.

Great Location for Beaver Creek and Vail. Shuttles out of property were great, no need to use car once at property. Walking distance to great pizza and beverages. Heat pool, hot tube, and sauna great. Would book again.

Relaxing pad when needed.

Had everything we needed between golfing destinations on a busy weekend. We had a lovely pool and hot tub virtually out our back door. We were also only a few steps away from a small recreational lake. Area restaurants were of a great variety. Overall was a great stay and next time we would look to a longer stay!!

The town of Avon boasts that we are the Heart of the Valley , which is evident when you are trying to play golf at a few courses in the valley, this location makes it easy to get everywhere around the valley. Also glad you were able to get out and enjoy some of the great restaurants in town and yes Nottingham Pack has a great lake and beach with lots of other cool stuff going on all summer long. Perfect Location!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We walked everywhere because the location was great. It was awesome having the lake right outside our door and the pool was just steps away as well. The owner was great and answered all of our questions within minutes. She went above and beyond to help us. We have stayed here previously and will definitely be back.

Yes, I definitely agree that the location is close to everything in Avon such as restaurants, shops, bars and all kinds of activities. We are right next to Nottingham Park which has a lake and sand beach, which is the ideal location to hang out in the summer or to ice skate in the winter. Great access to mountain

Close to gondola, can walk (12 min) but shuttles run frequently so really no need. Hot tub was cold when used first time but talked to front desk and they fixed immediately, very friendly and responsive. Location is great but you pretty much will have to drive if you want to eat out at anywhere besides Bobs (which is a great place to eat at).

We agree the free skier shuttle (to Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas) that BC West provides it's guests is a great benefit and super convenient. There are many restaurant that are walk-able or easily accessed by the free restaurant shuttle that runs through Avon (and stops right by BCW condos) every evening, sorry to hear that you did ask our full time front desk staff for some more restaurant info as they could have explained how easy it is to get around our little town and the 15 restaurants that are located with in a 1 mile radius. Next time give us a call and you can speak to a live person about all that is going on in Avon. We hope yu can come back and stay with again. Safe travels.

Yes the free skier shuttles to both Vail and Beaver Creek are a very popular amenity here at Beaver Creek West. We are glad you were able to enjoy this fantastic service for our guests. Nottingham Park which is located just a few steps from here has walking paths, and in summer has a swim beach, lake and all kinds of park activities. Happy to see you were able to get out in January and have a nice walk around the area. Sorry you personally didn't like the mattress and pillow in the condo, it's always tough to meet everyone's individual likes and dislikes. Great location and accommodations! Great staff!!

The only glitch was it was dark when we arrived & the parking lot was blocked off. We walked around before we were able to find a way in. Thank God there was a gentleman helping another renter in and he was very helpful, assisting us on where to park. It was a fantastic spot for our siblings to enjoy Colorado. Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you!!

Great Location

Our stay was great! A few minor things about the condo that we didn’t notice the last time we stayed were the bed skirt in Master bedroom were ripped and parts were just laying on the floor, shelf was broken off in shower and we killed a lot of large ants in the bedrooms. We had to get extra garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent because it wasn’t stocked, that was probably something the cleaning crew didn’t realize they were low on. The owner was great and answered previous questions quickly. This is a great location walking distance to everything. The lake is right out the back door, which is great.

Best location!

If I could give location 10 stars I would!! We literally didn’t get in the car after arriving for our stay. We walked or biked everywhere—my idea of a perfect vacation! The pool, playground, lake, free bus stop, restaurants, grocery store, gym, library, everything is so accessible even for a family with little kids and babies. Our condo was on the ground floor which is super nice with little kids, they played in the yard/common space out back. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciate the fact that it was nicely decorated, but didn’t have a lot of little knickknacks for kids to get into. To be honest we didn’t spend much time in the condo because it’s Avon! There’s SO much to do outside in every season. That’s why location is my number one priority when looking for a place to stay!

Rude / Poor management and protect your things

The location is in great proximity to the lake, the Rec center, library, and not far from shopping, and a short drive to beaver creek village. The outside of this place is ok, but not amazing. The unit itself was clean and comfortable but had a few maintenance items that should be addressed. The weather stripping under the door was hanging on by 1 end and made the door difficult to close (I informed the staff and they just cut the stripping off instead of fixing it which made the unit colder). The dryer was not connected to the wall and I was going to reconnect it but the hose was torn so I informed the office and they didn’t fix it during our stay. The master bath has a cosmetic issue with the time where it had obviously broken off prior to our stay. And the front door does not have a dead bolt, if that is a security preference of yours. The management office was less than stellar. We checked in and the guy gave my wife a hard time and was incredibly rude. When the person checking in before her asked where her unit was, he walked her through the alphabet which was ridiculous and condescending. Lastly, we gathered our belongings to check out and intentionally left a few items on the counter because we planned to return before checkout time to use the restroom, refill water bottles and such before hitting the road. We returned before checkout time and the items were gone and someone was cleaning the room. We attempted to ask the person cleaning where the items were but she did not speak enough English so we went to the front office. The front office said that they thought we were gone so they went in and started cleaning. (Historically as a courtesy I have informed the front desk that I was out of the unit if it was earlier than check out time). They then stated that they did not have the items. We told them we had to run a couple errands and expected our items to be located and returned to us. Upon return several items had been turned in by the maintenance man, but a Yeti had not been returned. I asked the guy in the front desk where the Yeti was and he went and got his manager. The manager responded in a condescending manner stating that we can file a complaint with the manager the next day. I messaged the manager and she said they are looking for the item and then has not responded since. The response is unacceptable. Protect your stuff and expect them to be rude. .

Thank you for letting us know about the maintenance items. They were taken care of after your departure. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with my long term front desk manager. He has worked with me for approximately 20 years and most guests love him. I will have a chat with him about your review of his interaction with him. I know your wife was very upset, however, it was disappointing that she called him names at the front desk that were derogatory. Guests leave items in the condos quit frequently. In addition, the majority of guests don't check out at the front desk. When housekeeping checks a condo and do not see luggage, then they start cleaning and remove any forgotten items. I'm sorry that they made this assumption in your case. I did get back with you on the missing yeti mug. I trust my housekeeping and maintenance team implicitly and none of them said they remember seeing it. In the effort of good will, I refunded to you the cost to purchase a new mug. I'm sorry you had a disappointing experience with my staff. The vast majority of our guests have a great stay with positive reviews which you can read about on Vrbo. In earlier correspondence, you seemed content with getting refunded. I sincerely hope this review was written before those conversations. I apologize that your stay was not up to the expectations of your family.

Hello, we love a man of few words AND FIVE stars. Thanks for the nice review, we appreciate that you took the time to let us know that our two-bedroom condo D1 at Beaver Creek West was "great"! Was it great because it's an awesome ground level unit? Was it great because the free skier shuttle picks you just outside your door? Was it great because of the three hot tubs for after skier use? Or was it great because it was an awesome price for a very nice condo? With so many options it's hard to say what exactly was great, but we are glad you choose BCW and we hope you can come back and stay with us again. Cheers and safe travels?

Great Location, Nice Setup

The condo is in a great location to ski Beaver Creek with a complimentary shuttle and a easy 15 min drive to Vail. Comfortable unit and great convenience for the hot tub and pool facilities after a long day of skiing.

Yes, the free skier shuttle at BCW is awesome and so convenient to get to Vail or Beaver Creek easily and no parking fees at the resort. This comfortable, well stocked unit is very popular and yes, it's a nice short walk to the hot tubs after a long day of skiing. Those hot tubs are a popular amenity, especially after skiing!! We got right on the shuttle to the lifts and it was close to restaurants and groceries. The condo had everything we needed to have a very pleasant ski vacation. A local friend brought burgers and we grilled out. Very nice

Awesome condo - would book again!

We had a great visit! The front desk was very helpful upon arrival and the condo is conveniently located in Avon - between Vail and Beaver Creek. Restaurants only a 10 min walk. We'll definitely try to come back during ski season!

Excellent choice for skiers and their company

Our company was 2 adults, a grand-ma and a 17 y.o. girl. Not everyone is skiing, but we all enjoyed our stay at Condos-excellent location, very convenient shuttle service, super friendly personnel. Management was very supportive, they gave us very useful tips, all our requests were met with enthusiasm, and kindness. Thank you guys, well be back!
