Delightful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo with pool and tennis courts at Regency Towers #404E.

This condo has direct Gulf views from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, private master bath and access to the balcony. The living area offers good seating, flat screen television and sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. The guest bedroom has twin beds and shares a bath with the living area.

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided for guest enjoyment. Property amenities include onsite outdoor pool, elevator and tennis court. Entertainment, dining and shopping are just a short distance away.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Just steps to the beach and the view from the balcony is beautiful and amazing! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. I would rent this unit again because i thought it was an excellent value. I would have liked to find the balcony and furniture a little tidier as I had to clean and sweep up a lot of sand first thing. Also, the legs on the dining chairs were loose so we were afraid to use 2 of them; I would suggest someone looking into that. Other than that, it was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We have been to a lot of beaches and condos, but this has been the best one yet, if you want o lay on the beach and chill all day and eat, this is it! The room was clean and comfortable for everyone. I would like to say that the should let you turn the air down further, some people just get hot at night but besides that it was a perfect place right in the beach!

Great stay!! The condo just needs a deep cleaning. Sink in master was clogged and toilet tank lid has black mold. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Building maintenance workers were friendly, helpful, and hard working.

Wonderful property

Beautiful view from our condo! Nice newer chairs (than those in the picture) of the large resin composite and very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable-steps to the beach. Staff very friendly Would definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PBH was very nice and friendly. I needed to change rooms and they worked with me to make it happen. The condo was good too. It did need a few updates like the tracks for the master bedroom closet doors was in very bad shape. The rust made it difficult to open and close. The bed was very comfortable. I am very picky about the bed I sleep in and this one was great! The actual outdoor furniture is NOT what is shown in the picture either. Overall was a very good experience. Would stay again.

Overall we had a great stay. Just a few suggestions to enhance the comfort of future visitors: provide more bath and hand towels, fix the ice maker in the refrigerator. Also, the people in the condo next door left a dog alone in the condo. Poor thing howled all day for several days. We felt sorry for the dog.

Beautiful view of Gulf and Pensacola

The condo was very home feeling. I would definitely consider this property again. The view of the Gulf was enchanting and the sand was as beautiful as the water. Having the ability to have a kitchen to make and reheat meals was a plus as well. The property owners were on top of any extra needs we needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the area around.

Gulf coast trip

Condo was great, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Ice maker was broken and we had to have a repair man come in the first night and he wasn’t able to fix it. Other than that no hiccups.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. The Condo was in a great location with easy beach access. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. I liked the fact there was carpet in the approach to the unit to catch sand. There were also rugs placed at doorways which is a huge help for trapping sand. There seemed to be a shortage of luggage carts and I wish there was a keypad lock vs keys but those are small inconveniences for what was a wonderful stay for us. This was our first time using Paradise Beach Homes and the folks at the office were friendly and helpful. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this company.

A wonderful three weeks

Our condo was clean, comfortable well supplied with incidental items. Steps away from the wonderful beach that we had an amazing view of from the balcony. The property is well isolated from noise and traffic and yet less than a 5 minute drive from the heart of Pensacola Beach. The grounds, common areas and pool were extremely well maintained by a very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was never an issue. During our visit the other guests were quiet, friendly and considerate. If you want a pleasant stay with a beautiful beach, this is your place.

There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided in the closet. The condo itself had tons of space for our family of four. It was clean and quiet. There were enough kitchen supplies available if you wanted to make a few meals. We would recommend this condo for a beach vacation!

Would suggest new shower rods as tops of them are rusted. A new toaster as can not read the dials. Shower in masterbath may need a new spout as water was filling the tub while taking a shower. Overall would come back and recommend to others.

The room has a great view of the beach and includes everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The master bed is very comfortable which is important when staying for a month. Perfect

The condo was perfect for our family. We had our 21 month old and it was very safe here for her. The balcony rail is the best. No bars to worry about. It towered over my daughters head which was piece of mind. I loved the view of the 4th floor! The condo has a closet full of things to beach chairs to floatys etc we had to buy a baby gate for the kitchen and we left it there for the next person. It was very baby friendly. The loving room floor is hard but we had no issues with this. Id stay here again. It's away from everyone and away from restaurants but walmart delivers here so you really dont have to leave. The pool was the best one we have swam in because of the temperature. Its just right all the time. Its nicely heated and I was there in August. Ive stayed in dozens of condos in florida and this one was one of our favorites! The condo kitchen is very well stocked too tons of dishes and they provided laundry soap too and that usually never happens. The pictures are accurate. You wouldn't regret this booking.
