Best stay in PV!

Our six weeks here were truly wonderful! The Mexican decor was bright and cheerful and made us smile every time we walked through the front door. As others have said, the views are spectacular and warm ocean breezes cool the unit on most days. Anything we needed was immediately attended to by the wonderful Diego, Adriana and of course Elisa, who kept the condo so clean and welcoming. We would love to return.

Awesome Condo

My friend and I just spent in week at this wonderful condo. It is very comfortable and has a great view! The two restaurant's that are in walking distance were both very good and the walk to old town is only about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks so much!

Great Alta Vista location

The condo is lovely, comfortable, and well decorated. Great beds and showers. The building is well maintained and quiet - the sound of cicadas and lizards in the large trees outside is wonderful in the evening. The property manager and concierge could not have been nicer. Responses to messages were very prompt and helpful. Cleaning service was great as well. During our two-week stay we particularly enjoyed shopping at the local markets, cooking, and having meals and drinks on the wonderful large balcony while watching the sunset. We made use of the large TVs. The condo location is a very short walk to the markets, the beach, or many bars/restaurants and shops. Fantastic neighborhood. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Senior Circuit

This location is high on the hill with expansive views of the water and city! A beautiful stairway takes you right down into town where there are lots of restaurants, bars with live music, markets and shopping! A great location! Unfortunately, a very large building is currently being built which does obstruct a sunset view. During the weekday day there is a lot of construction noise that starts about 8 a.m. and goes till close to 6 p.m. We did find it interesting to watch the workers while we enjoyed the comfortable patio and pool! This apartment is beautiful! So many authentic Mexican touches! Too many to name! The kitchen was well equipped with bright colored table service. Everything you might need has been considered! The beds were very comfortable. The showers had lots of water pressure with plenty of hot water! The neighbors in the building were very friendly too!

Great Stay!

The place was spacious, clean, and decorated with a classical Mexican flair. Big kitchen with all appliances. Beautiful, large, deck that overlooks old town, and Banderas Bay. The large Soho condo in front of Condomino Cielo does block a bit of that view. Also, when we were there (beginning of January) the sun gets blocked by it when sitting at the pool around 4-4:15PM. The pool area is nice and quiet. The owners and tenants are very friendly. There is a beautiful, brand new, Weber BBQ in the pool area. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (El Palomar/Serrano's/Casa Isabel). There is a water jug dispenser in the condo. When approaching empty, we contacted Adriana, and she had someone bring up a replacement jug. There is a security door to get into the complex. Access is gained via a fob, attached to the condo keychain. If you have never been to Condomino Cielo before, when Uber-ing/taxi-ing to it, there will be a steep hill on your left as you approach the El Palomar Restaurant. You will need to go down that hill to get to the condo. It is the only one at the bottom of that hill.

Spacious, colorful, spectacular view from inside condo or from balcony

We had a wonderful 19-day stay at this property, part of the time with just the two of us in the master suite, part with a dear friend who used the guest bedroom & bath. The condo is spacious! The kitchen is large, and well stocked with pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, drinking ware. Large bedrooms open directly onto the balcony, as does the living/dining space, so you never have to miss the gorgeous view. Even see the Bay from the kitchen! The view is of Romántica, Centro, and Banderas Bay as far north as you can see. The view is obstructed only toward the southern part of the Bay, by a high rise currently under construction. Our stay was late Feb to early March so we hardly used a/c. We opened balcony doors, and main door (barred gate) for a lovely cross breeze. Location is on the mountain side of the highway. Walk down to Joe Jack’s Fish Shack in Romántica in about 12 minutes. We always got a ride back, but it would be walkable for many folks. Our property contacts were very responsive and pleasant. Very minor maintenance needs — such as a light bulb out, and a clog in the washer intake hose — were taken care of promptly & with a smile.

Great location and view

A beautiful view and excellent location for accessing the best part of Puerto Vallarta - Zona Romantica. I liked the walk down about 200 steps and back up twice a day. It was my trip to the gym. Otherwise an inexpensive Uber or taxi would do it for you. The unit is nicely decorated in a traditional Mexican decor and well stocked for living comfortably. The terrace is where I spent the majority of my time watching the constant activity of city life and enjoying the feel and sounds of urban living. It is urban living, so be prepared for some noise/sounds of urban living. I enjoyed it because that's what I came for. A new high rise stole some of the view, but there is plenty left to enjoy. One good thing about the high rise is that it shaded what can be brutal afternoon sunshine and heat. The maid service and bottled water service was a nice plus and Adriana, the local agent was on top of every thing I needed, although there was very little that I needed other than water bottle replacements. Omar checked me in and out and that too went very smoothly. Nice neighbors who were helpful and friendly. A great experience and I have already booked for next year.

Beautiful condo.Location is perfect as it's up on hill but really only a 5-7 minute walk to downtown area. The view is fantastic and the staff very helpful
