Our gorgeous pond front home is available for your next family vacation. Relax and enjoy over 140 feet of pond frontage on Great Pond with spectacular views from the large elevated deck off the entire back of the house. Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, pedal boating- all right from the backyard! It's just a short stroll to the bike path, Windmill, Eastham Superette, library and less than one mile to First Encounter Bay Beach.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 and comes complete with air conditioning, free wireless internet and digital cable. We have recently updated both indoor and outdoor furniture, televisions, flooring and decor. There is also a large cedar outdoor shower!! We offer a fully finished basement with half bathroom, large sectional couch, flat screen smart TV and multi-game table with pool, ping pong and air hockey.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and large seating capacity for family meals and game time -all with spectacular views of the pond from the wall of windows along the kitchen and dining area. There is a coffee maker (both regular and single serve pods), blender, crock pot, toaster oven and more.

There is a spacious family room with a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player and new for 2014- a large comfortable sectional sofa. There is a cabinet filled with board games, puzzles, cards and assorted DVD's for your enjoyment. Double sliders lead out to an expansive furnished deck with full views of Great Pond. There is plenty of seating for dining and relaxing as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

In the garage, there are some bikes and helmets available for use as well as 4 kayaks and a paddle board with life jackets for hours of fun on the pond. At the shore, there is a 5 person pedal boat for your enjoyment.

The private master suite encompasses the entire second floor with more beautiful pond views and a private bath. There is a king size bed, ceiling fan and 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has been newly remodeled in 2021 with a large glass standing shower and 2 vanities.

There are 2 main floor bedrooms with plush carpet. One room has bunk beds, the other has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have quality bedding and pillows. The downstairs bathroom has been remodeled and has a full size tub/shower combo, new tile, vanity and toilet.

Our home is available to families only, with adults over the age of 25- no young groups. Sheets and towels are not provided.

There are NO Pets Allowed and absolutely NO smoking.

Reserve your week now. Half the rental amount will be due at the time of reservation and rental balance and a security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
