My Rental Homes - Casa Giulio with marvelous, equipped terrace and sea view

Casa Giulio is located in the small village of Praiano on the Amalfi coast, at about 900 m. from the center town and it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
The property can be accessed by walking about 40 steps (150 meters from the road). If you have a car it can be parked on the communal street borders at around 300 meters, or in a private parking (at extra cost). You can reach the centre of Praiano on foot by walking along a stone path, climbing down for 5 minutes (about 200 steps). In the village centre you will find restaurants, bars, food stores, shops etc…
However you can also use the local bus to and from the center, that connects the towns of Positano and Praiano during spring and summer and that will drive you to the coastal beaches as well.
Casa Giulio can accommodate up to 6 people, it is on two levels that are connected by both and indoor and an outdoor staircase.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting-room with access to one of the two terraces provided with table and chairs and from where you will enjoy a beautiful sea-view.
Two bedrooms are on the lower floor, while a third bedroom is on the upper floor. This further bedroom is provided with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The plus of this property is the marvelous terrace on the upper floor, partly shaded by a pergola, that is equipped with sun beds, two tables with chairs and an external shower. Here you can enjoy the most of the time, sunbathing or having a meal admiring the amazing view over Positano, the main square of Praiano, the Mediterranean sea and the island of Capri.
Finally the property has free Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, while winter heating is available in the whole property.

Praiano is a lovely village situated in the Amalfi coast between Positano and Amalfi. This small seaside resort has retained its original aspect of a quiet fishing village and it is an ideal starting point for a vacation on the Amalfi Coast, as the other destinations can be easily reached from here, by bus or boat, since it is well connected to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi by the regional SITA bus and by ferries as well.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 5 nights, arrival-departure days flexible

A refundable security deposit of € 250 will be required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Bed linens and bath towels included in the rental price.
Extra cost:
City tax: € 3,00 per person per day up to 7 days (children under 10 are exempt).
Parking: available on request to book in advance (from 20 € per day)
