House was clean and comfortable with nice pool and dock to tie our boat. Lots of counter space in kitchen. Teri was a wonderful host with excellent communication. Driveway is challenging if you have a boat but this was mentioned in the description. Overall would highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at this property, and it continues to exceed expectations. The house is extremely clean, the views are gorgeous, and the location is perfect for quick river access and grabbing supplies. The dock and cleaning station were well maintained and made our days on the water easy. Inside, the beds and blankets were so comfortable—it truly feels like a welcoming home away from home.

What incredible stay at Casa Del Sol. We travel frequently and I always travel with "what I might need". During this visit we needed nothing (hair dryer was needed in master bathroom). Kitchen provided everything we needed including decent fry pans and big pots. All little things were also available from laundry soap, dish washer soap, hand soap, dish soap to name a few kitchen items. House also provided pool towels, and ample bathroom towels for our group of five. All bedrooms had king size beds, so perfect for adult groups. The one bedroom off the master was an adjoining room with sliding doors and required going through the master bedroom to use the bathroom. Home was especially clean and welcoming along with communications prior to our stay with our host. Highly recommend and we will be back

We really do try to think of everything. I looked into the missing blow dryer and it was located. It should have been there for your stay, and I assure you that it will be there for your next stay. The house was everything it was advertised to be. Super clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Teri was super easy to communicate with and quickly addressed any issues we shared with her. While she can’t control the weather, our weather was perfect during our stay. The access to the Gulf and springs was very convenient by boat. Boat docking was sufficient for two boats. The pool was clean which we enjoyed daily. The kitchen had lots of utensils and our family divided those duties so not everyone had to cook each night! Perfect stay!! Our second at Casa del Sol. Hopefully we’ll be back!!!

The house and location is a dream come true. Clean, neat, spacious for our family. The pool was clean and plenty of sitting/tanning area. The dock area was clean and well taken care of. Our last morning ended with 3 surprise visitors as I was sitting at the dock. Two manatees and a dolphin came by to show off for a while. It was perfect! Highly recommend!!

This home was exceptional it had everything we needed for out stay. Crystal River is a beautiful area with plenty of things to do, fishing, golf, and hiking. Also a variety of restaurants to choose from with water views and live music.

We continue to be blessed with wonderful guests and, you guys are at the top of that list. Thank you for taking care of our home. Upon your departure, we could hardly tell that someone had stayed. Such a comfortable place that felt like home within moments of getting there! Home had everything we could possibly want and the owner was super quick to check in with us and respond to anything we needed. Would stay there again! Loved the boat dock, river access and view!

House was in a great location for scalloping. Very nice on a long day on the water to relax in pool/ jacuzzi.

Agree! There is nothing better then to hop into the pool or to soak in the hot tub after a long day fishing. Add in a frozen adult beverage, and you have paradise!

Cozy Home

Very nice clean home, nice views of a channel! Even saw an alligator! We really enjoyed the beautiful updated kitchen and the pool. Great location, easy to get to all attractions

The view is perfect. Deep water lagoon is great for fishing off the dock.

Beds were very comfortable, the pool was a great touch. The location is quiet but easily accessible to town. Very easy for our fishing guide to pick us up right off the dock since it’s so close to King’s bay.

Fishing Guide! You did it right! Crystal River and the Nature Coast is known for its inner coastal fishing waters. People come from all over the world to fish our waters. Hopefully you caught a nice big Red Fish, a few Sea Trout or even a Snook. All are great game fish and wonderful to eat!

Perfect location!

The House was great, had a lot of convenient necessities, and large living spaces for hanging out. It was great to have a pool to swim in daily as well.

I agree - the house is the perfect size for hanging out with family and friends. The pool and hot tub are a little bonus after a long afternoon fishing or scalloping. Please keep Casa Del Sol in mind for your next visit to Crystal River.

The home was beautifully decorated and so clean! The layout of 2BR on each end was perfect and plenty of room in between. The updated kitchen was a dream and well equipped-we loved the dishes :)The kids loved the pool and we all spent a lot of time fishing on the dock and enjoying the view. What a great family vacation.!! The owner responded almost immediately with any small concerns that we had.

We love our pool and hot tub area. Not only is it refreshing after a long day on the boat but Florida is "no-Seeum" country and the screened lanai is not only a luxury but a necessity when it comes to staying bug free!

Great waterfront home

Was super clean and very comfortable. We saw dolphins, manatees and an alligator off the dock. The enclosed pool was great. Overall one of the more comfortable homes I have stayed in. Very well appointed.
