Inside, this warm and inviting home is spread across two levels, offering plenty of space to unwind. The main level features a comfortable bedroom with a trundle-style twin bed, while upstairs youāll find convenient amenities like a laundry room. The fully equipped, updated kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the cozy gas fireplace sets the perfect mood after a day of adventure. Stay entertained with cable TV, DVD player, and WiFi, or step outside to the patio with gas grill and outdoor seating for sunset dinners by the water.
As part of the Tahoe Keys community, youāll also have access (for an additional fee) to a variety of resort-style amenities, including:
Shared hot tub & swimming pool

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Welcome to the City of South Lake Tahoe, and thank you for choosing to
vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 6 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count
towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
i. ā Bear box: All trash shall be stored in the dumpster located at the property located in the parking lot. ā No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.
Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a private dock for guest use. Please be courteous to neighbors as well as any watercraft in the area.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the āDamage Waiverā). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
