New Construction and relaxing location close to beach.

The house is located on a quiet private road. On many days you are able to hear the sounds of the ocean when the waves are crashing! The beach is only 1 mile away! This is house is 2 years old on a an acre of land. The house offers a open floor plan on the first floor which is perfect for entertaining and being with your family and friends. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops with center island and counter seating. Windows are large to let in an abundance of natural light. A wrap around deck from the side door opening up to a full sun deck in the back will be perfect for barbecues. A covered front porch is perfect for coffee and enjoying the morning sun.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The house sleeps 6 with one queen bed and two double double beds on the second floor.
There are brand new high end mattresses that are very comfortable in the queen and full sized beds. Outdoor shower, gas grill and fire pit on premises. Take the tandem Kayak for a paddle in the nearby ponds or challenge your family to a friendly game of ping pong! Beach chairs can come with you to those relaxing beach days, and there are two adult beachcomber bikes and two 20" kids bikes available on property for use. Your summer vacation awaits you!
We are also the proud owner of VRBO (#309059) in Little Compton

Bookings during peak summer weeks are Saturday to Saturday.

Current cleaning practices:
• We have removed all decorative and throw pillows.
• All linens are changed on the beds between every renter including mattress pads, pillow covers, blankets and comforters. All linen is washed at the highest recommended temperature
• We have changed out cleaning supplies to include a more vigorous and disinfecting practice. Products used are effective with the COVID virus.
• Close attention is being paid to high touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, stair railings, remote controls, faucets etc.
• Any bed linen used we ask to leave them on the bed unmade so we know they have been used. This includes any spare blankets we have in closets.
• Please open windows when leaving as appropriate according to weather to increase air circulation

Fantastic beach house

This house was perfect for us- very close to the beach, and with a ton of outdoor space for our 3 year old to play. The space was comfortable and clean. We will definitely book again!

Peaceful Little Compton Stay

House is well positioned for relaxing walks to the beach, very quiet, great yard to rest, read and recharge.The house is very clean and open. Definitely recommended for a quiet spot to recharge, walk, enjoy the beach or ride bikes.

Great Place!

We loved Mike's house and the location. The house is newer construction, nice cozy setting, comfortable bedrooms, great outdoor space. The location was perfect for walks, rides to the beach and to the town center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Thanks Mike!

Great stay in Little Compton

A very clean and comfortable house to stay in. Everything was well thought of, outside shower, three bedrooms and even a ping pong table in the basement. A couple of details which could be easily taken care of by adding a couple of kitchen tools and little things in the bedrooms, such as chairs and mirrors. We will gladly go back there to stay.

A lovely time...:)

We found this rental late in the rental season - but it paid off since this was a newly constructed home that made you feel like you were the first to live there. Everything was new and clean; the amenities were all there. Mike was extremely helpful in answering any questions. Its proximity to the beach was a big selling point. The kids enjoyed watching the family of deer come by in the morning nearby. Overall, it was a very relaxing week for us and would highly recommend this home. Thanks Mike and Stacy...:)

A relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

The 4 of us enjoyed being together in this space and it served our needs very well: Not too small, not too big. The kitchen was suitable to our needs and allowed us room to maneuver as all 4 of us like to be involved in the prep work of cooperative meals . In the evening we had the resident doe come visit us as well as the resident bunny and woodchuck. It was quiet and serene. Would recommend that you get a tutorial on how to operate the TV. We never did figure out how to use it but then again we didn't really care. Three out of the four of us did not mind the lack of air conditioning and found the overhead fan plus the coolness of the nighttime to be quite sufficient for us. I would highly recommend this place. Oh, and the owner was very responsive to our questions and was quite a cordial and engaging fellow. I'd stay here again.

A place apart

Little Compton is truly a place apart. This tiny rural town possesses all of the natural beauty and desirable attractions of major coastal vacation destinations such as cape cod and block island without the crowds and fanfare. It has an authentic country quality that is rarely found in more popular seaside resorts. This was our third consecutive summer holiday in LC and the accommodations were by far the best we have experienced. Mike is a fantastic host and the house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with the essentials and more such as extra beach chairs, towels, bikes, a kayak and a substantial beach umbrella. The house setting is also very peaceful, on a dirt lane with a large private back yard and deck. We had a marvelous week blessed with gorgeous weather and will likely return next summer. One suggestion to others who rent this place is to bring a pop up umbrella for the deck to better enjoy the space when the sun is out. Otherwise the house is a perfect place for a summer vacation by the sea. Thank you Mike!

Relaxing week in Little Compton

Well kept 3 bedroom home close to the water. Kitchen has all necessary amenities and the cookware, flatware etc all were clean and presentable. House is very clean. linens were very clean. Only appliance that we did not see is a toaster oven but everything else is there. Washer and dryer work well. there are all the needed nuisance items like paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. Bring your own aluminum foil/plastic wrap/bags for leftovers. 2 burner Gas grill works fine. easy 10-15 min walk to goosewing beach. Very quiet neighborhood and there is plenty of seclusion. Outdoor firepit was great and plenty of firewood was waiting for us. There are bikes to ride. We did not use them but they appear to be good quality This house works very well for a couple or a family. With 1 1/2 bathrooms, it would be a bit tough to have a couples week here as there is only one indoor shower. We stayed a week and will likely rent again next year.

Relaxing, cozy and clean! If you are looking for a peace and tranquility, look no further. Stayed here while visiting Newport, but really appreciated the privacy of this home.

Excellent Place! Perfect Location!

What a perfect place and location. Absolutely spotless house, high quality construction and amenities. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you'll need. Perfect for either three couples, or a small family. Five minutes and two turns from a great beach. Open concept, lots of natural light, very private and secluded, yet only minutes from shopping and local fare. Outdoor firepit. Wildlife, deer, rabbits, and birds. Owner responds to texts within minutes. Loved it and will definitely rent it again. Thank you once again Mike for a great place!

If you stay here, be adventurous. There are some realy great things nearby , a very walkable and scenic beach and litte shops and markets hidden all around. TAKE THESE IN.

Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. So close to the beach and easy to get to vineyards and trails. House was clean and new with large yard and fire pit. Wasn't a problem for us as we are a family of 3 but third bedroom does not have A/C . It does have a ceiling fan though.

Great house and Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house made us feel nice and secluded. We had an issue with the grill but the owner came and fixed it within a couple of hours. It was nice and close to the beach (about a 15 minute walk). We will definitely be back!

Clean, updated house near the beach

We had a great stay! The house was a quick 3 minute drive to South Shore Beach, which we went to every day. The house was also very clean, well updated, and filled with light. We were there during a heat wave, so we were very grateful for the AC units in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet beach week!
