Welcome to Paki Maui 324! Located on the North end of Kaanapali Beach, this condo offers a breathtaking ocean view from not only one, but two lanais. Enjoy the ocean from either the master bedroom lanai or the lanai off the living room! This two bedroom, two bath has ceiling fans in every room, granite counter tops and a combination of tile and carpet throughout-all to make your vacation in paradise a comfortable and memorable one.

Our condo features free high speed internet-bring along your laptop and you can stay 'connected' as you wish. There is plenty of room to stretch out in the living room with a large 'L' shaped sofa, as well as, two additional chairs. The master bedroom offers a comfy queen bed with a private bath and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds or one king bed. Both rooms have spacious closets with mirrored doors where you can store your suitcases and clothing.

The kitchen is well stocked-everything you need to make your mealtime preparation fun! Enjoy your meals in the beautiful dining area or on the lanai while experiencing the soft sounds of the ocean surf. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the condo as well, no need to make frequent trips to the laundry room. We've got it all!

Paki Maui is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and a variety of shops. This resort has its own Koi fish pond with waterfalls and has lush manicured tropical gardens throughout. Relax by the newly renovated pool and barbeque area or sunbathe on the expansive lawn oceanfront-fabulous views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai all day long! For the sports enthusiast, enjoy golfing, snorkeling, parasailing, and more within minutes by car.

Perfect Family Vaca in Maui

Our family had an amazing week here. Beautiful ocean view from the balconies and everything we needed for a relaxing Maui vacation. Short walk to the fish market for take-out was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect birthday

I brought a couple of my friends out for my birthday weekend. The condo was perfect for three guys, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view is unbeatable.

Nice location and ocean view

Very relaxing ocean view. Nice ocean breeze into the unit. Convent parking. Was a good location to walk for food. We also rented scooters that were within walking distance. Close beach, also a beautiful view to sit and relax from resort. Well stocked and usable kitchen. Enjoyed our stay! Perfect

Great location

Lovely location with a view right onto the ocean and nearby islands! This was a great location for our family of four. There is a beach next door and even better beaches within a five minute drive. Some gems nearby to walk to or an easy drive to other restaurants and services. Having a kitchen and lanai was really helpful for dining in and having enough space for all of us to decompress after a day in the sun was nice as well. Maybe consider a mattress topper for the queen bed, as it was a little soft for us, but that's up to your own preferences.

Good Spot

The condo was just the right size for my wife, our two elementary school children, and I. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat comfortably. I would describe the unit as clean, simple, and comfortable. While adults can enter the water in the small park next to the condo, you do need to drive to access any big beaches. One cool thing is that there a set of ~10 food trucks that open for dinner every night about 2 minutes by car from the condo. Mahalo!

Perfect location

Reading reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the condo was perfect. Location was great, pool was perfect for children. The beach access through the park next door was excellent for small children. We will come back. Thank you.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Paki Maui! The property was clean, well stocked, in a great location, and had everything we were looking for in a hassle free vacation. The property owner was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We had a great time and would recommend this spot to anyone.

Not happy with the property manager

I need to Warn future guests about the property manager Christine at this apartment . She is unprofessional, entitled and annoyed doing her job. Upon arriving at the property I decided to take a nap with my toddler in the second room. She had hostel style bed in the room, you could feel the metal poking your back and the head of the bed was broken. My back started hurting after 10 mins. I called her and very politely informed her that the bed is even worse than hostel beds. Her answer? “ I have never had a complaint about the bed before” in a very rude and entitled way. I said I am not making it up my back hurts. She tried to gaslight me so much. Finally she says there is a foam pad just put it on the bed. The pad was so dirty with pee stains on it and no sheet. I could not sleep well in this apartment at all. The second room windows open to the hallway and no glass only screens so you hear people walking and cars in the parking from 5 AM. If I were the owner, I would re think hiring someone like her. No guest should be tested like that !

Lovely home

This was the perfect location for our family. I wish we had more time here. My kiddo loved the pool and we could walk to the food trucks and supermarket from there. The house was well cared for and very well stocked. We would love to come back here sometime again

Centrally location with everything you need

This unit offered more than just a great view! We were traveling with an infant and 2 young boys. Packing up was obviously not ideal for short trips. This location offered food options all around us within walking distance and multiple beaches that fit the needs and want of all of us. I would highly recommend this location for anyone.

Great property

We really enjoyed our trip. The unit was clean and stocked with all the equipment needed for beach fun. Spacious and comfortable. The view from the lanais were great ( photos don’t do it justice). Very close to Kaanapali beach and Napili beach. Christine the property manager was great to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to come visit Maui.

Loved this place!!

This was a fantastic place for my family and I to stay! One of my favorite parts about the condo was the fact that you basically have a wall of windows to looks outside from the master bedroom and living room, yet you have privacy as well! You eat breakfast on the lanai and then literally walk down to the beach behind the condo to swim, float or go snorkeling! The fact that you are within walking distance and central to things like coffee shops, restaurants and shops was awesome! Drive ten minutes and you have malls, more dining options, beaches and adventures to be had! When you stay here you are amongst the city life. You can sometimes here people at the beach, park or amongst the condos. But it never seemed to be an issue at night. You should definitely consider staying here. We look forward to returning!

Nice unit and location!

Overall a nice experience. The condo shows some wear and tear but overall nice and clean. Great view and was relaxing listening to the waves from the bedroom. Only issue for us was no AC.

Perfect Maui Location

Everything was great. Right on the oceanfront with great views. The grassy area in front of the building is a great place to watch the sunset. You can snorkel right in front of the building and turtles showed up a couple days. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed and everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing accommodations in an amazing location

We are extremely glad we chose this rental. The suite had everything we needed and was in the perfect location, both in proximity to the ocean and beach, and to local shops and restaurants. There are public bus stops right outside the suite heading both directions up and down the coast which we found very easy and convenient to use to get around the area. The view from the suite was amazing and there is good snorkeling right off the shore. Christine was very accommodating and she even went above and beyond to help us out with a situation we were dealing with (to be clear, nothing to do with any issues with the rental). Even though there was no AC, the suite was very comfortable and we slept like a log the whole time thanks to the trade winds. We would definitely stay there again.

Paki Maui

We were not sure about not having an A C unit. We thought if we kept the patio and lania windows open it would be fine. It was cool enough in doling this but the noise level was awful. You have highway noise, a rooster crowing, and heard conversations between people in other unit. The resort yards are filled with Hawaii’ s vegetation, which is poorly kept. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and dinning utensils if you plan to eat in.

Beach front view

Great location for west Maui activities. Comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Be aware that there is no AC but the trade winds are so pleasant that this is not an issue (and I have night hot flashes!). Would definitely rebook

Fantastic property for ocean-lovers!

What a wonderful time we had in this unit! The roar of the ocean was incredible - we're so close to the ocean that we had trouble hearing each other speak at times! Tons of space, the two lanais were great, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and packing picnic lunches. The beach toys were put to good use. :) Although the beach adjacent to the property isn't the best for things like building sandcastles, it was very quick to drive to D.T Fleming beach and Kahekili beach which filled all of our surf and sand needs. We also had a great time at sunset, it was easy to snag some lounge chairs on the lawn and watch the sun disappear - several residents would blow their conch shells at sunset which was a treat - this whole property has a very laid-back vibe that is really appealing. Really easy, and great location right across the street from great coffee, groceries, and take out. We'll be back!
