Mostly good
The place was nice and clean and easy to find. The owner seemed pleasant. We didn't need to contact her much.
The listing is pretty unrealistic, though.
It is definitely not steps from the beach. It's a good half mile or more and across some major intersections to the nearest beach. And the beach towels were bath towels that looked like they came from a hotel pool somewhere. We left real beach towels there. I hope they remain for future guests.
Parking is free, but difficult to come by after 6 or so in the evening.
The part that worried me the most is something that is unfortunately out of the owner's control, but if I had known I would not have stayed there. There is a man who appears to be seriously mentally challenged. He is the direct neighbor, and he paces the yard constantly throughout the day and evening. There is a fence divider, but as you try to leave he gets as close to the fence as possible and shouts. He shouts and talks to himself day and night. He woke me up shouting every day I was there, once as early as 1:30am, but at least by 5 every morning. He didn't cause us any physical harm, but he is very unsettling, particularly when you leave the house alone, and I would have been even more concerned if I had brought kids.
