Quiet Beach Getaway neighborhood

Tom was fantastic to work with and was very attentive through the whole process. He made himself available when questions arose. His home is beautiful and well kept. He is attentive to ensuring that his guests have everything they need for a beach trip. The home is very suitable for visitors of any age, from birth to adulthood. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend that others visit Tom’s home when searching for a beach getaway.

Property is even more spacious than it appears in the listing. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including cooking some meals at home. Owner was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Would love to stay again!

Excellent house and neighborhood

Loved the house and the neighborhood was quiet. Pool was never crowded. Perfect hidden gem close to Bethany Beach.

Beautiful home, wonderful owner. We had a great time and enjoyed the area and people.

A great guest family. They loved our home, had fun using the yard, patio, games, and gear, and took great care inside the house and restoring the outside gear at week's end. We'd certainly welcome them again and recommend them to others.

Perfect Place

Great townhouse . The owner Tom is very accommodating and made the process so easy. The home is clean, spacious , comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you need is provided. Garage is stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers , toys, bikes and even kayaks. It was a perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely like to return.

Life is Good in Millville

The entire experience was wonderful. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The home was exactly as advertised. Everything you need is at your fingertips. Our family loved our stay and would return for another vacation without question.

We loved sharing with this family and appreciated the great care they gave our home, garage, and gear. I'm hoping to rent them our regular home in hopes they'll arrange my garage. Their suggestion of our adding a Keurig to kitchen appliances has already been a hit. And we'll try the restaurant they recommended.

Excellent well kept beach home

We really enjoyed our week stay here. The owner is very accommodating and has the house stocked well with everyday necessities. Short ride to the beach, yet away from the traffic areas. Nice community! Highly recommended.

Love this beach house!

We love staying at this beach house. It’s only a few miles from Bethany Beach, so a quick and easy drive or a nice bike ride. In addition, it’s within walking distance of a nice grocery store (with a Starbucks!), a gourmet doughnut place and a popular restaurant/bar (Hooked Up), among many other stores. The house is located in a quiet development without much traffic (there’s no thru-road), so our kids are able to bike and ride their scooters without worry. They also enjoy playing ball in the large yard next to the house. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. It’s full of natural light and very airy given the sun room and the high ceilings in the living area and loft. The bedrooms are comfortable, with ceiling fans in each room. There’s also a large stone patio off the back with a grill, table and chairs and a nice view of a small pond. It’s a lovely place to eat dinner after a long, fun day at the beach. The house is very well-equipped and has everything you’d need for a beach trip, including beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, coolers as well as a number of bicycles, and even kayaks. There are a number of board games, as well as a variety of magazines and books. And our kids love playing on the foosball table in the garage. I highly recommend a stay at this home.

Lovely beach Townhome!

We had such a great time at this beach rental! The property is super clean and well maintained, in a great location (there is a shopping strip within walking distance with a grocery store and cute restaurants) and the owners were wonderful to deal with. The beach is just a short drive away, and parking is relatively easy to find. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Fantastic Stay Perfect Location!

We loved this place! My wife, children, and some friends stayed in late August 2016. The house was immaculately cleaned and conveniently located to the beach and many great local restaurants. I would recommend to all looking for a great vacation spot!

Perfect Beach Rental!!

Our family of 5 stay at this property each summer! You can't beat the location and the amenities the owners provide. The owner is responsive and thorough and easy to deal with. The house is only a short drive to the beach town and after a great morning at the beach the neighborhood pool is great for adults and kids to cool off if you don't want to head back to the beach. The house is well stocked, super clean, and well maintained. The owners provide bikes , games , beach toys, chairs and even have had kayaks there for our use. The home has a great patio where we spend many nights relaxing and grilling out (grill provided by owner). Also the house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an end unit so there is a big grassy area for kids to run and play. Our kids spend hours outside riding bikes and playing while we can sit and watch them from the huge back patio. It's an easy walk to restaurants nearby (Off the Hook) and we take daily walks to the grocery store and Starbucks. Now with the new expansion of the sidewalks we can even take a short walk or bike ride to Bonkeys for ice-cream! This is a great rental for families or adults with all the amenities one could ask for.
