Description: Nestled in the serene Lakes Community, La Casita invites you to unwind in its charming ambiance while offering breathtaking vistas of Grandfather Mountain from its elevated position. This inviting log cabin boasts three bedrooms and two baths, providing a cozy haven for up to six guests. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior, where rustic charm meets modern convenience. The main floor features a spacious primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an indulgent whirlpool tub in the attached bath. Upstairs, two guest rooms await, one adorned with a plush queen bed, the second room with a twin trundle (2 twins) and a shared well-appointed Jack and Jill bathroom with separate dressing areas. Throughout the cabin, comfort is paramount. Sink into the plush furnishings of the living room, illuminated by the warm glow of a gas fireplace with the flick of a switch. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with new appliances, before dining on the covered wrap-around deck, equipped with a gas grill and rocking chairs for leisurely evenings outdoors. For entertainment, three cable TVs are provided, ensuring everyone can find their favorite show or movie. Stay cool in the summer months with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, while a washer and dryer offer added convenience during your stay. Whether you're admiring the mountain views from the deck or hiking on nearby trails, La Casita promises an unforgettable retreat where nature and luxury converge.

Amenities: Guests of the Lakes Community have access to stocked catch-and-release ponds and a playground and tennis courts in the Seven Devils Community.


Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.
