We regret to inform you that the current lobby / laundry facility project is stalled at this time, but you can access the local laundromat located up on French street 4-5 blocks away. Tannhauser no longer offers hot tubs as an amenity.

*Please be advised that we are not able to give out more than the allowed number of parking permits per reservation, Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to only the Ice Rink lot located off of Boreas pass road. You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

The location is the best part of this property. It is right on Main Street. Which means once you park, you really don’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to all the restaurants. It took us minutes to walk to quicksilver lift and there are multiple rental shops along that walk. The size of the unit was perfect for the six of us. We didn’t use the unit for much more than a place to sleep and go to the slopes. But it had everything we needed. I’m from Colorado and brought some out of town family. It was exactly what I wanted. Easy access to the slopes and restaurants.

UK Visitors

Breckenridge is amazing and the location of the property was excellent for access to the town and the lifts. Appartment was comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was heating pipework banging in the night.

Awesome Stay!

Awesome location, easy check in, great property. Had everything we needed for our stay, even humidifiers for the dry air. It is an apartment-style building, so noise is expected. Would stay again!

Location and comfort

This is our second time staying at Tannhauser. We absolutely love the convenience of being right on Main Street. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay. Great location close to everything in downtown Breck. Grocery was only a 4 minute walk. Room had all the amenities needed. They even supplied us with local coffee. Could use some new furniture and the TV doesn't connect to any streaming apps. Overall a great value and would go back again.

The furniture was comfortable, it was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in, and it had everything we needed - plenty of pits and pans, spatulas, measuring cup, a lot of useful kitchen tools. The condo is a bit dark, I wish the builder put in a second window in the living room! But as a rental it was great. It is in a really good location if you want to step out the door and be in the center of things. A great grocery store half a block away. All the shops and restaurants right out front. No issues with parking. But, since it is right in the middle of things, the weekends were a bit loud at night with people reveling it up, so if that will bother you, keep it in mind. Anyway, the place was great and really comfortable and clean. I would stay with this management company again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break

Overall good experience. Great location for skiing, restaurants and walking around town. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved having a fireplace and beds were comfortable. Wifi is pretty poor, TV cut out frequently. Biggest disappointment was the deck being under construction our entire stay. We were surprised to find the railing missing and boarded up when we arrived. Understand things happen out of property manager's control but would have appreciated being informed ahead of time as we had looked forward to siting out on the deck in the evenings after long days of skiing. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Nice place in a great location

Overall a good place the is represented well. A few minor issues to note: WiFi and television reception is poor. Not a big deal for most but when you’re traveling with a teenager, it maters.

LOCATION Superb, beautiful town.

Location is excellent. Town of Breck is stunning, bus system great. We had fantastic ski conditions, snowed so much. 3 small issues: Bathroom fan doesn’t always work. V. Small dbl bed in bunk rm not so comfy. Wifi was really weak. Loved: Fire place is excellent and really cosy lounge room. kitchen had everything needed. Would come back!

Spring Break with my sons

I took my 3 teenage boy's for spring break 2019. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. The grocery store is very close and plenty of places to eat as well in walking distance. The slopes were a short walk, 600 yards. The hot tubs we close and always hot when we decided to go. We had everything we needed in the place to cook. We will definitely be going back. I did laundry 1 time due to the smell of all the sweaty clothes, it was easy to get too downstairs and we did not have to worry about leaving our stuff while it was washing. We did not have any issues. It was an easy, fun trip.

Very nice and convenient!

This condo is in the perfect location! Everything you need is within walking distance! Ski lift is about 500 yards away. Grocery and Liquor store nearby and great restaurants. We definitely will be staying here again. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice apartment that is generally well-maintained. Modern kitchen and bathroom were appreciated. Only a few issues - the shower liner in my unit was really dirty when we moved in, so much so that I had to clean it myself with shower cleaner. Also, the fireplace and DVD player didn't work and the tv works, but the remotes don't really so you have to change channels, volume, etc manually. Managers were always very professional and the complex is in a great (though loud) location.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Tannhauser for the past 9 years during our annual trip to Colorado. The location is great. You can walk to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and we have had up to 6 people in a room. As Tannhauser has become more popular, parking is more crowded and this year we had to park our ATV trailer at the city lot, which was very inconvenient.
