Casa 204 is an excellent, affordable 2nd floor property that you will certainly love. Unit#204 was REMODELED IN APRIL 2019 with all new flooring, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, appliances!
Central AC, WIFI, Elevators, Beach gear! Look no further!
Unit#204 is a comfortable 2nd floor unit that's offered at a GREAT PRICE!

Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.
Unfortunately, there will be no air conditioning at the residential or commercial buildings for five days because the chiller system will be turned off for repairs.*

Wonderful stay in Kona!

We had a great stay at Casa De Emdeko! The property is very nice with an excellent view of the sunset. We used the grills almost every night which are located with a nice view of the ocean. Very close to downtown Kona. The bed is on the firm side but that is a personal preference. AC worked great! I would deffinetly stay again

Our stay

We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool, played tennis, watched the sunset every night, snorkeled, and visited the Vanilla Farm in Hilo. The accommodations were fantastic and we had all we needed for our stay. The only recommendation I could give is for you to add black out curtains to the bedroom. The elevator light is right outside the window and it lights up the room all night as if it’s daytime. I let my daughter take that room and I slept on the couch where it was darker. Thanks again for a great stay!!

This rental was amazing, it has everything you could possibly need! If you are looking for a great, safe, friendly place to stay on the big island I would 100% book this rental, and personally I hope to be booking it again next year! I would not have one negative thing to say about this place everything was perfect!

Very nice remodeled condo in a great ocean front complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This like-new, well-appointed unit was immaculate with comfortable furniture and everything a guest needs. Large walk-in tile shower. Bed very comfortable. The quiet elevator area was close by, which can be important for guests who need to limit stair use. While it is farther back in the complex, it is a very pleasant outlook onto the garden and fountain area and easy access to the common area terrace and beach.

Worst booking procedure I had for the last years

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never got an email for the door codes. Booked through Priceline redirected to . Got many emails from Priceline with nothing, beside I would like to by an property. Had to download an app Holliday with no information beside saying hallo and the code for the parking lot. Ants everywhere in the kitchen. The only help was the manager being there for two hours Adam helped me out with the new code that changed never got any information about that. Was happy to get finally the doorcode via emergency call to get in after 1,5 hours.

Do not stay at unit 204

The owners below unit 204 complained to management that they "hear everything." Management required us to pack up and move to another complex. Not convenient and extremely unpleasant experience! Property in general very dated.

The best home base for Big Island adventures!

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay here. It was conveniently located to food, shopping, beaches, etc. We enjoyed the well maintained property and the 2 pools. The rental is well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We appreciated the having the cooler, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our beach days. Would 100% stay here again when we stay in Kona and we will be be back! We loved the island!

Gorgeous Property

It meets our needs for breakfast in the morning and prepping dinner at night (we grill nightly and eat down by the pool). It is well equipped and had more beach items than two years ago (cooler, umbrella, chairs, extra snorkel gears, 5 beach towels, etc.). The kitchen, while full of MANY random items and beyond dull knives, is well stocked and has everything one needs. The pantry had basic spices, oils and S & P which is VERY helpful. The unit is clean and modern and the bathroom is great for a family of 4. The kids slept comfortably on the pull-out sofa. The master bedroom is cozy and comfy. Truly, we spend so little time in the until, we choose Casa De Emdeko for the outdoor space (pools, grilling area, gardens, etc.) and it's location. Unit has hook up for washer/dryer, but doesn't have one in unit, the public laundry is close by and easy to use, so that wasn't an issue. I'm sure we will stay again when we come back to HI.

Great location, clean and comfortable condo

Casa de Emdeko more than met our expectations. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our adult daughter join us on our vacation and found the pullout sofa quite comfortable. We were able to get a breeze through the condo and along with the large ceiling fans sleeping was never an issue. Casa de Emdeko is centrally located so access to some of the best snorkeling is within a 30 min drive to the south and beaches for body surfing and general swimming is 30 mins to the north. Celebrating the sunset from the gathering area and saltwater pool was a great way to end the day. We were well informed on the check in ands out process and all our questions and requests handled promptly.
