Welcome to Paradise! You found the perfect condo for your Hawaiian Vacation. 2-103 at the Surf & Racquet Club is a gorgeous, 2 bedroom, 2 bath DIRECT oceanfront ground floor property. This property has EVERYTHING you'll need. Wifi, Beach Gear, all available for your convenience.
The owners have extensively remodeled the entire Kitchen in March of 2017!! See the photos!

Unit#2-103 has the accommodations available to sleep 6! Air Conditioning available for use!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.

The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for ā€œlapsā€ and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

The owners of Unit#2-103 want to provide the best service possible for their guests.
Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#2-103 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge Will Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book KKSR#2-103 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Great ocean view for watching sunset. Short drive to Magic Sands Beach. Everything you need for beach day was provided and nice little welcome package. Everything clean, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. AC was great, with ceiling fans in all spaces including the lanai. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 4 adults.

Great location within easy walking distance to local snorkel beach, shopping and private-like black sand tide pool beach next door to complex. Kitchen was well equipped to cook at home. Owners closet had beach chairs, pool toys and other items to use. Grounds are beautiful, well maintained and home to many types of birds. Unit could use some maintenance to drywall around washer and dryer but both were clean and usable. Be aware that you will need to sign a contract with rental company and pay extra for insurance for this unit. The master bedroom is open to the living area with only a sliding screen for privacy which wasn't an issue for us as we had no other guest. Second bedroom had twin beds with a door. Management was accessible by phone if needed and provided a nice welcome treats. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again.

From the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, to the plethora of beach and activity amenities (boogies boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) and the AC in every room, this was a truly great place to stay. Thatā€™s not even mentioning the excellent location and property amenities - close to everything and in a gated community, with access to a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and, of course, right on the water. We LOVED sitting out on the lanai in the mornings and watched the waves, and then eating dinner while watching the sunset in the evenings. This is a truly wonderful place to stay and we would certainly book this again!

Great condo in a great location. Simple access to the condo with no key to worry about. It was easy in and easy out every day. Perfect view of the daily sunset. First floor condo made it easy to pathway and view the sunsets. Quiet place with only the crashing waves being heard. The condo was well furnished. It had quite a selection of beach gear. It even had a fishing pole! Definitely will stay here again

Great patio with two lounge chairs and two reclining chairs along with a high-top table with four stools. I wish the facility would remove the small hedge so we see the ocean from the entire patio rather than only half of it. Loved falling asleep hearing the waves crashing! The other recommendation was to have shower mats for floor. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We usually get a big house but needed to stay a couple of nights before we could stay with family so we found this beautiful place. Right on the ocean and very clean accommodations. There is a little beach area you can walk to. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Relaxing vacation with kids

Spent a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this property with my kids (5 and 8). The condo was clean and quiet, lanai had beautiful views, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable. All around a perfect vacation, and Iā€™d definitely stay again on a future trip. Mahalo!

Great Location!

Very close to great snorkeling. Condo had towels and everything you need to have fun at the beach. The air conditioning worked great. The grounds are beautiful and the sunset views were outstanding. Very comfortable and clean. Only one minor issue was not having a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed as a family of 4 (two teenagers) for 5 nights. The place was very spacious. My teenagers were able to share a bedroom with their own beds and had their own bathroom. Our master bedroom was very comfortable once we figured out the A/C. The rooms were not pitch black for sleep but they were plenty dark for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. A standard coffee pot so we bought coffee grounds. Not much for spices other than salt/pepper (no big deal to us as we only cooked eggs every morning). Plenty of towels for showering as well as beach towels and it was great having the washer/dryer as we used it several times. They provided laundry detergent, dish soap, TP, paper towels that lasted us our entire stay. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, noodle, and boogie board; although it was too small for our adult sized boys so we ended up renting ones for $9 a day at Boss Frogs just a few miles down the road - really good deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Most everything we needed was supplied, at least a starter bit. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear were a nice surprise. We had a whistling sound the first 2 nights that we couldn't pin point that kept waking us up but maintenance came and fixed it and were very nice. Poop in the pool made our last night a bummer but we just shifted our family BBQ to a different location instead.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They were amazing. Since the first day. The communication was on point. We were greeted by a young lady who was very nice and give us a warm Aloha! Definitely recommend at 100%
