Sandpiper Beach is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath the swaying palms and lush vegetation. Enjoy cooking out on the community gas grills, strike up a tennis match on the courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. The boardwalk takes you from the heated pool and sundeck area directly onto the wide sandy beach. Sandpiper Beach is sure to please every member of the family! Unit #506 is a 2nd living level (sorry, no elevator), corner unit. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king in the master, 2 twin beds in the guestroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy all new tile flooring and remodeled bathrooms (a walk-in shower in each) as well as new living room furniture. The owner provides beach equipment for your use. This is a non-smoking complex with no elevators.

Wonderful! Already booked for next year.

This unit was at a wonderful location. Easy to access pool and beach. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning unit and a slow draining sink which Matt at sanibel holiday handled immediately. The storage unit with beach toys, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc… was a great amenity. We were all able to ride bikes to the Fourth of July parade. We have already booked this same unit for next year. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation!

Everything was exactly as described. Bikes, beach wagon, and beach chairs very helpful. Used charcoal grill for delicious bratwurst dinner. Would love to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condo providing everything we needed for an amazing vacation! It was well stocked and also provided all the beach equipment we needed. The access to the beach was perfect and the beach was private and quiet. This condo was convenient to all restaurants and activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you get the chance to rent SP Beach 506, you won't regret it. A spacious condo decorated beautifully with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and tropical vegetation. It truly becomes your home away from home. We loved the boardwalk to the beach over the mangroves. The pool area was great with lots of loungers (loved the live palm trees planted right inside the pool area). We made use of the charcoal BBQs and had some fun games of shuffleboard while we waited for our food to grill. The Sanibel Holiday staff were very accommodating and helpful. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!
