"Toes in Water" boasts a private pool & hot tub along with a 3rd floor, 500sf open air patio with grill & fireplace where you can watch amazing sunsets over the gulf!
Located a block from the Seacrest pool with shuttle service to the ocean that stops at your front door. You are in walking distance to the Seacrest Pavilion and Rosemary center.
Property includes a 2 car carport with Telsa charger, private patios for each bedroom, and movie/game room on the 3rd floor. We also provide 6 bikes and 6 beachchairs complementary!

What an Outstanding Place!

This was our 10th year to visit 30A and Seacrest, and this home by far was the best we’ve reserved! The home was perfect when we needed our own space and perfect when we all gathered together. The pool/hot tub was the #1 highlight, especially since we had 2 days of double red flags at the beach. The kids would argue that their favorite was the built in bunk beds. The 3rd floor terrace was yet another highlight with great views and calm breezes. Next was the garage that was excellent for easy access and full of all the amenities (bikes, chairs, beach toys/games, ping pong, etc). Finally the owner was super responsive and helpful throughout. We are so happy with our experience at Toes in the Water, and we will come back!

Awesome place!

The house and owners are amazing! The house was super clean, pool/ hot tub was enjoyed by our kids, bikes were ready and owner was so informative and replied quickly! We will be back!

Perfect Spring Break

Our family and a few extras stay for a week at Toes in the Water. It was a great house with a great host in a great location. Beach was about a 10 minute walk, pool complex was about a 3 minute walk and Starbucks was a 7 minute walk. Perfectly located by Rosemary Beach’s shops, restaurants, etc. and only a 2-3 minute drive to Alys Beach. Great trip for our group of 12!!!

What a great house in Seacrest Beach!

We could not have had a better time at “Toes in the Water” for Spring Break. The house is basically brand new and easily fit two families. Each of the three king beds are comfortable and nicely dressed. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom and private balcony. And the third floor bunkroom was perfect for the kids! Downstairs, the living room easily fit our group to just sit and talk or to all watch a movie or TV show on the huge TV. The kitchen was beautiful and has a wall of sliding doors that open up to the amazing pool and hot tub. It is truly the perfect house for entertaining and managing a large crowd. What might be the best part is the third floor balcony where we ate most of our dinners, watched the sunsets, and had a great time together. "Toes in the Water" is truly impressive and I could not recommend it more!

Amazing place !

couldn’t have asked for a Better place to stay ! Everything was perfect , from the fun private pool/ hot tub , to the bunk / game room and amazing rooftop space , each room has its own bathroom and balcony ! You can’t find a better place for families as we were all able to spread out and have our own space too . We never wanted to leave! Cant wait to stay here again !

Rooftop Sunsets, Outdoor Fire, Hot tub, Pure Enjoyment

“Toes in the Water” was the perfect beach vacation home for our three families for these reasons: 1 – KING BEDS. Three comfy king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for each adult couple was key. Each room felt like a primary suite. Everyone was happy. 2 – BUNKBEDS. The bunkroom was a hit with the all the teenagers. There are four twin bunks, plus extra space to add an air mattress (or two) and a bedlike couch. 3 – COMMON AREAS. There was space to entertain and space to retreat. The beautiful kitchen opened to the pool deck, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. The hot tub was heaven! The living room felt like a theater with a huge tv and movie quality surround sound. And the very large top deck stole the show! The sunset views while enjoying the outdoor fireplace were amazing! 4 – LOCATION. The location of this house was also key. It was a short walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Definitely rent bikes and take advantage of all the beautiful paths and scenery. Biking to the beach is also simple. 5 – BRAND NEW. Everything in this house is brand new, from the sheets and towels to the tv to the silverware. It was a treat to stay at this house. I highly recommend it.

With proximity to Rosemary, 30Avenues, Alys, Seacrest pool, community restaurants and shopping, and a tram to the beach....this neighborhood is our favorite spot along all 30A.

We custom designed this house to be the perfect family experience. The private hot tub and pool creates the resort vibe day and night. Then the 3rd floor open air patio gives you unmatched views to the beach and sunset. Both are unmatched in all of the Seacrest neighborhood.
