Sweet 16 Birthday Trip

Stay was wonderful. Everything you could need is at your finger tips. Chairs, coolers, full stocked kitchen. We paddle boarded the river and beach. Even with a lot of rain, it was amazing stay.

Great condo-kids loved the loft

Clean place with plenty of room for our group of 7. Quick walk to the beach and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves.

Indian shores is the best!

We had a great time with our kids and our friends and kids! This place is super comfy with the perfect close location to the beach. Thanks for lending us your home for the week. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great place for a vacation

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Beach chairs were provided as well as mats and pool noodles. The beach was 3 minutes walk away and the pool was well maintained. Very close to restaurants and bars. Would not hesitate to return.

Big space

There was plenty of room for my family of nine, including a baby. The beach chairs were very convenient to use. The pool was warm.

Great location, great home and a real memory maker.

We were originally introduced to this property a few years ago and our recent trip is the third time in the home. It has consistently been all we could hope for. We specifically chose this home because it is so family friendly, especially having a pack play for our infant grandsons. The loft works out well also. The home’s location to the beach and restaurants makes it so easy to enjoy the area. On our flight home our adult children were already asking when we can plan a return trip.

Great property, great location

Our family of 7 stayed for a full week in August 2016. We didn't have the greatest weather, so luckily, we were there during the Olympic Games and kept busy watching TV. There was plenty of seating for everyone, and the balcony is covered so that helped from keeping us going stir crazy inside the whole time. The location is perfect - just a few steps to the beach access, and beautiful views of the inlet. The pool is smaller, but we never had trouble getting lounge chairs (when the sun finally came out!). There are plenty of towels and bedding is provided. Both bathrooms did have a hairdryer under the sink. The kitchen is well stocked, but we bought paper bowls/plates, and plastic utensils so we didn't have to spend tons of time washing dishes all week. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and Haze ice cream was super delicious. Sweet IRB Bakery was within what we call walking distance, but it was a haul, so some may want to drive. If you go - get the cinnamon slab - it was amazingly delish! We went to the Publix, which was turning right out of the place, turn right at the light to 688, and it was a few lights up on the left. We also went to the gym in the plaza across from the Publix - Get Fitness in Largo. It was only $35/week, and you could take a guest with you every day for free. If you need to print out your flight tickets - we went to the Town Hall at 19305 Gulf Blvd - there is a library on the 3rd floor and you pay $5 for a yearly card, and can print up to 5 pages for free (.15 per page after that). We did sign up early in the week for our time slot to print tickets but didn't need to (although during busy season, she said it is a must to sign up). There is a Welcome Center on the right as you turn right on 688 for brochures and coupons of all sorts (sort of beside PJ's Restaurant). As you drive up towards Clearwater or down towards St Pete, the road widens to 2 lanes on each side and is much busier in that area - in Indian Shores, it is 2 lanes total, so it makes crossing the street much easier. I would definitely recommend this unit, Jeff was great to work with, and everything was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Great thanksgiving vacation!

Close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Pool was warm and used by the family a lot. Kitchen had good dishes etc. for cooking. Great place!

Beyond satisfied

After a tough year, both personally and professionally, my family needed a vacation. The condo accommodated myself, my husband, our teenage daughter, our two college-aged sons, and our nephew for 9 days. The condo was as described: neat, clean, roomy, and tastefully furnished. We were directly across the street from private accessible beaches and about 4 miles from public accessible beaches. The owner, Mr. Decker, was very communicative, even checking on us when our flight was delayed. He was quick to respond and act on a slight problem we had with the door lock. This was by far the best VRBO experience I’ve had so far in the four years I’ve been dealing with this company. I highly recommend Mr. Decker’s property and/or properties. We certainly will look at his properties first next year when we plan our 2023 vacation.

Great stay!

We had a group of 8 and had a great time. The location was perfect! Beach access was close and not very crowded. Very close to the beach and some nice restaurants and ice cream. Check in was super easy and communication with Jeff was great. The property was VERY clean with lots of amenities. We would stay again and recommend to others. My husband and I stayed in the loft area with our kids (ages 4 and 7). I think the loft area is more ideal for kids and teens, but we made it work just fine. We had a great stay!

Great Location for a family vacation!!

We traveled as a family of 5 and a friend. 2 Adults and a 10,12,15 and 16 year old. There was plenty of room for sleeping. Nighttime was quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Restaurants and trolly very close. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. Plenty of hot water and water pressure for all of us. Porch was nice. Beach accessories were nice to have. Everything in the home was in nice condition. We went on a Fishing Charter, Busch Gardens and a Rays game and the property location was ideal for all three of those things. Thank you Jeff for sharing your vacation home with us. We had a wonderful Spring Break!!!

Great Stay at Indian Shores

Our VRBO condo was perfect for our family group of 6. It is beautifully furnished, large, very short walk to the beach and a short drive to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. The beach is perfect, white sand and warm but refreshing clear water. Loved it!
