This beautiful property is situated at an ideal location. On walking distance there is everything you need;, many shops, restaurants, bars and much more. Public transport is only a 1 minute walk away to the city center or anywhere you like. My property is very bright with much natural light and it has a big livingroom with acces to the big sunny balcony, modern kitchen and new bathroom with toilet, bedroom area with big and comfy double bed, big sleeping couch, tv with many channels and free and fast Wifi. The kitchen and the bathroom are new and modern. In the livingroom there is a big table to enjoy your meals and have a peaceful view outside. The apartment is perfect for 4 persons. You will love my property because of the peaceful atmosphere, the bright natural light, the triple glass isolation (so you will not hear any noice) and also the central location. You can explore and enjoy Amsterdam without any hassle.

Great Location near Tram

We loved our time in Amsterdam and Daphnie's flat was in a great location. We could easily go down stairs to the street and catch the tram to any location we wanted to go in the city. Daphanie made the trip very convenient by helping us arrange transportation from and back to the airport. This location has cafes and grocery close by, so we never had to cook, but there was a well equipped kitchen had we wanted to. I would use Daphanie's flat again if we are traveling in the area.

Fell in love with Amsterdam

We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam, our first time there. Daphne was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to questions and requests. Her place has a lot of natural light from the many tall windows, which we loved. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom shower was nice, both areas being recently renovated. The king size bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location was perfect for us as we appreciated being in a quieter area. There are wonderful pubs close by, and two grocery stores within a short distance. We would each breakfast in, and head out for lunch and dinner. Be sure to take a canal cruise by Leemstar, a little more money but well worth it. The only other thing to mention, is that remember in Amsterdam, all flights in older buildings are narrow and steep. So getting up one flight of stars wasn’t an issue for us because we expected it, it was carpeted, and had a sensor light so would come on as we walked upstairs.

Sauberes zentral gelegenes Apartment

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Daphnes Appartment. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Apartment ist modern und sauber und das Zentrum ist in fußläufiger Reichweite. In der Umgebung sind Parkplätze am Straßenrand zu den ortsüblichen Preisen (günstiger sind die P+R Parkplätze weiter außerhalb). Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist wenige Meter die Straße hoch. Außerdem ist ein Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Typisch für Amsterdamer Häuser ist der steile Treppenaufgang, daher mit Kinderwagen etwas schwierig, aber machbar.

Excellent accommodation

We were a group of three who stayed at Daphne's flat for 4 nights. It was a great experience, as the flat was well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was well located and easily accessible by public transport, and Daphne was a very accommodating host! The only downside is the narrow staircase outside the flat, which might be difficult to access if you have large luggage. Overall, we would definitely recommend this flat for an enjoyable stay in Amsterdam!

Appartement lumineux et traversant; dommage qu il n'y ait pas plus de souplesse pour de menus services comme la possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ (quelques heures après le check out du matin) ...

Perfect apartment and perfect location!

Daphne was a very gracious host and her apartment was lovely! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was one bed and a very comfortable couch with an ottoman. The location of the apartment was perfect; super close to the 13 tram that takes your right into the city and within walking distance of several restaurants and a couple of quaint shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a romantic weekend away or your next trip to Amsterdam!

Fantastic weekend in Amsterdam

We really enjoyed staying at Daphnes beautiful and cosy apartment. Everything is clean and looks really nice.The kitchen is fully equiped and there is enough space to relax (for example on the nice balcony). We where 4 people sleeping there without any problems. The bed is very comfortable also it is the sofa bed. Daphne is a very kind landloard, aranging everything fine for the guest. We would recomend this apartment at any time. We had a great time!
