We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately for you to enjoy the home. The cabin is perfectly healthy, it is inspected every year by the town of Woodstock. The grill is a suitable size for the cabin which has a max occupancy of four and is not meant for having big parties. We take pride in ensuring the cabin is serviced professionally before each guest. We confirmed that the rug and overall condition of the home were thoroughly cleaned. For any of your future bookings, we suggest reading the descriptions and viewing the photos to confirm if the vacation rental suits your needs. Thank you for letting us know about your stay. To share more information on the bathroom, we will look into updating the listing of the bathroom on the first floor. - We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to guests booking to confirm if the home fits their needs. We provide plenty of suggestions in the listing description of nearby attractions, but ultimately it’s up to the guest how they want to spend their time in the area. Many of the supermarkets nearby are all organic grocery stores, and that usually attracts most people to the area. - We appreciate all feedback and to ensure efficiency, we will consider your concerns and address any issues if necessary.
