Newly remodeled Cozy two-story home 15 minutes west of Las Vegas Strip, this residence is in a cozy, safe, quiet and newer Spring Valley community near Rhode Ranch Golf Club. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, separate living and dining area and a large open kitchen with lots of light. Large master bedroom has a queen size bed, a queen fold-out sleeper sofa, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a nice dresser, the third bedroom has a full size bed, a desk and chair. All three bedrooms have in-room flat screen HDTV . Living room has a 55 inch large HD cable TV for your entertainment. The kitchen includes all new appliances, cookware and utensils for you to enjoy home made meals. Dining table come with 6 chairs and a bench, can easily serve 8 people. The home is ready to welcome guests for short or long stay!

Julie was great and quick to respond. The house itself was great. And had everything we needed to stay. There’s groceries, restaurants and a park around the corner. I would have stayed longer if we could have! I definitely recommend this property.

Great location

We enjoyed the stay, the location is close to many stores and restaurants, and the new Durango hotel and casino. Julie, the owner, was easy to contact when needed and very accommodating. The living room seating could use an upgrade, but other than that everything was fine. Garage is small, though, a single car garage, our car would not fit. There’s dog parks in the neighborhood which was super nice.

Great location, clean, quiet, covenant, pet friendly 7 month stay..

We relocated to Navada from California this is a great house with plenty of room well furnished with a good layout that had all the amenities that fit us perfectly for the 7-month long stay being in a great location 15 minutes away from the strip close freeway access there are too many local great restaurants and shops to visit them all during our stay. We had no problem getting in and out and no problem with parking in the garage with my mid-size SUV also there is driveway and street parking that help out when our friends visited. Julie our host was easy to work with and very helpful and available to guide us through the processes being this was our first time using Vrbo. We would highly recommend this house to stay in for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient place in a great neighborhood.

Christmas in Vegas

The house was clean with plenty of space. It was nice to have laundry on the second floor close to the bedrooms. There were pots and pans to do some light cooking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very spacious home and great location

I spent 13 days at this property and enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores bank, drug store and other shops. Julie was a fantastic host and she met all my needs. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Being pet friendly was a big plus, as well as the surrounding shopping and dining in close proximity to the home. This was a working trip for us, and it was nice to come home to a quiet, clean and comfortable home at the end of the day!

Really Nice Place - Great Location

I was impressed with the two story layout. Very large master bedroom and bath. House was in great condition with all amenities provided. I was a newcomer to the Las Vegas area and soon found out that the location was perfect for getting around as it is close to the freeway and surrounding attractions. I will definitely stay here again!!

Great location

** Please read full review!! My family and I plus our little dog had a great time here! Very accessible to the strip, it took us 15 minutes with a little traffic as to be expected on a Saturday, and we were close to Bishop Gorman high school for the football games that we attended. The house is very cozy and we would be happy to stay again. **** However please note, when we pulled up on the driveway there were flip flops on both sides of the driveway, there was trash left over from the people that stayed before us, the toaster was full of crumbs, and we had to wash the dishes we used before using them. In the fridge there was an opened wine bottle and expired condiments. In the two smaller rooms one pillow in each room smelled like sweat Really bad so we only had one pillow to use for each bed. The master was clean and the bed sheets and pillows were clean. Please note that upon driving up to the house, on both sides of the driveway are rocks and gravel and very easy to stumble on if you don’t mind your footing. We have a Yukon XL and barely fit on the driveway. If you’re coming in a smaller car you’ll be fine but you will hardly fit in the garage it’s very narrow. We had a our small dog with us and the backyard is rocks and gravel as well, so we walked around and found a grass picnic area for my dog to use the bathroom cause she wouldn’t go in the backyard because the gravel was super hot from getting direct sun all day. I might recommend a small sod of grass in a planter box for when guests come with pets. The backyard is just a slab of cement with a picnic table and that’s it.

Fantastic 3+ week stay

We had a wonderful 3+ week stay at this property in January 2018. Nice little yard for the dogs, quiet, and very comfortable for our family of three. Further, the location was very convenient to everything. I noted there was a less positive review right before our stay, and while I think it isn't always appropriate to comment on other comments....what I can and will say is, our family did NOT experience any of those concerns (really, aren't all houses in Las Vegas close together?!?!). Finally, the owner was super-responsive to what few questions we did have. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient house in a suburban neighborhood. (also note - for any walkers, runners and/or parents out there, there is a great park nearby...nice ~1 mile walking/jogging trail around the park, two good playgrounds)

Dark, no light filters in from windows because the houses are so close together. Needs updating - not very clean. Cannot use garage so car sits in driveway. Noisy neighborhood - cars and people outside at 3:00am with music blaring. Pigeons make backyard unable to use and are noisy all night. Backyard filthy even for our dog. heat thermometer did not work correctly - hot upstairs, cold downstairs.

The house was perfect!

The house was great for myself and my family. Clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Julie was wonderful and even let us stay a little longer on our last day as my son was not feeling well. Overall this was a very positive experience for my first time using VRBO.

Delivered as advertised

Usually I wait till I receive my deposit to write a review, but I'm confident Julie will do that in a timely manner. The home had wifi, cable in every room, and was spotless. The area was nice (South/West) as was the overall neighborhood. No more than a 10 min drive to the south end of the strip. I recommend this property.

Pleasant Stay!!!

Overall experience was good. House was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. We really had a good time. Lot of shops available around the house in a walkable distance which is a huge plus. Carpet as not so clean. Apart from this, we didn't find anything negative.
