This 2 bedroom villa has recently had a new kitchen installed and is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs. There is a beautiful enclosed sunroom that is great to relax and curl up with a book, relax in the enclosed courtyard or walk down to little beach where you willl find a safe child friendly swimming area, kids play area, boat ramp, fish & chip takeaway shop and Little Beach Marina which has a very nice restaurant.
Conveniently located only a short stroll to Diggers Club and public transport.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
