This beautifully renovated ocean-view villa is ready to become your favorite getaway! Spacious and inviting, this three-level villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with a king bed, queen bed, full bed, twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Main Living Level:

Kitchen: Features new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy ample seating for six at the dining table.
Living Area: Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the space with light and offer spectacular views of the ocean, pool, and lush grounds of the Beach Villas complex.
Upper Level:

Master Bedrooms: Two beautifully appointed master suites. The king bedroom includes a jetted tub and separate shower, while the queen bedroom offers a private bath with a shower. Both rooms feature flat-screen TVs.
Ground Level:

Third Bedroom: Equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed, and a full bath located nearby. This level also includes a cozy family room with a sofa sleeper and comfortable furnishings, perfect for TV-watching or game-playing.
Patio: Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill.
Additional Features:

Laundry: Full-sized Maytag washer and dryer on the entry level.
Parking: Private carport parking for 2 vehicles right outside your villa, with no need to navigate elevators. The gated community ensures secure access.

The place was amazing! Everything was immaculately clean!The kitchen was stocked with any and everything you could possibly need.The pool was just a few steps away and it is great!The walk to the beach was easily manageable for a young and old.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The pool is terrific and access to the beaches could not have been better. We look forward to returning and will definately stay here again.

Love this villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this villa every years for a few years now. Next year we're going back for two weeks. The lcoation on the beach and near Coligny Square is optimal for us. While close to Coligny, we're far enough away for a less crowded beach. Also, the new shared pool is wonderful. And with only 30 villas sharing the pool, the property and pool are never crowded. Vacation Time of Hilton Head is always responsive and proactive. I always try to book my stays on HHI through them.

Great location overlooking the pool and short walk to the beach access. Community seems well kept; the community was fairly quiet the week we were there. Walkable path to Coligny Plaza with shops &restaurants as well as the community green area that has a children's museum and terrific playground. The villas are not large but adequate for our family of 3 adults and one toddler. Only 2 issues - we weren't aware in advance on how the beach chair/umbrella system works but once we figured it out, it was a very easy process to reserve, pay and have ready on the beach for us. The unit had a few beach chairs but no umbrella. Also at the unit was a beach wagon and boogie board. Second issue with the villa was the icemaker was working but not dispensing ice.

Amazing property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for us. It is so close to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent accommodation for family

This was an excellent accommodation for our family, very clean and great location on the beach. We really liked having two living rooms and three bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cook ware. The pool is great. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe add a keurig coffee maker ! Also , the whole condo could be cleaner especially under the beds . We had a 4 year old . She went everywhere !!

Property very well equipped and comfortable.Disappointed with new monthly rental policy for winter months.I have for 15 years escaped winter for the months of Feb.and Mar.The policy is now that property in Mar. must be vacated by the 3rd. Sat. of Mar. This shortens the stay when the best weather is happening!

Bugs and not clean as promised.

We stayed in these villas but a different unit last year and had a great experience so we decided to come back. This year we tried unit 19 and unfortunately the ratings for cleanliness were wrong. The first day there we saw two huge cockroaches. I contacted them and they said they would send out pest control the next day and they never showed up. When I asked if they could let me know when they were coming since I have a baby who would be napping and we had some valuables there she said they couldn’t let me know when they were coming…. And her responses seemed irritated. We then killed at least one bug or centipede every day of our trip here for a week. We found crumbs in the sheets the first night and sand all over the comforters. There is black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cleanliness is huge for me so this place is a no for our next trip. May book the unit from the year prior since the location is what we like and we like the pool here.

Thank you for your review. So surprised at the rating you gave as this villa usually gets all 5 Star reviews. Bugs are certainly plentiful in the south in the summer and regardless of monthly spraying, they seem to occasionally find their way inside. Doors left open, small cracks, etc. We apologize if you felt like it wasn't handled properly.

We loved our stayed at Hilton Head Beach Villa. Our condo was beautiful and super clean. The renovated pool was amazing and we loved the short walk through the back yard to the beach. A wonderful week for all!

We had everything we needed and then some while there. The pool was beautiful. Villa was extremely clean. Close to everything and we could’ve stayed the entire week without a car.
