Nicest and best equipped house we have ever rented—everything that we needed… ample cutlery and dishes (dishwasher was the limit!); kitchen appliances; comfortable furniture and beds; nice sitting areas inside and out. Kids loved pool and beach is lovely. Everything in fact that we needed/wanted (down to a cart to haul chairs to beach (maybe 30 yards away) making it easy). Family consensus is will rent again.For those who dont know it, Sandbridge is a really nice, quiet family beach (though last time we were here was almost 40 years ago)

Point O’View was beyond expectation from arrival to departure in the best possible ways! It is beautifully appointed and solidly built. The view from the upstairs Lido deck is spectacular. There were games for the children, puzzles for adults and books to read. We loved the pool and all the outdoor areas to sit and read/eat or just enjoy the view of the ocean. Even sand toys for the kids. Can’t say enough great things about it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pointe O’View! If you’re looking for a Sandbridge home that truly works for a family, this one is a gem. We stayed with our three little grandsons, and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of space to be together, but also room to spread out and relax. It really felt like a home designed with families in mind.The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and appliances, and the furniture throughout the home is comfortable, both upstairs and down.The pool area is lovely, but the hot tub is spectacular! An ocean view from the hot tub on the deck on a cool, sunny September day?! It doesn’t get much better than that!The one thing this grandma wished for? A couple of outdoor rocking chairs! After all, if you know anything about me, you know this grandma ROCKS! Add a couple of rockers to that beautiful deck, and I’d be in heaven!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families—especially those traveling with children or multiple generations. A comfortable, well-equipped home with an incredible ocean view!

The outdoor patio, pool and pool furniture were great. The main area where we congregated was too small for six people to hang out and watch tv. The kitchen was well equipped. All bedrooms were nicely adorned and the home was clean. Food delivery is interesting. You order and the food is delivered to a local shop mart and you have to meet the driver there. Not a big deterrent but worth mentioning. Hot tub was devine. In the height of season I imagine this area is substantially more busy. There is a huge high occupancy home next to this one and it will draw lots of people so privacy and solitude will be significantly compromised. The new home also has night lighting that illuminates their entire expansive home and it is annoying and intrusive when yu want to be in the dark and enjoy the ocean and night sky.

We are sorry to hear that the main living area felt too small for your group to comfortably gather. We understand your frustration regarding the large, new home next door and its bright night lighting. We are very sorry that this intruded on your ability to enjoy the night sky and the peaceful setting. While we unfortunately cannot control the actions or construction of neighboring properties, we truly empathize and regret that this impacted the sense of privacy and solitude you were seeking. We value your insights, as they help us better understand the guest experience. Pleasantly Surprised

This was our first time at Sandbridge beach. The location reminded me of the outer banks and was a lot closer to home! The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well. The property had every amenity you could ask for and more! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING. We had an amazing getaway and will definitely return! Zero complaints!

Beautiful views

House was just as we expected, beautiful ocean front home. House was fully equipped with everything (except a crockpot), the balconies offer amazing views, pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. House was clean and updated. Would stay here again!
