This property is located in the marina and has a private dock. At approximately 4,104 square feet, it is our largest boat dock home. It was built in 1980 but redone in 2015 so it has all of the modern day luxuries you and your family could want! Upon entry of the front gate, you have a direct pathway to the dock and a spacious deck, the perfect place to spend summer days. Take a tour of the marina with the kayaks or go fishing off the dock! The first level of the property features a laundry room, half bath, formal dining area, informal dining area, kitchen, and a super comfy living space. The kitchen has plenty of cooking space and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinetry. The kitchen is also fairly open, making it easy for everyone doing the cooking to stay a part of the party! The living room features a large and comfy couch, huge flat screen TV, a piano, and a gorgeous brick fireplace; there is no better place to retire to after a fun filled day on the water. On the second floor you will find four bedrooms. To the right, you will find the master suite which features a king bed, private balcony overlooking the water, private brick fireplace, flat screen TV, and a beautiful master bath. The master bath features his and her sinks, a large walk in closet, a Jacuzzi tub, and a large shower. Two more bedrooms on this level feature queen beds, while the last room features a trundle bed with two twins(kids room) and lots of toys for the kiddos! There is a full bath on this level featuring a shower/tub combo and his and her sinks. Last but not least on this level is the sauna! The third level of this property is the loft, featuring two full beds, a bunk bed featuring two twins, and a big cozy couch! With a 45 foot boat dock, this property is situated right on the water for all kinds of water sports!
