This spacious first floor waterfront condo has over 1879 sq. of indoor/outdoor living space. Boasting two gigantic elevated private outdoor patio’s with outdoor furniture, along with water views of the Intercostal, direct access to marina, designated parking and your own private entrance. Featuring 9 foot ceilings, comfortably sleeps 6 with two bedrooms plus a full size murphy bed in the den with closet. The inviting master suite has a king bed and en suite including full travertine shower and sitting area with view of the marina. Enjoy the unique option of using the den as a home office or a third bedroom. Second Bathroom tub/shower has been completely updated with granite and travertine.
 
The kitchen is completely equipped and updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dining table seats up to 10. Four TV’s are provided for every room along with cable and DVD player a 60” TV in the family room with state of the art sound system. You are just a few steps adjacent to the washer and dryer access.
 
Gated with security 24 hours a day, the condo’s two pools can’t be compared, including the “best kids pool on the Key”. Three lighted Har-Tru tennis courts along with an active tennis community and large workout facility. Four Gas grills for your use and a massive indoor/outdoor dining area. Perfect place to relax

We were very pleasantly surprised how well Siesta Key had been working to cleanup from the hurricanes - as we thought about canceling our trip. But we absolutely LOVE SK and decided to go and give our support for the local area. So glad we did. Condo is in a perfect spot and everything we needed for our month long stay was there. The pool was awesome and the weather perfect! We have stayed at Harbor Towers twice now and definitely is our favorite place.

No need to look further…this is the place to rent.

This property is well appointed and well cared for. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The owners were great to work with we would recommend this property for its location and comfort.

Amazing Outside Balcony Bay View in Beautiful spacious first floor condo

This is one of the few first floor condos with Sarasota Bay amazing views and two outdoor balconies which I enjoyed rising early to capture sunrise and watch pelicans and see an occasional dolphin swim by. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The owner provided so many extras for the beach, kayaking and even bicycles for our stay. This was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced and look forward to our next visit.

Nice condo, great location

The condo is nice with a great view of the intercoastal. The King bed and Murphy bed were pretty comfortable but the twin bed used by my adult brother in law not so much. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need for cooking. I reported a few maint items towads the end of our stay and the maint. guy came the next day to check on them. I was disappointed that the patio chairs and ottomans in the vrbo listing had been changed out with something different that do not have ottomans. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Beautifully decorated condo

Spacious. Kitchen has everything you need for meals, except spices, which is understandable. Master bedroom very comfortable. The second bedroom with twin beds is really for children and not comfortable for adults. There is a queen size murphy bed in the 3rd room, which is a little more comfortable for adults. The highlight is the outside deck overlooking the waterway. We spent many hours watching the boats traverse the waterway. You can take the Rides for Tips or the trolley into the Village, which we did frequently. The main Siesta Key Beach Access is less than a mile on Midnight Pass. Out thanks to Mary, the owner, for her help and allowing us to stay at her lovely condo for two weeks.

We loved this condo, great location and everything we needed was there. Fishing was great at Turtle Beach!! Walk to beach was about 1/2 of mile but we loved the grounds and sitting on the island watching the boats go by!!

Fantastic Condo and Complex

This condo and complex were amazing . The condo was beautiful and newly decorated , with the best view of the intercoastal . There were 2 outdoor patios that allowed you to be in the shade or sun . The 3 bedrooms created great separation for our family .There were even bikes and kayaks included . The complex has a new workout facility , clay tennis courts, adult and kids pools , etc. What a place !

You were right, the views were amazing! We just loved sitting outside having our coffee and relaxing every morning. The condo is a really open layout with higher ceilings than normal, so even with a larger group, it felt spacious. Super clean and I just loved cooking in the kitchen. So many kitchen tools and appliances...I had everything that I needed. Bed linens were especially nice and we were really comfortable. Everything really exceeded our expectations! Thank you! We will rent from you again!

We loved your condo! The view from your back patio of Little Sarasota Bay is amazing. You’ve decorated beautifully and the floor plan is very spacious and airy. The tennis courts are fantastic and the pool is wonderful. We will definitely be staying with you again next year!

Great Decor and Perfect Location on the Key

Gorgeous views and fantastic location

Condo was very clean and had a great layout. Awesome natural light and really pretty views! Very close to the beach and downtown area. Used the included bikes quite a bit to get around the island and barely needed the car at all!

Vanwieren Condo at Harbor Towers

Without doubt the Vanwieren Condo at Harbor Towers is now my favorite place to stay in Siesta Key! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff, manager, and security personnel. The condo is within walking distance to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach, and within a 7-minute drive to the downtown area where I found an excellent selection of restaurants for great food. For instance, each morning I made the short trip downtown to the “Broken Egg” where the wait staff is punctual, warm and friendly. I truly enjoyed walking to the beach and through the downtown area. The palm trees and ocean breeze provide a sense of peace and comfort. The overall atmosphere at Harbor Towers and the Vanwieren Condo provides a special retreat that made me feel at home. The Vanwieren’s do a great job to provide a vacation rental that is truly welcoming and demonstrates what hospitality looks like!

Warm and Welcoming

Spacious, welcoming condo with all of the amenities one could think of... Our family felt right at home! We could've stayed forever even with the rain that brought dismal weather the first week. The dining room table was great for our family game night and the family room was large enough that we could all gather round for the NBA finals and enjoy the game (despite the fact the Cavs lost :(.) We enjoyed using the kayaks on the inter-coastal, riding bikes to the beach, playing pickle ball on the tennis courts, swimming in the pool, as well as relaxing on the verandas with the peaceful view of the water, not to mention gorgeous Siesta Beach. Since I broke my foot prior to vacation, the luxurious shower with a bench seat in the master bedroom was just what the doctor ordered! All of the beds were comfortable and this condo is remarkably taken care of. We would definitely come again.

Excellent Experience- Clean, Beautiful & Enjoyable

I could not be happier with this condo and my rental experience. The location is perfect, the views great, and the amenities exceptionally comfortable. Everything was new, clean, and ready to enjoy on arrival. Easy walk in/out makes enjoying everything Siesta Key has to offer effortless, and the rental experience was professional and pleasant. My amazing vacation at Siesta Key;

My vacation in the condo on Siesta Key was truly amazing. The location is perfect for walking the beach, site seeing, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was exception and so well maintained. I am booking for November 2017. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

The BEST place ever!

This condo has everything! Beautiful close up view of the marina and the boats going by. The sunsets from the patio are gorgeous; the photo they used did not disappoint. Comfy, cushioned patio furniture, too! The floor plan is super spacious. I especially like the two patios which offered different sun/shade - not all of the condos have this. Being on the first floor walking right in was not only really convenient, but felt like home. This condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the condo, or the building laundry is also convenient. The pool is lovely and offers umbrellas. Great beds - always important to me! Used the outdoor grills for dinner. No waiting; I think I remember 4 or 5 grills. Dining table in condo can seat a group which is nice as I like it when everyone can sit down together for a meal. Condo is located just minutes from the beach - rated again as #1 beach! The white sand is incredible and we walked the beach every day. It's a short walk there but you can also take the free trolley. Trolley also goes to Siesta Beach with lots of great places for drinks, food or shopping. We had a tasty breakfast at the Broken Egg with mimosas. Sunday night is the drum circle on the beach and if you don't choose to participate, it's great spectating with a pail of frozen drinks from the beach bar. St. Armand's Circle is terrific shopping, and surprisingly affordable if you have a price range. If you're not a shopper, still go and sit at one of the many cafes and people watch! We also toured the aquarium which is comfortably done in 3-4 hours. There is so much to do in Siesta Key and Sarasota, I just have to go back. And I would definitely stay at this condo again!!!!

Being from Michigan my husband and I bleed green! We live in the back yard of Michigan State University. We have recently purchased a house divided flag due to the fact that both of our children are attending the University of Michigan one in Medical School and the other in Law school.

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key since the 80's. We have stayed in many different condo's on the Key over the years. Harbor Towers has been a family favorite starting when our college age children were toddlers. They absolutely loved the kids pool! My husband would drive us all down for a two week stay. We did the pool in the morning, lunch, naps and then afternoon on the amazing Siesta Key beach. Wonderful memories. As renters we always felt very welcome by the owners as well as the staff at Harbor Towers. Very Safe building 24 hour security.
