The Great Entertainer delivers just that for all of our guests. The beautifully detailed workmanship used in this home combined with the comfortably elegant country furnishings and mountain décor will take your breath away. This is the perfect escape to enjoy all the luxuries you can imagine.

Interior
This vacation retreat has all new furniture with a wonderful mountain decor. You can pick your favorite movie from the 250+ movie library and watch it on the 55” smart led tv with surround sound in the family room or on one of the led tv’s in each bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with superior finishes.

Game room
If you are one who enjoys a variety of activities then this is definitely the right place for you. The game room offers a pool table, foosball, dartboard, old school arcade game with 60 of your favorite 1980's games like pac man-donkey kong-frogger, and three video arcade games from the 1990's which include 4 player NBA Jam and Golden Tee. We also have a 16’ shuffle board table. Let's not forget the 48" LED TV with sound bar. You can enjoy hours of fun in that room alone.

Backyard
Sunny deck with a picnic table for adults and one for the kids. It has a gas bbq for your grilling enjoyment. Let’s not forget about the 6 person hot tub, led lights, and foot massagers. This will definitely loosen your muscles and relax you after a fun day of playing. The deck leads to the backyard to enjoy a game of horseshoes.

Location-location-location
You can take a nice nature hike or run as the end of our street runs into the meadow. You’ll be situated between the bijou golf course and the trails of heavenly, minutes from the lake, merely blocks from great restaurants and pubs, and 2.5 miles from state line.

So whether you want to stay in or head out for fun and adventure, there are endless possibilities for your choosing.

The city of South Lake Tahoe has created super strict ordinances against vacation rentals. Big fines for both the renter and owner, which the renter is responsible for both. Max 2 cars on our property, no street parking, unreasonable noise at any time, and no hot tub use between 10pm-8am. Please look up these ordinances online if you are not aware of them.

In response to the City of South Lake Tahoe ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License. VHR permit #333499. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 6 people, and children under 13 do not count. Maximum 2 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.

Great Stay in Tahoe

This is a great spot for a family or group. We loved the game room and hot tub. House was spacious for our group of four and would be fine for larger groups as it's much more spacious than your typical ski condo. Good location - just a five minute drive to Heavenly CA base lodge and close to stores and lake.

Family winter vacation

I have nothing but positive things to say. The house was great! Beds comfortable. Shower pressure AMAZING. TV’s in every room. Big comfortable sectional for the entire family to enjoy movies. Great kitchen. Big cozy hot tub. Heater works great! Game room was better than Described. Washer and dryer with soap provided. Thank you to Taylor for being soo accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing property

Great ski house!

Great location for skiing in Soith Lake Tahoe and easy access to restaurants and bars. The game room was loaded and so much fun. Taylor was super attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommended. It was perfect for our group of 4

Fun For All

What you see is what you get!!! This house was amazing and the owner was very helpful. Beds are amazing, house is spotless, wonderful hot tub and the gameroom is awesome. Just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle at stateline allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful place in South Lake Tahoe!

The Great Entertainer was a lovely place for my family and my Sister to stay at! The game room was awesome, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We visited in the middle of July (2018) and there was no air conditioning. Which is normal for the homes in this area, from what we heard. It did get a little warm, but we are from SoCal, so it didn't bother us. The firepit and jacuzzi were great, and it is a short drive to the casinos/town/gondolas. I would recommend this home!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The game room was so much fun. My kids had a blast in there (and us parents, too!). The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the hot tub. It was also very convenient with close proximity to stores, restaurants, skiing and casinos. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Taylor for an awesome experience!

Fantastic home away from home

Eight guys spent a week on the slopes, and got to come home every afternoon to this amazing place. The game room alone might have kept us in the cabin all week playing shuffleboard, Dirty Harry, and pool. Hot tub was fantastic, showers were great (towels for everyone, plus laundry!), and the comfy couch around the TV made relaxing easy. Bed space for all eight of us (snorers quarantined.) Kitchen was very well-stocked with all the gear we could want, and the location in town is great too. Easy access to multiple grocery stores, banks, Heavenly, Stateline, and we drove to Sierra and Kirkwood as well. There are instructions everywhere and we had zero issues using the numerous amenities. Huge thank-you to Taylor and Johnny for letting us share your home, and we hope to return soon with some more snow!

Great Time!!

Was a great place with everything you could want for the weekend. There was never a reason to leave after getting off the mountain. All the activities you could want with plenty of things to cook with. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Outstanding house with plenty of room, stocked kitchen for cooking, convenient location to drive/Uber to slopes or casinos (under 10min) and a fantastic game room. Did I mention the game room? Awesome. Can’t go wrong here.

Great place! Great owners! Great time!

I would leave a bad review to keep other travelers away so that I can have this place all to myself, but I guess that won't be fair for Taylor as he's an awesome owner. He was an absolute pleasure to speak to and he was very helpful in the process. Very easygoing and understandable. I just came back from 4 days of much needed R&R with a handful of friends thanks to Taylor. The place is just amazing! They provide anything / everything you need for the kitchen, ample sleeping quarters for 6 guys, the game room was amazing, the couch was comfortable, the laundry / dryer are brand new, and to top it all off, they have a HOT TUB!! I will definitely come back. Thank you so much Taylor, for all that you've done in keeping a great place to travel to.

It was a great place for our family to get together

The house is nicely equipped and provided a great location to everything. We will look at using this house again when we come back. The owners were great they checked with us to see how everything was going and if we had any problems. It was a great time for everyone.

Total relaxation and fun all in one

Our family loves this cabin. Not only is it close to everything but it has everything too. After a long day on the slopes it's hard to beat relaxing in the spa then playing games in the comfort of your own cabin. Whether it's playing pool, shuffle board, ping pong, or one of the many choices on the multicade it's entertainment for the whole family. This has now become our go to cabin for South lake.

Great Place & Location

Our group of friends had a great time staying here during our vacation. the place is well kept and is in a great location. minutes away from Heavenly and State line. the game room really separates this cabin from the rest. Definitely would stay here again.

This house rocks. It provides a great place for a family or whoever. The game room is the best touch to any vacation house. This house has it all. Book this place and you will not go anywhere else. Close to everything in SLT.

Perfect spot for family fun

This house was the best VRBO house we have stayed in to date. The game room was fantastic with something fun for everyone to do (all 5 of our kids ages 5-11 were fully entertained). The house was immaculate...and I am super-picky about cleanliness. Having a spot so close to Heavenly was also perfect for quick trips to ice skate or go to dinner. To top it off, it snowed while we were there. This house really was the perfect place for our vacation getaway....can't wait to go back!

This house has everything

The owner was very punctual .... it was like a hotel with towels and soap it had a jacuzzi ... im too lazy to name everything this place had it definitely made our trip to TAHOE great. plus the fact that it was on pioneer trail made it better due to all the traffic on the 50 would stay here again

Fun Family Vacation Rental

My overall experience with renting this home and staying in the home is great. The owners do a great job communicating and responding to messages. Any email or text was answered within minutes and they were always nice and helpful. The home itself is very clean, fun, and kid friendly. We all enjoyed playing the games, having fires in the fire pit outside, and going in the hot tub. For people looking to rent this home, I would suggest bringing paper cups (for outside), and also hand soap pumps. Those were two things we didn't have at first that would have been helpful with kids. The only suggestions I have for the owners would be the doors do squeak quite a bit and since the rooms are close together I woke every time someone got up to go to the bathroom at night, so I would suggest spraying the hinges of the doors to see if that helps with the squeaking. Also, we went in August and it was really hot in Tahoe that weekend. The house does not have AC, so having a few standing fans would have been nice for the bedrooms or living room. Overall, great experience and we all enjoyed our weekend stay!

Great place to relax!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Tahoe and my husband wanted this property. I am glad we chose it. My kids loved the game room, I can see why they put it in, and why it is such a hit! After long days at the beach, it was nice to come back, play games with the kids, and go in the hot tub. It was close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and plenty of room for our family of five. Taylor was extremely helpful, and very prompt in answering any questions that arose. We would definitely return. My only suggestion is to put hand soap at each of the sinks(obviously a minor detail). Thanks!
