Here's exactly what you've been waiting for: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths on over 1.5 lots of new construction - about 150 STEPS TO THE SLOPES! The main floor boasts a magnificent open-floor plan for the living area, dining area and gourmet kitchen. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath are also on the main floor. The back patio has a 6 person hot tub and huge fire pit with circular seating. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, fireplace and flat screen tv are on the second floor. The master bath has a double sink vanity, soaking tub and shower. Another guest bedroom with two twin beds is on the second floor with its own full bathroom. The basement floor consists of a 650 sq ft media room, full laundry facilities, mudroom, 1/2 bath and garage. Garage has boot warmers for 8 pairs of boots and the driveway is heated.

This property is conveniently located within a 2 to 5 minute walk of everything you need. The Town lift is a 1/4 block flat walk. Ski home on the Quit 'N Time run for the same short walk home. Walk to the Bridge Café and Grill for breakfast before hitting the slopes. Stop in at the High West Distillery for happy hour at the end of a great ski day. Rent your skis around the corner at Utah Ski & Golf. Main Street and its fine dining establishments and shops are right out your door. There's also lots going on in the off-ski season months - art and music festivals, along with a multitude of outdoor activities.

Perfect Perch for the Sundance Film Festival

It was a wonderful home base for the film festival. The listing photos do not give it justice; the home is warm, bright, and very comfortable. The property manager was very communicative, flexible, and helpful. We appreciated the proximity to Main Street, especially when it snowed!

Perferct Ski in Ski out house

This was a great house that fit our family of five perfectly. The house had plenty of space, including a movie room and a big dining room/ family room area. The location was perfect. It was less than a half block walk to the ski lift, and two blocks away from Main Street.

Wonderful winter stay

We rented for an extended period and the house was just perfect for skiing and access to town. It is a beautiful property, well-maintained and the managers were always helpful and responsive. Very highly recommended.

Amazing House

Easy access to lifts and main st. slopes are 6 houses down so this basically ski in: ski out. We really enjoyed the home Theater complete with amazing surround sound.

Great place and excellent location!

Our group of 6 had a great time here. The house is very nice. We actually ended up staying in and cooking more than we planned to because the kitchen was so nice! The location is excellent! A very easy walk both to Main St. and Town Lift for easy access to skiing/snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again!

The spacious house lived up to our expectations and looks exactly as advertised. All necessary amenities were provided and checking into the property was easy. The location is perfect for going to and from Main Street. The beds are all comfy and the home is very well kept. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great family retreat in Park City

The house was awesome! Our family of 6 completely enjoyed our visit. The bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. The house was recently remodeled and tastefully done. Very comfortable. Close to slopes, town lift, bus stop, and main street - perfect location. The movie room was a bonus that was enjoyed when not skiing. The heated garage, changing room and boot warmer all appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Loved our stay.

Photos and description are a perfect representation of this wonderful property. The house is located in the best spot in town. The Town Lift and slope are a minute walk to the end of the street from the house. Main Street, downtown, where everything happens is withing walking distance as well. No sense driving and looking for a parking spot, where walking is easier and just as quick. The house is meticulously maintained with upscale finishes throughout. If we come to Park City again next year, we would certainly look to stay in this house again.

Second Stay as Good as the First

We enjoyed this property so much during our first stay in Feb 2016 we returned to spend Thanksgiving week here. Sadly, there was no snow for skiing so we ended up relaxing, cooking and watching movies in the fabulous theater room. The home is extraordinarily appointed with wonderful finishes. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the linens of excellent quality. We certainly plan to return again, and again, and again.

Amazing Home

This home is fantastic! Photo's are right on. Very roomy great open floor plan. Heated floors, highest quality appliances, furniture and linens. Media room with refrigerator and micro for watching concerts or movies. Boot warmers spoiled us! Location, location, location! One block to chair lift and two blocks to Park City historical town. Property manager and owner very accommodating. This home is very comfortable for all!!!

Fantastic accommodations!

The Perfect Family Ski Getaway

This property is simply wonderful. Our group (two children and three adults) stayed four nights and found it the perfect property for our trip. The home offers wonderful luxury finishes-sumptuous bedding, multiple fireplaces (master and living room), chefs kitchen stocked with all items you need to prep and enjoy meals, and the most amazing home theater which was such a treat for film viewing. The location cant be beat. We were steps away from the Town Lift and about a half mile from the base of PCMR. Our kids are beginner skiiers and they had some trouble skiing back on the ungroomed blue slopes leading back from Town Lift but it was the perfect option for my husband to fit in tons of runs and come and come/go conveniently from the house. Also you can take the Town Lift up to green runs that will drop you above greens that lead to PCMR so it was still a good solution for skiing with the kids. The boot warmers located in the garage kept our boots dry and ready for each use. This property was perfect for us and we definitely look forward to returning.

Great from every angle.

Beautifully done place, with great layout for a family. Kitchen/Great room in the center of it all. Bedrooms well done and very comfortable. Short walk to town. 1 short block walk to ski-in at town lift. The theater room was great for kids and adults. Every detail taken care of, all the way down to boot warmers in the garage/mud room area. Best place we've stayed in PC, over past 10-years!

Perfect winter getaway home

Lovely as the photos are, they don't do the home justice. Stylish, elegant, comfortable decor and furnishings. Everything of highest quality- appliances, furniture, linens, etc. Location is perfect- easy access to Town Lift, and ski run ends a few steps from the house. Short walk to shops and restaurants on Main St. Property manager very readily available and responsive do questions, both before and during visit.

Early Autumn in Park City

My week in Park City was fabulous...loved the accommodations, location and no worries about parking in this quaint, historical town. Walked 2 blocks to Main Street...enjoyed the Park Silly Market on Sunday with live entertainment. The home's decor and appliances are very modern but it retains a welcoming warmth--love the open layout on the main floor...so great for entertaining! The "theater" downstairs is great...microwave and refrigerator available for popcorn and cold drinks. The leaves were changing colors a few days before I left this beautiful area...will definitely come back and stay in this home again!

Location, Location, Location. We have been looking for the perfect vacation home in Park City for several year's, but were never completely happy with the location until we found this home. This property is conveniently located within a 2 to 5 minute walk of everything you need. No need for an expensive rental car. The Town lift is a 1/4 block flat walk. Ski home on the Quit 'N Time run for the same short walk home. Walk to the Bridge Café and Grill for breakfast before hitting the slopes. Stop in at the High West Distillery for happy hour at the end of a great ski day. Rent your skis around the corner at Utah Ski & Golf. Main Street and its fine dining establishments and shops are right out your door. There's also lots going on in the off-ski season months - art and music festivals, along with a multitude of outdoor activities.
