Check out our AMAZING OUTDOOR area for those days when you don't want to go to the beach. Escape to the Cape to this adorable 3 BR near Seagull & Englewood beaches. Sleeps 8+ comfortably. Quiet, private West Yarmouth neighborhood. House abuts a nature reserve of cranberry bogs. Lots of privacy with surrounding forest. Spacious yard with very large patio and deck. Propane and charcoal grills on the patio, outside shower and a firepit.

Centrally located for dining, shopping locally, mini golf, inflatable park, trampoline and water parks, ice cream parlors ...

Amenities include 2 TVs and DVD players, cable & wireless Internet access, Washer & Dryer, USB outlets in all BRs and social rooms, heating and AC, gas grill, outdoor shower, private furnished patio/deck, firepit….

Bedroom Configuration:
Master: Queen sized bed, full couch, TV & DVD player.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed
Bedroom 3: 5 twin sized beds

The Space:
Renovated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and with dishes & cookware. Eco-grade new washer and dryer provided as well as a refreshing clothes line for that sea-air freshness.
Upgraded bathroom design to meet vacationers needs. 1 full bathroom inside. Spacious outdoor shower.
Master BR in the back of the house has a queen bed, full couch, self-sustained AC/Heat, ceiling fan, TV & DVD player. Pack n Play available as well with plenty of space for placement.
Corner BR is a queen bed comfortably fitting 2 adults.
Large front BR has a bunk bed, a daybed with a pull-out, and a twin (5 twin mattresses all together) and still plenty of floor space for games & puzzles.
Large living room is an entertainment hub with ample seating including a full sleeper sofa, large smart TV (Roku configured with access to Netflix, etc), DVD player, and Cable/Internet. Livingroom also holds the AC to cool the main house.
Six USB-equipped outlets in all social rooms and bedrooms. Never run out of places to re-charge!

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. No linens or bath towels provided.

Only Saturday to Saturday in summer season. No half weeks. Any other check-in and check out arrangements must be approved by the owner.

Great Week on The Cape!!

We had a great time here!! Very spacious, convenient to every major road, and hosts provided way more than expected!! Really enjoyed using the fire pit on a cool night and having the Cranberry bog close, so we could take a walk there every morning!

Lovely escape

We loved our stay in Yarmouth. It was a great location to get to everything on our list and a quiet, spacious retreat to come back to each day. Our grown kids really liked the fire pit and lawn space.

Amazing home with more space than the average cape cottage and nicely remodeled. Julie and Brandon did a great job updating this property. Love the location. Very private yet close to restaurants and the beach.

Sweet little cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is centrally located, has tons of amenities and is very clean. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Neighborhood is quiet and close to groceries and restaurants if needed.

Great vacation home!

We stayed for a week and the house was great! Very clean when we arrived, and all the amenities you would need. (Coffee pot, toaster, etc…) The backyard is really nice and great for sitting outside/letting the kids play. Nice fire pit in the back yard also. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Family Location

This house was perfect for a family of 8 adults/young adults. The back yard was ideal for family meals and games! Seagull Beach was a short drive away, and activities along rte 28 were around the corner. We would definitely use this rental again.

Perfect house

On a quiet street, nice outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor patio and plenty of seating, volleyball net, swings, plenty of air conditioning, cool kids bedroom with bunk beds, etc. Unbelievable location. Seagull beach was our favorite daily spot. Would rent again.

Perfect Vacation House

My family has rented this house in the past and will again in the future. It was big enough for our two kids with a huge yard for them to play in, and everyone loved the outdoor shower. The house was spotlessly clean and was a quick drive away from our favorite spots in Yarmouth and Hyannis. Would definitely recommend this to any families with young kids.

Everything you need

This cottage is the perfect place to stay when in Yarmouth at the Cape. It is on a quiet street but convenient to everywhere. The owners thought of everything you might need for an extended stay. The little ones will be thrilled with all of the toys and games available to them. The firepit was outstanding and the yard and outdoor dining area well done. An oh yeah, the outdoor shower was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Cape Vacation

This us our second year staying at this lovely home. We enjoyed coming back and I must say the weather was beautiful. My grandaughter loved coming back to visit the friend she made in the neighborhood. We loved spending time in the lovely backyard. The backyard was lovely and a perfect place to grill. We love how the home has all the essentials and was clean and ready when we checked in. I would highly recommend this home for a famiky vacation. nnneighborhood

Well thought out

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect, had everything we needed for every age of the grand kids who came with us. 5 minutes from the beach, and the back yard had lots of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax with a wonderful fire pit. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kiddos! Hope to be back again soon!

Perfect family get away!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and my mother-in-law. Our kids LOVED the room with the bunks. The house feels bigger than the pictures suggest - and the outside deck/patio and shower is amazing. We loved it and would love to go back. It’s so close to beaches (seagull beach was perfect and <5 min away), mini golf, good food, etc. Didn’t need to contact the owners at all while we were there - everything was as advertised or better. THANK YOU !!!!!

Cozy and beautiful home on Cape Cod.

The house was neat, clean, orderly and elegantly decorated. That made you feel comfortable and welcomed. It has everything one needs, and it is very conveniently located. We had a nice time. . The kitchen was well stocked. There was room for all 8 of us as well as enough furniture. The beds were comfortable and having closets and dressers was handy. The owner was very helpful whenever I contacted her with questions. We would stay there again.

Great location with plenty of room

Booked with home for a family weekend in Cape Cod. The location was convenient and the rooms were as described. The home could use some updating for the price you pay, but overall it was a great property and the owners communicated well. The 10:30am checkout is a little early for the price, especially with all the checkout items required before departing. Would be nice to have another hour so you're not rushed in the morning. Recommend this property for your Cape visit!

Great value. Super quiet.

On a corner, but on a cul-de-sac, so zero traffic. Just minutes to several restaurants, grocery store, water, and Rt 6. Felt like being at home because of all the room. Large deck with firepit and grill. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Comfortable furniture in living room. Everything in the home was in excellent shape and relatively modern. Manager/owner was responsive to personal questions about restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Cape Cod Home

Overall I was pleased with the house. It was in a wonderful, safe neighborhood on a dead-end street. The outdoor space was great and very inviting. The home was well maintained, though I felt it could have been a little cleaner. It certainly wasn't dirty, just little things I noticed that could have been better. It was very well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of board games for the kids. The one thing I would want to point out is that there is not central AC. There was a mini-split in the main bedroom (a converted garage) that cooled that room fine. However, the original footprint of the house (living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms) only had one window AC in the living room. It was a particularly hot week when we stayed and the humidity was unbearable in the two bedrooms to the point where no one really slept.

Feels Like Home!

Oh where do I begin? The pictures online do not give this vacation home justice. There was so much thought put into the decor of this home. The swing in the front yard was the first thing that caught my eye. My granddaughter and her friend she met across the street enjoyed the swing which brought back childhood memories to me. This home was filled with books to read, games to play and toys for the kids to enjoy. The backyard was fenced and private and excellent for quiet nights by the firepit or for entertaining family or friends. The lighting in the backyard was a lovely addition along with the outdoor shower. The rooms were all equipped with air conditioners and the home was clean and had the feeling of being at home. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for the kids to ride bikes. I would highly recommend this home for your summer vacation or weekend getaway. We hope to return next year to make more family memories in this beautiful vacation home. The McManus and Gordon Family

Wonderful Family Retreat

We stayed here in November, and enjoyed unusually good weather. Nice place with nice hosts. Very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and back yard.

September Cape cod trip

House was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with good outdoor space. Location was very convenient for beach, stores and restaurants and attractions for the family.

Friends trip

We have planned this trip for ten years. This rental in Yarmouth was in a great location for us to do our touring of the cape and Nantucket Island. Ate seafood every night and enjoyed the comfort of this home.

And now with this lovely Cape house, they look forward to the many years to come enjoying the Cape all year round with their new little family and sharing this opportunity of Cape fun and enjoyment with many other families too!

Generations have vacationed in the Yarmouth/Dennis/Chatham areas of the Cape. Beach time, mini-golf, and ice cream are the ultimate "-isms" of the Cape life and all are within walking/biking distance of home.

The privacy of the backyard and the nearby cranberry bogs really made Brandon & Julie love this home even more than they already did. It is comfy and quaint. More room inside than initially expected which is great for including their extended family on vacations. A huge private backyard leads to hours of outdoor fun.
