Our 4 bedroom 2 story house boasts 180 degree ocean views from its very large deck ready to enjoy amazing sunsets, whale watching and just relaxing in the sun.
Only a 1 minute walk and you are at the top of the beach stairs to enjoy the sand and waves. We provide lots of beach essentials to enjoy your day at the beach. Relax in the outdoor hot tub when you return to enjoy the sunset!

4 spacious bedrooms, 2 large living areas, a large kitchen, 2 outdoor living areas, & a large spacious deck with amazing ocean views. Our backyard also has a putting green, hot tub, dining area & BBQ. Within the gated community there’s a kids playground, basketball court, volleyball court, bocce ball court, & a pickle-ball court.

No parties, no loud noise, no pets, no smoking. Strict HOA rules.

With the beach a 1 minute walk away, the amenities of the outlet mall, shopping centers, & LEGO Land all within minutes drive away. Everything is very easy! You can take a few minute stroll to the South Carlsbad campgrounds camp store and enjoy a yummy shave ice while overlooking the ocean! The train station is only a 3 minute walk away & that can take you on an amazing journey (up or down) the coastline to many destinations. LEGO Land is only a 5 minute drive away, Seaworld is 30 minutes away, Downtown San Diego is 35 minutes away, & Disneyland is 55 minutes away. You can always jump on the train to visit many attractions if you don’t feel like driving. We also have a Ralph’s supermarket & Rite-Aid in walking distance. We provide most beach essentials from chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boggie boards, surfboards, & stand up paddle boards to enjoy your day at the beach!
