There’s even a crow’s nest with wonderful panoramic views of the area!

The kids will have fun outside on the deck swings while you cook up a delicious meal for everyone inside in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and lovely wood touches. Eat outside or at the expandable table inside.

Spend time in the living room, enjoying the flatscreen TV and free WiFi! And make sure to take note of the sofa sleeper; between this and the other two bedrooms, this condo sleeps eight guests.

Claim the huge main bedroom for your own, relaxing in the king-size bed and reveling in your very own comfy chair and private bathroom, or grab the other bedroom with two queen-size beds and a flatscreen TV. While this room doesn’t have its own bathroom, there is a second bathroom nearby in the hall.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. We’re excited to inform you that this condo utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
