Downstairs:

• Use the self-check in keypad to enter at your convenience. At first entrance, you’ll be greeted with a spacious private patio complete with comfortable outdoor furniture.

* Kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster & coffee maker.

• Eating areas for 3 guests

Upstairs:

• 1 master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed & 1 big screen TV (Wi-Fi connected), 1 ceiling fan, 1 sofa bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub.

•2 bed rooms: each room has 1 Queen Bed with big screen TVs (Wi-Fi connected), ceiling fan, as well as their own closets.

•1 bathroom with bathtub

•Loft uses for living room including sofa bed, coffee table, big screen TV, extendable round table with 4 chairs

•Hi-Speed Wi-Fi.

•Clean towels, utensils, washer, dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

•The front of guest house is using to host you during your staying & my other services. My other family members are living in the back unit, detached from the guesthouse that you will be using. Each house has its own entrance, they only share the driveway to the house. The house was designed with your privacy as a priority.

•ONLY CONFIRMED GUEST CAN STAY AT THE PROPERTY
•NO NOISE FROM 9:00 PM -7:00 AM
•NO PET, DRUGS, PARTY, WEED
•NO SMOKE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY
•LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU ARE EXPECTING VISITORS.

If you would like a late check-out, you can request it (at an additional fee) and we will do our best if there is availability.

You must also acknowledge:

•Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
•The house is a NO PARTY, NO DRUG, NO SMOKING house. You will be asked to leave if there is any noise complaint of parties or excessive guests.
•HOST DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF ACCIDENTS HAPPEN DURING YOUR STAY
