Beautiful Garden home by the Bay!

This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house located in the quiet town of Netarts, OR. The interior is completely updated and decorated tastefully with a modern beach decor. The kitchen is open to the dining room and main living area, so everyone is still able to enjoy the company of friends and family while cooking a delicious meal in the well stocked kitchen.
There is a private hot tub behind the home that is covered, so you can still enjoy it on rainy days. There is a great spot on the side of the house with a picnic table and fire pit. The perfect area to grill some steaks and then sit around the fire preparing your s'mores!

** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sarah the Host was great. Unfortunately, the house had fleas in the upstairs bedrooms. Sarah came over and treated the house and treated us to dinner.

Birthday beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 16th birthday beach trip. Group of 7 for the weekend and all we heard from the teens for the first 15 minutes was how nice the house was. Great space for all and the teens learned how to play bumper pool. Hot tub out back is quiet and private. The master bathroom was great with a 7 ft soaker tub. Management's communication was awesome and super quick to respond. Walking distance to the water and a quick drive down to Tunnel Beach. We would totally stay here again.

Great beach property

This was a lovely property to stay at on the Oregon coast. Walking distance from the beach, 15 minutes from grocery stores and downtown Tillamook, with an exceptionally living area. All in all this was just a very pleasant stay.

My family has been staying at this beach house for the past three summers. It is a wonderful beach house! The space is fantastic and the house is so well stocked. We enjoy all it has to offer, the location, the fire pit, the hot tub. We plan to keep coming back. I highly recommend!

Amazing hosts! Clean and affordable accommodations! Everything we needed to have a perfect retreat! Sarah is right ontop of anything you need to make your stay perfect! From questions about how to turn the hot tub down to how to get toast brown in the morning no question to silly or dumb for them to answer within minutes. We are already booked for next year!

Great house!

The Bay Rose Retreat is the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in. Our adult grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Very clean and comfortable 👍5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sarah was very helpful.

Great family home with lots of amenities

This was our second stay a (three-generation family). We love that we can walk to the beach, walk to a nice restaurant and that there is room for the little kids to play at the house. We all love the hot tub.

Our grandkids loved the space, the large dining table and the hot tub. The description of the house is more than accurate— in fact it’s even better than we expected. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and the location is central to the beaches, the bay, and hiking trails. We also went kayaking with a local guide.

Bay Rose Retreat

We had a fabulous week, crabbing and site seeing. The house was perfect. It was clean, spacious, well stocked and really close to the boat launch. The hot tub was so welcome edition after a long day of crabbing and pulling crab pots. We are booking again next year. Sarah, our house manager, was very communicative and friendly.

Memorial Day weekend with Family

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This is my family’s second time staying at this beach house and it did not disappoint. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The kitchen is great for cooking or hanging out, and has everything you could possibly need to cook an amazing meal. The hot tub and fire pit are a much appreciated added bonus. I would definitely recommend this house, just not the same time I want to come back :).
