Enjoy Cape Coral’s paradise!

Here you will spend memorable times surrounded by water, sun, wildlife in the comfort of a well-situated home in front of Lido saltwater canal.

Our house offers all you need to make your stay comfortable. A 3B/2B perfectly accommodates 6 people, a salt water pool with heater will let enjoy swimming or just refreshing, the new pavers deck is the perfect spot to watch sunsets. The lanai has a small fridge to maintain beverages at the right temperature. Linen and towels provided.
We have 5 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.
In a Walking distance you find Publix, Walmart shopping centers, cinemas, churches and dinning.
The house is pet friendly and offers a fenced backyard on the sides but not facing our canal, we only accept small pets, no adult labradors or any other similar size dogs.

Forget cold winters in our place and make good memories with friends and family.
Our guest reviews say it... you don’t need anything else.

Winter Stay

Clean, roomy, kitchen well equipped, gas grill, heated pool are some of the nice qualities of this home. Ana was great to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Bring your own pillow.

Would stay again

Had a great stay. House was clean and fairly well supplied in the kitchen. Loved the screen porch, pool, and canal view. Enjoyed greeting the ground burrowing owls in the neighborhood on our daily walks! Nice to have access to the garage for storing our things. Very convenient location. Had a couple of hiccups early in our stay but Ana was very responsive and issues resolved promptly.

Amazing

This house was great. Lots of room and the pool was heated and was so nice. Full sun exposure and we enjoyed watching the boats on the intercostal waterway. Nice and relaxing. Hope to return next year.

Relaxing, Wonderful pool with a fantastic view!

We had a relaxing and totally enjoyable stay! Enjoy the backyard with the pool and watch all the boats go up and down the canal. You can fish off the dock and soak up all the sunshine. The house is well stocked, kitchen has everything you need and more! The location of the house is excellent! Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the famous burrowing owls! Close to restaurants and grocery stores! Would definitely come back! Our month stay went by way too fast! Owner is very responsive! Thank You for sharing your home!

Wonderful!

I've had some problems with vacation rentals in the past but this place was just great! Everyone felt comfortable here. The kitchen is well stocked, the common area is spacious, the salt water pool is awesome, and the neighborhood felt safe.

Great family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 2 adults and 3 children in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the screened in porch was great. It was a great place to hangout and let the kids play especially when we had some rain. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to shopping and a short drive to area beaches. We would stay again if in the area. Thank you for your hospitality.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! All the comforts of home, kitchen and appliances were great, nice area, close to everything, a lot of boat activity on the canal which was fun, friendly neighbors and just a personal choice, but we Loved that the pool was outdoors rather than inside the lanai. Owner takes pride in the property and was very responsive. We’d stay there again next year but someone else already booked it☹

Great Stay

We had a great time, once we settled in the month went by really fast. Pool is awesome, kids were in that every day. Canal fishing was fun too. Many restaurants nearby and if your feeling lazy just have DoorDash or Grubhub apps on your phone and there’s delivery to this house.

Home sweet home

Beautiful clean location close to everything

The home was lovely and spacecious. Set up well for group gatherings. It was extremely well stocked especially for a rental! Everything was as stated and Ana was a lovely attentive host with very thorough instructions. My parents stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Cozy home

This is our second time coming to Ana’s house. We have enjoyed every time. The house is very cozy and clean. They have updated house a lot. Beds are comfy. We spent a lot of time out in the pool during our vacation. We loved watching all the boats go by in the canal. Great location... we visited Hooters a lot around the corner(just an easy place to go too). Ana thanks for having us back again!

Convenient location, open floor plan, heated salt pool

This was our 3rd season and 3rd different rental location in Cape Coral. We found the Del Prado location perfect for restaurants, parks, churches, shopping, and trips to Ft. Myers. The open floor plan with a large granite kitchen counter is perfect for canal, boat, heated salt pool viewing, and group share time. The salt pool was so much better than the chlorine pool we were familiar with—easy on the skin and swimsuit. Washer and dryer were new. The main negatives are only 1 tv, no garage parking for car, older kitchen appliances, towels, rugs, and furniture that could use updating. Comfortable club chairs or a recliner would be preferable to what is currently available. On the whole, the positives outweigh the negatives.

Clean and spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay in Ana and Oscars home. It was very accurate to the VRBO add. The fully fenced in yard was extremely nice. Very friendly neighborhood. We rode our bikes a lot of places. We always come to this area but never rented a house but now we always will rent a house! This was one our best trips having the comfort of a home. Kitchen was extremely nice. We loved the screened porch we drank coffee out there every morning. Pool was nice as well. It was heated which was a plus. Close to the restaurants and the beaches. We enjoyed watching the boats go up and down the canal.

It is a Beautiful well kept property!! Pretty trees out by the pool & a nice screened in porch. We loved that the updated kitchen was fully equipped, & very spacious! The bedroooms & bathrooms were very nice as well. My husband caught a couple snapper right off the sea wall which was nice! Wish we could have stayed longer, a week didn't seem long enough, we would recommend this property & especially if your able to stay longer than a week :) And the owners are easy to get in touch with.

Great Property - Well kept - and stocked with kitchen equipment for in house meals!

My wife and I rented this home in March for a week. We were following our daughter's college lacrosse team for their spring break in Fort Myers and ended up having two other couples join us for at least a part of our stay. While it turned out that all the games we had come to see were in Englewood (about 1 hr 10 min away!) we couldn't have been happier with the home we had chosen. Since we had driven down from Michigan and were planning to cook many of the meals in-house, we brought along several kitchen items we thought we might need that had been absent from other past rentals - totally unnecessary! The house had everything we needed! The place was clean and well stocked with linens/towels and all we need to be comfortable. The lanai was perfect for all our meals and we just stayed "home" for a couple of the days to enjoy the pool! The location is close enough that we enjoyed a trip out to Sanibel Island and Captiva Island (less than 30 min drive) for a sunset and a visit to the Bubble Room (a must for cake lovers!), spent another evening on a sunset/dolphin cruise as well as visiting family and friends in Ft Myers and Bonita Springs! We'll come back again next year if its available!

A very pleasant stay

The owners of this property were very interested in our having a great stay. My wife, myself and dogs were very comfortable. This home is located in a nice area, close to a lot of the hotspots in this area. It is also centrally located to go most anywhere north, east, south, or west. Close to major highways, beaches, and airport. We would return to this home again.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our recent stay, especially the proximity to so many amenities and beaches in Ft Myers. The accomodations were clean and spacious with a great pool and location on a canal. The house provided all the furnishings we could need and the owners were helpful with any questions. We would definitely recommend this for any future visits..

Wonderful easy living

We stayed at this home for 10 weeks. It was very clean, bright, open and well equipped for all our needs. I really felt comfortable with the fenced in yard as we had two dogs with us. We spent many hours enjoying meals on the linai, swimming in the heated pool and viewing the lush backyard. We enjoyed the sunset every night. The neighbourhood is neat, clean ,friendly and above all safe. Being there 10 weeks allowed us to meet the neighbours and make friends. Numerous stores, restaurants and groceries in the area. Even went to my favourite Costco. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly with advice. We highly recommend this rental.
