Gorgeous Ocen View from the Penthouse Condo

This condo has stunning northerly views of the Pacific! Overlooking Turtle Cove/Cave, we could see turtles in the water from the balcony. The hike down to the cove and cave is a bit treacherous but worth it, so beautiful!Tge condo is conveniently located near all activities on the north shore. We hope to return soon!

Magical location

The setting and location was perfect. Crashing waves offered us lullabies nightly and were a pleasure to wake up to each morning. The unit had everything we needed for a top-notch stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Hawaiian getaway

Our trip here was beautiful! The condo was in pristine condition with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. The island is easy to navigate and we were able to take in many interesting sights. Would definitely recommend.

Just as advertised.

We had an amazing stay at this ocean-view property! The view was absolutely stunning, waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The beds were super comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. You can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Princeville, Kauai.

A Special Place

This ocean front, top level two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation is truly special! With its elegant decor, spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, and great location to many attractions on the North Shore this makes a wonderful stay for activities, good eating, and relaxing. Ah, and do remember the gorgeous views of the ocean that surround you!

Highly recommended, excellent, clean property

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo, including the cleanliness, available amenities, pounding waves outside. The entire property is well maintained, and easy to negotiate. The kitchen was well appointed, rooms and bathrooms clean, available beach chairs and coolers. Come visit!!! Only recommendation is: an extra bar of soap for shower please.

Great view!

Condo is spacious. Location at edge of cliff is a great view of the ocean and surf. Most kitchen appliances and cookware are very good, although refrigerator and dishwasher would benefit from some maintenance. Beds and bathrooms are good

Great Views, Location, and Amenities

The photos on the listing do not do this place justice. Every room has a breathtaking view of the ocean. During our stay we discovered that Turtle Cave is located directly below our unit via short trail located between buildings 4 & 5 -- well worth the hike down! Hideaway Beach was a short drive away and we were lucky to get parking in the beach access lot. The walk to Queen's Bath is about 20-25 minutes each way, but there is also a small parking lot there. Foodland is also nearby so it was very convenient. Hanalei is only about 12 minutes down the hill via car. The unit was quiet and had all of the amenities we needed to cook meals. No A/C but the ocean breeze kept things cool enough. Property Manager was very responsive. Parking and access was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Aloha & Mahalo.

Amazing home and location

The condo exceeded our expectations! The owners have done an excellent job appointing the condo to meet guests’ needs. The home is an amazing location with stunning views. We spent each morning with coffee on the porch watching humpbacks whales and each evening watching the sunset with cocktails. It’s an easy trip into Hanalei where we found several great restaurants and shops. Lastly, several beautiful beaches are nearby. The condo is a perfect north shore choice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Kauai home with us!

Great views, not exactly penthouse quality furnishings

Delightful location with outstanding views of the ocean - excellent well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Living room furnishings were in poor condition (soiled and ripped in multiple places - needed replacement) Owners claim they are replacing the damaged furniture and at that point this place is worth the price - not before.

Gorgeous condo, amazing view, peaceful surroundings

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was so spacious, impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view over the ocean was stunning. We made sure we got out early in the morning to do our hiking and snorkeling so we got back early enough in the evening to enjoy the last couple of hours of daylight chilling on the lanai and watching the massive waves rolling in. If we are lucky enough to visit Kauai again, we would have no hesitation staying here again. P.S. If you love your coffee, as we do, Wishing Well Coffee in Hanalei is well worth checking out. :)

Amazing ocean views

I struggle with letting people know how great this Vrbo was because I hope it will be available to rent again. The views are unreal, better than the pictures show. The breezes, ocean smells & sounds are so relaxing. We could see the stars so clearly every night . The condo had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioners. There were extra condiments. Beach chairs, beach towels. We spent more time in the condo than we originally planned because we loved it so much. I have a bad back but the beds were extremely comfortable. We were in Kona 5 days then Kauai 7 and we both agreed this condo was the best part of our trip. Mahalo

Perfect!

This was a mellow and private area, and the place we stayed in was perfect, with an amazing view! The condo was exactly as represented, clean, fresh and open. It had little extras that just made the whole experience better! There were some condiments in the fridge, everything you needed to eat in, cleaning stuff under cabinets (just in case), extra towels, extra blankets, fans, and the beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, water toys, etc were a great touch! Along with the other water goodies, there were various sunscreens, etc. There are also blow dryers, etc in each bathroom in case you need one. We fell in love with the place and regretted having to leave.

The view!

Great view... Our first impression was seeing the living room couch which was filthy. Other than that, the unit was clean. We covered the couch with bedding for the entirety of the visit. The ceiling light and fan didn't work in the small bedroom. A light bulb didn't work in the main bedroom. The staff was nice and responsive to our concerns. Generally, a nice place with good amenities. New pillows wouldn't hurt.

Great location with amazing views

Property was easy to get to and parking was never an issue, plenty of spaces available. Kudos to whomever cleans the windows. At first it looks likes there are no windows at all they’re so clean and clear. We missed air conditioning, but it does cool down nicely in the evening and the high floor has a nice breeze. There was lots of room and we took advantage of the in room washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable, though pillows need replaced. I would certainly recommend this place if you want a spot with a view. You do have to drive to a different location if you want a sandy beach. We did go down to the Turtle cave and there were 4 large sea turtles there. Be warned! When that trail gets wet it’s very dangerous and slippery.

The interior floor plan is ideal. Centrally located in Princeville just Minutes away from Tropical Destination Beaches.

The Quiet Location on the Ocean Bluff is a huge draw. What is Unique is that this is a Top Floor Corner location set up on the Bluff with only 1 set of stairs to the front door. Plenty of Complimentary Parking and a Community BBQ Grill just outside of the condo. The Community Pool is a short stroll away with picnic tables and gas BBQ grills for Poolside Dining.
