This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a king bed, a private sitting room with direct access to the pool; a second master with king bed with direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom.
2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each.
All bedrooms have LED TV.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The screened in, private pool and spa fully fenced for more privacy and south facing.
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led tv,

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone (local and long distance), cable and wireless internet are included.

Heat at Hot tub & Pool was great , King Bed mattresses Were extremely comfortable that was a huge plus. Not enough utensils in the kitchen to cook with there was nothing to flip the eggs with. Would have been nice if there was a radio to use at the pool. I absolutely loved the fenced yard for the privacy. That was an absolute huge plus for me very private , we called the Host manager for a few things. He was very attentive and took care of them immediately he showed up at the house and took care of everything . We had a great experience at this property and we will definitely be going back. There was a great looking game room in the garage, but we never got a chance to use it. We spent most of our time at the park and in the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property.

After we checked in, I took note of the property’s everything was clean, towels (pool and bath) were provided. The game room was a hit with the preteen, teens and adults. The south facing pool was a treat during this winter visit. I neglected to indicate I wanted the pool heated during the registration process. I contacted the manager and the heat was turned on the same day. The pool was warm by the next day. The accommodations were perfect for our family vacation to Florida!!

Quick Disney Trip

We took my nieces and nephew on their first Disney trip. The property had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beds and bathrooms were clean. Floors could have used another mop. There is a little wear and tear but thats to be expected in rentals. One suggestion is more towels.There were 2 towels and no washclothes in the bathrooms. We had to wash everyday just to shower. Checkin and checkout was easy. The location is convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Simply the best

Hands down best FL rental we've had to date. House is large, clean, updated and close to everything imaginable. Truly felt like our home away from home. Beds were comfy, every room had a nice, newer flat screen TV, internet was solid supporting gaming and streaming. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Host was great, very accommodating and got us information well in advance of our trip. It would be extremely hard for us to choose any other rental in the Orlando area. Thanks again!

Overwhelming smell of mold

I do not recommend this property. Upon entering the house we were immediately assaulted by an overwhelming smell of mold. We noticed several very large water stains on the ceiling, and water damage to the base of the kitchen cabinets. In addition, the linens in at least the primary and one secondary bedroom had not been changed (but the beds were made. We knew the linens were not clean as pubic hairs were found between the comforters and sheets. We contacted the owner notifying him of the state of the home and he sent his property manager over. She was completely unconcerned about the mold smell and had the sheets changed immediately. The fifth day we were there we were watching a movie and heard a very loud popping noise, a pipe had burst in the kitchen and was spraying water all over the kitchen floor. Thankfully, my husband quickly turned the pipe off (and major flooding was averted). We notified the owner about the burst pipe and he sent someone to fix it. I suspect that this pipe had burst before and flooded the kitchen and that is why there was water damage to the cabinets. Thankfully, none of us are severely allergic to mold and who knows what is growing beneath the time or in the ceiling behind the significant water damage marks. I cannot describe how significant the smell of mold was. Do not rent this house if you are sensitive to smells or like a clean bed to sleep in.

We had limited supply of toilet paper, there was also lots of dirty cups that hadn’t been washed but were put in the cabinet. We asked for the spa to be heated and they did that but it made the pool and spa so hot that the kids could not swim and enjoy the pool. Overall it was a decent place, there was no shower supplies so make sure you pack everything.

Perfect for what we needed but does need updated

For what we needed it was great. Recommendations would be to update the appliances and update the floor. The dishwasher isn't mounted under the counter very well and the floor has many broken tiles that look to be cemented back together. Also the bottoms of our socks were dirty from walking on the floor.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
