VERY cute and VERY clean house on Marine Terrace, an easy stroll about a block and a half from the ocean! The perfect location! Remodeled with flooring, paint, Serta beds and furniture. There are two master bedrooms with own their own bathroom, perfect for two couples or a family of four! Very quiet neighborhood with no homes on either side, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This rental has a well equipped kitchen with ALL that you'll need to feel at home.
Relax and unwind on the glass, enclosed deck and enjoy watching the sunset over the ocean OR cozy up with a book completely protected from the wind. This cute beach house is just a short walk to tide pools as well as to the Fiscalini East/West Ranch Preserve for long, beautiful walks along the ocean cliffs or up in the forest. Book this charming home now for the perfect stay in the sweetest town!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

October Coast Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cosy home was was appointed and very clean. There were 4 adults in our group so though the living room was a tad small, the two queen bed rooms, complete with baths, were definitely welcome though separated by a staircase. We enjoyed the ocean view and sunsets from the deck as well as watching the deer roam about. Walks to Fiscalini Preserve were easy and relaxing. A wonderful stay overall.

Clean, cozy, and close to the beach!

Amazing property close to the beach and close to both of Fiscalini Ranch trailheads! The garage is spotless, the house is clean with comfy sheets/bedding, and the kitchen has everything you need. Fun bonus loft in bedroom. Balcony is perfect for star gazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Jean St house was the perfect house for our family of 3. It was warm, cozy, inviting and had everything that we needed for the week. The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Only negatives were the downstairs bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and the wifi was unreliable at times.

Peaceful Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A cute, cozy home close to the shore and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Quiet and deer pass through daily. Has all the amenities you could need.The only recommendations are:A decent size TV in the living room. The screen was very small and my computer monitors are larger than the TV.No TV’s in any of the bedrooms yet a wood burning stove (living room and one bedroom) in an area that doesn’t need them or get cold. 50 degrees doesn’t warrant wood stoves and it takes up much needed wall and floor space.The bathroom windows are sealed shut and the window cranks have been removed creating steam on everything and mold. Fix the windows as there are no fans to vent the moisture. Upstairs bed could use a mattress upgrade or TempurPedic topper as it’s not very comfortable. Pillows provided were thin and insufficient

Great house in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very comfortable, clean and quiet house. It has empty lots on both sides, so there’s nothing obstructing the views. The house had all the amenities one might need for a short or extended stay, and everything was in working order. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the Fiscalini ranch, and an even shorter walk to Lampton park and the Harvey Street beach access point. It’s also a fairly short drive into town. One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of deer in the Marine Terrace neighborhood, and on the main street you’ll take to and from town, so be careful while driving as they sometimes dart out into the streets. If I visit Cambria in the future, I will definitely try to book this home again.

The kitchen was very well equipped and you could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.The second floor had the living space and one bedroom and bathroom while the second bedroom/bathroom and access to the garage. Cozy for two couples- we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend.Haleigh , at Breen, was fantastic, patient and accommodating. Thank you!

Loved this house near the Cambria coast

It was just as advertised (and all the photos ahead of time really helped appreciate it!). The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, and the home itself was bright, due to all the natural light. Truly the only down side was the smoke alarm going off our first night (false alarm), but the team at the office were very good about checking in with us. We loved this place and would love to stay again sometime!

This is a lovely, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the ocean, and Fiscalini preserve. Ocean view porch! Enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.

Get away to Cambria.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a wonderful fours days in Cambria. We have rented other homes with Breen Vacation Rental. This last home was our favorite home. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The living room and the kitchen were the right size for the two of us. The house had a beautiful balcony off the living room with great views and the sound of the ocean could be heard from the balcony. Will plan to return to Cambria in the spring of next year and we certainly will book the same home. Thank you Breen for your great service.

Great Weekend Get-away

Everything about the stay was perfect. It would have been easier to watch the 49er game on Thursday Night Football with a smart TV, but, we just used our laptop! I'd stay here again! Thank You!

Fun and foggy.

The house was very clean. Great views from front balcony. It was foggy and cool (high 60’s) for most of our stay which was awesome since we live in Phoenix where we left temps of 115+. My one complaint is that we were very limited as to which windows we were allowed to open so we couldn’t get very good air circulation in the house especially at night since we didn’t want to sleep with the doors open. Also, the entire home is hooked up to salt water filtration so we had to buy bottles of drinking water because salt filtered water should not be consumed. All in all beautiful neighborhood and setting and clean comfortable home.

The location was great for sunsets, ocean views, walking trails and exploring tide pools. The house was well equipped with kitchen eldest son being a blooming chief loved the assortment of pots and pans. The agency quickly responded to ants in the pantry. We lost a few items, crackers etc. to the ants but then the agency brought us some ant bait that quickly took care of the problem. My only issue was the bed situation - 2 queen beds.

The property management was very nice and informative! If you want to stay in a quiet beach community without the crowds, Cambria, CA is for you! Just find somewhere else to get gas. Much more expensive here! And that is saying something being in California.

Easy walk to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve too. Spent our days relaxing, taking walks, hanging out in Cambria, visiting Morro Bay, Cayucos beach, and a drive up Hwy 1. We’ve been to Cambria before, and this was another great visit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Deer, an owl, and a heron all spent time in the adjacent empty lots. This our 4th stay in a Breen house, and we’ve always been completely satisfied.

Relaxing getaway

The house was great for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. You can see the ocean from the balcony. With the windows open you can hear the ocean and feel the breeze. The neighborhood was very quiet. There is access to the ocean just a few blocks away. Great, relaxing place to stay.

Quiet. Can walk to hiking trails. Nice kitchen supplies and bedroom supplies

Perfect for two adult couples. Clean, quiet. 10 to 15 minutes from town and groceries. Nice beaches and hiking trails. Paso Robles wineries a short drive. People not familiar with California climate should know summers are often foggy and cool at the coast then 10 minutes inland 25 degrees warmer in summer.
