One Ocean Place 1210 - Oceanfront Condominium in Garden City Beach

We hope you will enjoy our home away from home. Starting with the views – as you walk into this (1650 sq. ft.) 3-bedroom 3 bath condo you can see straight through to the panoramic balcony (over 350 sq. ft. of balcony). The balcony stretches from the master bedroom around the living room and finishes along the side near the dining room. Due to this being a corner unit you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the same balcony. We have provided seating for 6 on the balcony, 3 bar height Adirondack and 3 lower glider style Adirondack chairs (these are the nice heavy poly wood chairs), each with a table by its side for your morning coffee watching the sunrise or an evening glass of wine watching the sunset or the fireworks along the beach. To make sure you can enjoy the views all day long, we have installed solar shades on all the ocean facing windows – these provide a view of the ocean while removing 95% of the sunlight on brighter/warmer days. The solar shades roll up and out of the way to make sure none of your view is blocked. The master bedroom has a solar shade and a blackout shade to provide a restful night and darker morning sleep. The master bedroom has a door that opens out onto the balcony. It also has a large soaking tub and a separate stand up shower. There is plenty of closet space for your luggage in the master walk in closet. The other two bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with two twin beds) have their own private bathroom and we have recently added plantation shutters to give the rooms a more comfortable feel and the ability to block the morning light. Every bedroom has a 49” flat screen – smart tv mounted on the wall (to protect our youngest guests), we have also provided a Blu-ray player in each bedroom – these have access to your Netflix and Amazon accounts if you would like to sign in. The living room has plenty of seating with a large sofa (converts to a queen pullout), loveseat, oversized chair with ottoman and (my favorite) a large recliner. The living room has two separate sliding glass doors to walk out on the balcony. The living room also has a 65” flat screen and Blu-ray player for a fun family movie night. There is not a place in the living room, dining room or kitchen that you cant find a view of the ocean. The views are amazing, you can see down past Murrells Inlet both along the ocean and across the waterway as the views are unblocked due to this unit being on the top floor. We have tried very hard to make sure that you have everything needed to enjoy your stay in the kitchen from coffee maker to pizza pans to measuring cups and mixing bowls – wine openers to coffee mugs. The stacked washer and dryer provides the ability to pack less, a couple pairs of shorts, bathing suits and your flip flops. We have tried to provide a mixture of board and card games and many books. Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.
