Perfect home base for a beach vacay

We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using.

Property was so convenient to the shore. Clean and good time. Would like to draw attention to the shower. It wouldn’t allow very much water to come to shower it just ran from the faucet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was nice and convenient to the bike path. The walk to the beach was easy. It would be nice to have pool access closer to the apartment so you didn’t have to drive. There could be some updates done to the unit. It is older furniture but the beds and couch are comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Had an issue with the hot water knob on the tub and talked with Steve, who immediately got someone out to fix it. Cannot thank him enough. Place was clean (did have to wash and replace the filter on the Keurig) but otherwise very clean. Great location just steps from the beach. Already looking forward to our trip back in November. Highly recommend!

This property is very old!!!

Stained rugs, rusty refrigerator door, small TV, screen door to porch doesn't open! Under the kitchen sink there is a hole in the wall, rodent poop in the cabinet. It is a same to pay this much for a delegated residence. Will never stay here again or with a Jekyll Realty property!!!

Jekyll bike trip

This cottage is located a few steps from the ocean side bike path. We rode the whole island and walked to the beach. Comfortable and convenient cottage!

Great solo vaca

They called to let me know the unit was ready ahead of schedule. Check in was super quick and efficient with a bag of starter necessities (paper towels, tp, sponge, dish soap, pad, pen, coozie)! Location was a super easy walk to beach access. Pictures online don't really show how much space you actually have. I woukd stay again in a heartbeat!

Had stayed here years ago and was pleased to see some nice updates like comfy sofas and tile floor. I'd replace the bed pillows but definitely recommend.

Great Location for Kids

When we arrived, we were honestly surprised by how much space there was in the unit and the quality of the living room furniture. Some of the amenities are the a little dated, but each room had ample space. This particular unit is on the ground floor, which was great for our small children and for unloading the car. And you cannot beat the location! You are about 100 yards away from the ocean and right off of the main bike trail/walking path that runs along the coastline. This trail leads to multiple public beach accesses including one that is handicapped accessible. We would definitely go back!

Pleasant surprise for a last minute trip

Reviewer Comments: We were in need of a last minute place to rent when a family member planned an anniversary celebration on the island, and the price of this unit was right. The photos on the rental site do not do it justice as the unit has clearly undergone some upgrades since the last time it was photographed. It is still a bit outdated with a lack of three-prong plugs throughout and inconsistent water temperature in the shower, but it worked wonderfully for us as a "no frills" place to get away for a week.. It is located in a very convenient location near to the beach. There is plentiful parking available nearby. Our only issue was that someone else always parked in the designated spot for our unit, but we were able to park in a different spot in the close parking lot for loading and unloading which did not make it as big a deal.

Great location, great value

The condo is in a great location. We were able to walk on a paved path to the beach within just a few minutes. The apartment was clean & seemed to have some recent furniture updates. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment & utensils we needed to cook several meals. Having a washer & dryer inside the unit was also a bonus. The designated parking spot was nearby & in the shade. I would have given this listing five stars if the mattress in the main bedroom had been one of the recent updates. We would definitely stay there again.
