Best place we have stayed in Pawleys Plantation. Everything you need is there and more. Walk in shower with two sprayer heads was awesome. Nice touch with wicker rocker on screened in porch. Know where I’m staying when we go back.

The unit was impeccable. Extremely clean and comfortableHost went above and beyond to answer our questions and fill our needs. The unit was pet friendly which means everything to us. Our house-trained dog is part of our family. If the dog can't stay, we don't stay. We have been coming to Pawleys Plantation every year for over 20 years. Penny - Wise unit will be our go to place for future stays.

Great rental

This place was clean, spacious, and supplied with everything we needed. Great Decor, comfortable bed, pillows, and furniture! So nice to find a place to stay where I could take my little Shih tzu with me! Easy check-in & check-out. Would love to stay again.

Piece of Paradise

Property was wonderful and had everything we needed. Spent most mornings and evenings enjoying the view from the screened in porch. Property is close to restaurants in Pawley's and Georgetown. Wonderful@

Great condo for our Memorial Day extended weekend!

This condo was great for our long Memorial Day weekend with our family and our dog! It had everything we needed for our stay. We love keyless entry with no need to keep up with the key when you head to the beach, which is a short drive away. They also have bike racks right outside the condo. I would stay here again!

Winter respite

Our 2 week stay at Debbie’s condo was a welcome break from winter in NY. The condo is great, at an excellent location in the Pawleys Plantation community, and is very comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Penny Wise over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the place was above and beyond our expectations. Everything was super clean and we certainly appreciated the opportunity to stay there. Thank you very much for everything and we will be back again soon.

Two week getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Debbie's property. It was perfect for us and our dog, it's in a great location, and the condo itself had all the amenities we could need. Plus Pawleys Plantation is a nice community with plenty of areas for walking, biking, and other recreation. We hope to stay again in the future.

Nice condo

Condo is well stocked and comfy! The beach was great and we had wonderful weather! Unfortunately the washing machine was leaking and repairman didn’t come until Friday. He was unable to repair but Debbie said use it anyway during the week. I dried 3 sets of towels from leak but we washed anyway as we only brought so many clothes! The shower for our room was inoperable so we used other room’s shower. Our son only stayed 2 nights so we weren’t putting anyone out. Debbie was great to compensate us for our concerns. Thank you, Debbie! Golf was fun! Played 3 different courses. Pawleys is the best and we go back year after year! Debbie’s place is great and I’m sure she’ll take care of everything soon!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved this place! It was clean & very well stocked. We had one small thing we needed help with and the owner was kind & quick to respond and address the issue. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Terrific in every way

Debbie is the most thoughtful VRBO host we have had. Her communications in advance, her suggestions once we arrived, the fact that the condo has everything we needed including beach chairs, a pass to Huntington State Park (highly recommend for future guests), key fob for the swimming pool, well equipped kitchen, plus stuff like a small cooler to take cold drinks to the beach. So many little things that made the stay very special. Great and memorable experience.

We’ve been visiting here for 10 years. Debbie is a great host. We forgot a few items and she mailed them to us. The condo was clean. Enjoyed the birdsong of the Carolinas wrens. Got a few excellent photos of bald eagles along the south causeway road to Pawleys Island. We ate shrimp like it was our jobs. The Islander Bar and Grill, despite appearances, has some of the best peel and eat around and the staff are friendly. We even went to TW Graham’s in Mclellanville where the shrimp boats come in. Hog Heaven sells steamed oysters from September until April and it’s an experience shucking them and listening to the constant sound of shells hitting the plastic Ace Hardware buckets from the tables around us. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, despite its high peak season rates, is magical and there’s no other course like it. The recent renovations to Pawleys Plantation Golf Course have greatly improved it. No more desert treks through the old waste bunkers. You can also get an unlimited day pass at the Pawleys Plantation driving range which is a convenient 60 second drive away for $10.

PERFECT in every way !

One of the best stocked vrbo locations we found. Pristine, clean, great beds and master shower is great! All the amenities one could want... even doggie Toys! The grounds are immaculate and great for walking and the location is perfect as well. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great get away.

Wonderful property and location!

This was a great rental for the price. Owner was very easy to communicate with. This property is well stocked with kitchen, bath and beach items. Only thing is no coffee so bring some along. You have your choice of carafe or Keurig. A big reason we stayed here is this property is dog friendly. If your not a dog lover, not a big deal as you would never know someone had a dog prior to your stay as this property is exceptionally clean! We enjoyed wrapping up our day with a cold beer and round of cribbage on the back porch. Very nice setting out there and a great view of the 10th hole tee off. The grounds are beautiful so we really enjoyed morning walks with our dog around the property. Very close to all the beaches and fun things to do and see in Pawley’s Island, Murrell’s Inlet and Georgetown. We will definitely be back one day and recommend to family & friends.

Rest and Refresh

Pawleys Plantation is an excellent getaway. In Penny-Wise you will love the cleanliness, a user friendly kitchen, and a hostess who is amazing. After several visits to this condo it is one I continue to revisit.
