DETAILS: "Latitude Adjustment" is a freshly renovated 3 story home nestled in the quaint and quiet community of Blue Mountain Beach. This fabulous abode features 4 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms and superb accommodations for up to 10 guests. Guests will especially enjoy the beautiful gulf views. This home's convenient location offers a short walk to the dazzling, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the balcony or head down to the beach at the end of the day to watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets. When you aren't playing at the beach, explore the surrounding area on the bikes provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):
FIRST FLOOR:
-Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower
-Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower

SECOND FLOOR:
-Bunk Room: Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds, Private Bathroom with Shower

THIRD FLOOR:
-Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The HOA in this community unfortunately, does not allow Low-Speed Vehicle rentals or guests to bring their own.

**As of July 2024 there is currently construction directly across the street from this home.

*Unfortunately, the indoor fireplace is not for guest use.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. There were a couple of maintenence and cleanliness issues. None of them were urgent and required to be fixed during our stay. However, slightly disappointed in the cleanliness for the beginning of the season. Examples: dirty air vents (dust caked on outside), lightbulbs out in bathrooms, visible stains on throw pillows on the beds

Great Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, just a short walk away from the boardwalk and a short drive to shops and restaurants in Santa Rosa and Blue Mountain Beach. The house was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive and eager to help. Would definitely recommend.

Old Beach Road

The house is nicely appointed with a great kitchen and third floor master suite. FYIThe neighbors have a large magnolia tree that partially blocks the view of the ocean but you can still see some surf. The gate community was the biggest hassle as we stayed over the new year holiday and they changed the gate code midway through the week and didn’t tell our management company. we were locked out until 360 Blue was able to get the update codes. They were quick to respond and take care of it thankfully. .

Great Stay, Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was spacious and provided plenty of room for our entire family. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for us to enjoy the water. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home.The only recommendations I have are to replace the rug in the living room, as it sheds quite a bit, and to consider spraying for bugs. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful home in great location.

Very nice property. Within walking distance to beach. Only suggestion is overhead lighting and mirrors in bedrooms.

Beautiful property!

The house is stunning and was well kept. It was close to the beach and a short walk to the pool. The arrival information did not include the gate access code so we were a little confused upon arrival but after we figured it out it was easy. One suggestion would also be to have extra blankets in the house for the pull out couch! Thanks for a good time!

A perfect vacation house

This house is located in the Old Florida Beach neighborhood, which in my opinion is perfect. It is quaint, quiet, and safe - and super close to the beach. The house is well stocked and very clean.

Great location

Very nice neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach and not overcrowded. Everything was as described on VRBO, would definitely stay at this property again.

Latitude Adjustmen

This was a fantastic home for our spring break trip! Being in a gated community was nice, and easy beach access was a big plus. The 3-level house was perfect for our group of 9, ages ranging from 65-9. Beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked for anyone wanting to cook at home. There were also a variety of beach toys and a wagon in the garage we were able to use. Very clean, very well decorated, and perfect for any beach trip to Santa Rosa.

Great proximity to the beach

Excellent location and incredible proximity to the beach- maybe 100 yards to beach access. Wonderful house with all the amenities. Feedback— I would recommend brining your own pillows from home. This sounds petty but the pillows are worse than terrible. The beds were extremely soft; actually too soft. The internet was very spotty with frequent disconnections. Truly grasping at straws for feedback. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend for families with small children. Fabulous house, fabulous location. We would definitely rent it again!!

Amazing house, views, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and memories for a lifetime!! Our family of 6 enjoyed every moment and wanted to stay longer!! This home is a vacation paradise and had all we could ask for and more!! We are looking forward to the next time!!

House was great for having separation from our teenagers who wanted their own space. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for our master bedroom. The air was not working and the temperature was 80 degrees which caused major issues at night. This was not fixed till after we left, however we did receive a window unit that helped for our last night

We traveled to Blue Mountain Beach for Thanksgiving 2019. My brother lives in the Fort Walton Beach area and he and his family joined us for Thanksgiving dinner. Latitude Adjustment located on 505 Old Beach Road is an amazing property. The home is situated in the most unique community, Old Florida Village. We did not realize the home was literally ocean front. We opened up the doors and were delighted to see that we were indeed looking at the beautiful ocean! Beach access is so close one could be there in no time. Seriously. The home is well furnished, upscale, and more than comfortable! I do get the feeling this unbelievable property needs to be filled with sunlight and ocean breezes. It’s perfect, but may need some TLC. We will definitely rent it again when the opportunity arises! Will also work with 360 Blue for every trip to 30A. When we arrived the (luxurious) third floor master seemed a bit warm. One quick call to Shelby and maintenance was sent over. Backyard is fenced, gas grill, fire pit &more

June 2017 Stay

What a peaceful happy place! I had a broken collarbone and thought sun and saltwater would be healing and lots of my family came to stay at different times during the week. Gorgeous water the first two days then Tropical Cindy forced us to stay inside and read, play board games around the big dining table, and spend quality time in this comfortable spot. We shopped and ate locally at Gulf Place though the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Love the location - quiet but convenient. We had one tv remote that went out and 360 Blue responded immediately. Love the App! I would definitely return here.

We had a wonderful stay at Lattitude Adjustment! The house is clean and well appointed. We were 4 moms and 6 daughters (16-18). 360 Blue was top notch! Always super nice, responsive and helpful. The wifi wasn't working and 360 Blue was fast and thorough fixing the issue. We will be back! Thank you!

Our family of four had such an amazing time! This home is gorgeous...with perfect decor and beautiful touches! The floor plan is laid out incredibly well -- we could have easily fit several more families! The neighborhood was quiet and maintained well. The quick two minute walk to the beach via private boardwalk access made getting to the beach (and lugging all of our things) super simple! The beach itself was pristine and not very crowded. The 30A experience was amazing and one we will plan to do again!!

March 2016 Stay

This is the most beautiful property just steps from the beach. We were fortunate to stay in this newly renovated property. It was pristine! We stayed with our two elementary aged children and our friends with their two same aged children. The house is very spacious. There is so much room that we could retire to our separate areas when we wanted to. The kitchen is huge. I like it more than my own kitchen. And then there is the view! I could live on one of the three balconies overlooking the beautiful water. We saw dolphins two mornings from the balcony. I would highly recommend this property. I will be back!!!
