Property completely as advertised and owner did an extraordinarily great job decorating. Private and unbelievable location convenient to everything Downtown Healdsburg has to offer!

Great studio cottage in good location

This was the perfect little cottage in a great location for our week-long vacation in Healdsburg. Miss Cleo, the friendly cat, greeted us on occasion. She was a good substitute for our four-legged family members we are missing while away from home. We’ll be back again.

Beautiful cottage

Cozy & comfortable, nice outdoor sitting area, clean & responsibly disinfected, 6-7 minutes from Plaza. Enjoyed it very much! (More precise instructions for TV/Nespresso/door locking would be ideal.)

Great location, walking distance to plaza...

Comfy little guest house with awesome bed, great linens and an amazing shower. Perfect spot to stay With great restaurants and tasting rooms all within a few blocks. Would highly recommend.

Modern peaceful retreat like oasis

We loved our anniversary stay in this beautifully designed modern cottage with all the amenities you need and in walking distance from the square. We took full advantage of the latter checking out the farmers market, music, dinners, light grocery shopping and of course wine tasting. Candida and Michael are lovely gracious hosts who take great care of their guests and property. They gave us tips for where to swim, charge the car, and even loaned us their private vita mix. Plus there’s a resident cat AND a super sweet golden retriever named Molly. This place oozes peaceful retreat like energy and is adorned with Candida’s beautiful artwork too. With a garden / sitting area included - you can’t go wrong! Can’t wait to be back!

GREAT location, town, hosts - all around fantastic stay. The owners have done an amazing job making a small space live large yet intimate. Top notch amenities - exactly as pictured. Can’t wait to stay again.

Awesome place!

We loved this vrbo property! The place is cute as anything. Everything from the crisp white bedding to the appliances, large and small, was top of the line. The bathroom is awesome with a spa/industrial vibe that includes the most amazing shower with several showerheads. My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals in different parts of the world, and I can honestly say that this was definitely the cleanest property we have ever rented. Certainly one of our favorites.

Ideal location with everything you need for a perfect stay!

We can't say enough about our wonderful stay in this modern cottage. It was clean, private, modern, and had all of the conveniences. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. Plenty of storage space and lots of little touches that make the place feel like home. We ate our breakfasts in the garden which is just picture perfect. Candida offered lots of great suggestions and her web site has many ideas too! This cottage exceeded our expectations in every way and we highly recommend staying there.

Great location! Very nice accommodations for two. Will recommend to friends.

Candida and Michael were gracious hosts. They responded quickly to texts the two times we needed assistance. The kitchen is adequately equipped for breakfast and light snack preparation. The Apple TV was an unexpected feature for a restful evening at home.

Cosy home away from home.....

We loved this little cottage - soooo charming, comfortable, and convenient. The bathroom was great, the shower was so amazing, the bed comfy, the books a really nice touch, the kitchen perfect. The garden was the best spot for sitting with a glass of wine in the cooler evenings, under the magical lights in the tree. Highly recommend.

Clean place. Great location.

We really loved this place and will definitely use it as our go to booking for this area. Private. Clean. I couldn't find the massage table and sheets to give my hubby a massage, but I also did not ask owner. So maybe if you are wanting to utilize that you must let her know. She is helpful and responsive. We walked to some great restaurants and tasting rooms. The house is perfectly located!

Wonderful modern cottage close to town

It was great and an easy walking distance to town. The backyard was lovely and even though it was hot outside the cottage remained very cool. Would stay here again!

Terrific

My husband and I had such a lovely stay in the cottage. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere. We had street parking, but it was never a problem to find a space. The owners are very responsive. The only thing missing is a dish washer. The cottage is clean and comfortable.

Classically Californian, clean and just perfect.

The queen bed was comfy and the linens were crisp. The compact kitchen was great for prepaid breakfast before out bike rides. The Nespresso was easy and delicious coffee. There is a grill outside with a table for outside dining. Bathroom has heated floors and skylight. Modern and clean. The location was great, a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and just blocks away from the shops and restaurants.

Wonderful!!!

We loved our stay at the cottage.we were there2 weeks in March. It had everything we could have asked for except a coffee pot. The furniture was very comfortable and the shower with heated floor was great.We used the back yard a few times, had happy hour with daughter & husband out under a beautiful tree that was in bloom at the time.Beautiful!! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Very convenient to downtown,,walked everywhere. The owner was delightful, & her art work is amazing Norm & Janet

Great cottage, close to town and peaceful setting.

My wife and I stayed at this cozy cottage in mid January to celebrate her birthday and had a relaxing and enjoyable time in spite of the adverse weather conditions. We enjoyed the peacefulness and warmth of the cottage. The fireplace added an extra level of comfort and coziness during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped and an excellent coffee maker ideal for an afternoon espresso. It is very well furnished and in pristine condition with modern appliances. Candida and Michael were most cordial and accommodating. The cottage is within walking distance to the plaza and several excellent restaurants. We had a fabulous dinner at Baci Café. It is not a fancy place, but the food and service are outstanding. Lunch at Barndiva was also most enjoyable. There is small grocery store about two blocks away where you can get food if you are interested in dining at the cottage. We highly recommend this wonderful spot and look forward to returning soon.
