Beautiful house with solarheated and private pool

Casa Yaiza is a spacious, recently modernised villa located in the village of Tias, just 5 minutes drive from the beach.

The villa is set in very secluded, private grounds and gets the sun all day. The large terrace area has seating and sunbeds for 6, a built in BBQ and a heated swimming pool.


The front door leads you into the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Adjoining is the spacious living area with comfortable seating for more than 6 people. For your entertainment, there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with satellite in both English and German. Internet access available (WIFI).

The seperate kitchen is fitted with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. This leads to a covered solana area with an additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes and leads through to the full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is fitted with bunkbeds.
The village of Tias has several supermarkets and shops and a good variety of bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance from the villa.

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen.

good villa

villa had everything we needed. comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. the pool is a good size about 6ft to 3.5 ft deep.lovely cactus gardens.very safe and secure property with easy free parking. less than 10 mins from airport.very short walk to local bars / restaurants. a great base to see the island.great host.

The property manager is excellent. The property is safe, secure and clean. Towels and extra sheets are provided. Amenities provided were very good. The pool is beautiful and you're not overlooked. We would highly recommend for a family.

Best ever holiday

This property was absolutely amazing. It was spotlessly clean, secure, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed in Tias before and really like the town but the location of this villa was much handier for the shops and bars etc. than anywhere we’ve stayed before. It was also so peaceful and private. Wonderful.

We had the most wonderful time here. The villa was as advertised and the pool was amazing. Puerto del Carmen only 10 mins away by taxi which was great as I didn’t want to drive. Would definitely recommend! Linda Duncan

Great host, lovely lication

We had some drain issues whilst there, they were dealt with very quickly so no complaints at all about that. On arrival placed looked lovely and clean, but further inspection, a few bits like behind the bin, also rugs marked and not clean and the slide door in bathroom has lots of dirt around it. Place is in a quiet road and lots of restaurants around, lovely swimming pool and the host can’t be faulted at all. Personally I would speak to the cleaners. That’s all

lovely stay

stayed in this villa for 26 nights , has pretty much every thing you need for a self catering stay. We stayed in august ,so was hot during the day and the nights inside the villa were quite warm and it does not have air-con and only one fan supplied , which was fine when it was just hubby and myself , our daughters and two grand-children came for 6 nights to stay with us , we could then of done with a couple more fans for the bedrooms. The villa is in Tias , quite high up , in a one-way street , no traffic noise , in a very quiet area. The walk to the supermarket , shops and eateries is up a very steep road , so you need to be fit. I would recommend hiring a car , which is what we did.We also used the bus service which is very good in lanzarote , to go down to puerto del carmen , and also Matagorda , you have to take two buses to get to Matagorda , but the stops are accross the road from each other ,so very easy.My girls and the grand children loved the pool , which is very private , and cleaned twice a week . The cleaners came in once a week during our stay and were very good.My only downside to the villa was not much of a view from the terrace ,only the back of the villa in front , I also think they would benefit from upgrading the television , as no English stations .All in all we had a relaxing stay and if you want a get away from it all holiday you would enjoy your stay as much as we did . Acabo de dejar casa Yaiza, primerao decir que la Las fotos no hacen justicia,la zona de piscina y salón si igual que las fotos, llas habitaciones no, poco luminosas y tristes cuando llegas y no hay ni una colcha de color que anime las estancias Los baños están bien,hermosos y bien preparados por las bañeras con sgarraderos La cocina hemos hechafo en falta algo más de menaje y la pena el tema de frigoríficos,el de la cocina es como de hotel y el otro está en una zona de trastos que deja mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza y orden Somos asiduos a Tías pueblo nos encanta e intentamos minimizar estás pinceladas pero tengo que decir que la casa está sobrevalorada,se paga mucho para como es Las críticas son constructivas así que si quieren pueden tenerlas en cuenta Un saludo Agustina Zurro La cocina hemos hechafo comunicación con Melanie ha sido de diez, en cuanto al

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus auf Lanzarote

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Haus und Garten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Pool hat die perfekte Größe für eine kleine Familie. Im Haus hat man alles gefunden,was man während eines Aufenthaltes so gebrauchen kann. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrungen

Excellent holiday time

Excellent property with excellent services including regular pool cleaning and clean towels. Location bit far from the beach and we had difficulty with access for our rented car in and out of the property as some neighbour were partially blocking the acess to the driveway on only 2 occasions.

A lovely well equipped villa in the quiet village of Tias

We really liked this villa it was well equipped with everything you needed. Suzanne was at the villa to greet us when we arrived and showed us around. It is close to the airport. The pool and garden was lovely a large supermarket a bakery with fresh bread rolls. Took a Taxi to puerto del Carmen most evenings lovely restaurants. The pool was solar heating we did find the water was a bit on the cold side to get in but once you was in there it wasn't so bad but we would of liked the water to be a little warmer. A lovely well equipped villa in the quiet village of Tias

We really liked this villa, well equipped with everything you needed, looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Melanie was there to greet us when we arrived. As the description says it’s close to the airport 15€ in a taxi and there’s a large supermarket in the town. We didn’t find that many restaurants in the town so took a taxi to Puerto del Carmen most evenings 8€ each way in a taxi. I think for this villa you really need a car to get about. Very comfortable, well furnished and decorated home from home.

Several points that may be of use to you. 1 A general information pack which had info about the buses, taxis, supermarket, restaurants etc. 2 A welcome pack would certainly be useful to visitors arriving late evening ( going to the supermarket before you could have breakfast the first morning isn't a good start to a holiday) 3 As the villa is available to all Europeans the selection of TV programs available is limited to mostly German channels. While the parents are preparing food it would be useful for the children to have something to watch in a language they understood.4 Information as to what day the cleaners and the pool cleaner visit the villa would be useful.

Wonderful, private villa in a lovely quiet village

The villa has everything you could wish for and more. Only 10 minutes from airport and 5 minutes drive to PTO Del Carmen. The local supermarket is a few minutes walk and open until 9pm. Closed on a Sunday. Plenty of restaurants and a few bars within walking distance. Also enjoyed fresh croissants from the local bakery each morning beside the villa pool. Pool cleaner kept the pool in tip top condition, visiting a couple of times a week. I would highly recommend this villa, it is a real treat! Loved it.

Absolutely fantastic

All prior communications from the booking to arrival were excellent. On our arrival we rang Suzanne who arranged to meet us at the villa within 15 mins of our call and allow us to drop our cases off and show us around the villa before the official handover time which was very helpful to us and we really appreciated this as it allowed us to pop to the hyper market etc. The villa. Well it was just perfect with everything needed for a memorable stay. The pool was divine and made for some lovely alfresco dinner evenings too. We cannot rate this villa highly enough and the welcome we had from all involved and will recommend it to family and friends at every opportunity. Just beautiful and thanks again for a lovely holiday rental .

Exactly as we had thought it would be !

We had a wonderful time in a comfortable and well equipped villa. The garden and pool were lovely and the area perfect as we could explore the island easily from the villa. Everything ran very smoothly from the original booking to flights and transfers. The local village provided great food and the island provided the rest! We are looking forward to a return visit..

Urlaub in Vollendung

Die wunderschöne Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.Wir waren zu dritt , anlässlich des 30.igsten Geburtstags unserer Tochter dort.Wollten ihr die Insel zeigen , insbesondere die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cesar Manrique.Wir waren sehr begeistert.Das Haus hatte eine super Ausstattung.Den schönen Außengrill haben wir sehr oft benutzt.Kein Wunder , das Rinderfilet kostet dort das Kilo 8 Euro, Garnelen gibts auch für den gleichen Preis. Es ist dort absolut ruhig , obwohl es nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen Arrecife entfernt ist.In der näheren Umgebung(500m) ist alles vorhanden.Großer Hiper Dino Supermarkt mit Fleisch und Fischtresen.Richtig leckerer Bäcker , Apotheken , Banken , Optiker,schöne kleine Restaurants und Tapas Bars.Also alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Bungalow

Die Beschreibung des Bungalows, des Ortes usw. trifft in allen Angaben zu. Sehr gute Möglichkeit zum entspannen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Restaurants vor Ort sind zu empfehlen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (HiperDino) ganz in der Nähe und gut sortiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und für uns ein Grund zum Wiederkommen.
