This house is located in one of the best areas of town. It is in North Dallas, by Preston Road, the George Bush Turnpike (190) and the Dallas North Tollway, very close to Plano, Richardson and Addison.

It is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with a shopping center conveniently located across the street that has a gourmet grocery store, department store, plus great restaurants.

King-size bed in main bedroom, two single beds in second bedroom.

This was my third time at the property and once again enjoyed the stay..

The location of the property was perfect for our extended stay. The neighborhood was safe and close to places. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed pots, pans, and dishes. The house is close to many restaurants. Enjoyed our stay once again.

A wonderful long term solution

We purchased and renovated a new home. We needed somewhere to stay during construction. We ended up staying at this home for almost 5 months. The owners were more than accommodating. Any little thing that needed repaired, they did so without hesitation. The home is clean and comfortable for a family of 4. It is central to Dallas, Plano, Garland, Farmers Branch, etc. On a side note, food delivery is outstanding at this location compared to where we live just a few miles away. I could not recommend it more.

Highly recommend

What a fantastic place to stay at! You’re minutes from so many major city’s such as Plano, Carrollton, Richardson on of course your in. far North Dallas! Great restaurant around, shopping close and very close to the George Bush highway! House was clean and fully stocked! Everything you would need. We spent 60 day here! Highly recommend!

Great location

This house was great for us as we were between selling our house and moving to the new one. Very comfortable and welcoming, great night sleep on the new mattress. The area is very dog friendly, nice areas to walk our large german Shepherd.

Great place!

House was just perfect for me. Felt very comfortable and safe! Had a little problem with hot water but it was taken care of immediately and it was the weekend!! Would highly recommend this property and hopefully we’ll be using it again!

Second stay

This was our second time staying at this property within almost six months. That says it all. The property feels safe, close to our needs in the area, and priced reasonably. Owners were easily contacted if needed. Kitchen stocked with all needed. AC worked great during the Texas summer. Would stay again in the future.

The property is a perfect size and provides a homey feel.

The property was exactly what we were looking for to stay in the Dallas area for five weeks to visit family. The location is excellent! It is tucked behind an older established neighborhood of larger homes that allows for great walking in a very safe environment. It is close to a small park within walking distance and within 5-10 minutes of all services needed such as several grocery stores, restaurants, retail shopping, movie theaters, etc. The house is ideal if you are wanting to explore several areas. It is within 15-30 minutes of areas such as Frisco, McKinney, Rowlett, Lewisville, Carrollton, Garland, Plano, and central Dallas. We loved being five minutes from George Bush Turnpike and Plano Parkway. Although you are just a couple of blocks from busy Preston Rd, it is extremely quiet. The neighbors were all very friendly and made our walks with our black lab very enjoyable. We had an issue with the bed and the owner was extremely responsive and had it fixed as we requested very quickly. The management couple were very friendly and very nice to meet. They made us feel very welcome. They provided us a general layout of the area and recommendations for restaurants. We particularly loved the recommendation for La Hacienda Ranch! It is a great place to eat! You can't go wrong with this property for comfort, location to anything you need or want, and a safe place to stay. We will definitely use the property again for an extended visit with family. Thanks for making this a great trip for us! We felt right at home!

North Dallas house

The location was perfect for us. The house was just the right size and easily cleaned. The king size bed was low, but slept well. Small yard for early walk for my dog. The neighborhood was safe and I walked the dog well after dark every night. Easy to get around Dallas from the house. Take toilet paper with you because very little was left. There is a colony of feral cats in the neighborhood with a black cat living in the yard. The large bathroom was a shower only with the lever not working switching from shower to a tub. However, that was not a problem for us. These were all minor things. We had an excellent time and truly appreciate the owners letting us bring the dog. The house is located near so many restaurants, you could never try them all. There was a very nice dog park close by. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay

The location of the house was right where we wanted to be. The house was very clean & comfortable. The owners & caretakers of the house were very nice. It could use some updating. Yes, we recommend it & would stay there again.

Perfect little house in a perfect location! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. We stayed for 3 months and really hated to leave. The owners are very helpful and very kind. We will definitely return!!

All the comforts of home

We really enjoyed our time in this comfortable house in North Dallas. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house has all the comforts of home. It's conveniently located close to nice shopping centers in far north Dallas and southwest Plano.
