Family managed, ocean view condo for the perfect beachside escape. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and once you see it, you won’t want to leave. Located on the furthest most point of the Gulf of Mexico along Florida’s west coast, it’s the perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation, enjoying quality time and making unforgettable memories.
This lovely 2 bedroom….1 king, 2 twin, and pull out sofa sleeps total of 6 with two full baths, full stock kitchen of cookware and appliances, washer / dryer in the condo, linens/towels/beach towels, central air conditioning, pool, outdoor deck with gas grill and covered parking.
Cable TV, one in each room, WiFi Internet, Bluetooth speakers and land line phone.
You can enjoy a relaxing vacation or action packed if you prefer. It’s all waiting here for you. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, or hanging out in the white sands and floating in the Gulf water. You may take a stroll along the miles of sandy beach at sunset and dine at a variety of local restaurants in walking distance or a few minutes to drive. You can rent bikes and ride up and down the beach. Try the Sun Coast Trolley for an enjoyable means of daily transportation from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater – including John’s Pass with unlimited stops for one low price. Within one mile you will find a 30 mile trail for bike riding, roller blading, walking or running.
There’s a full array of activities nearby. Within a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, you will find numerous activities such as riding motor scooters, sailing on a pirate ship, dolphin excursions, sail boat and motor boat cruises. You can go on deep sea fishing, jet-ski, parasailing and visit Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. It is a 35 minute drive from Tampa International Airport. It is approx. a 60 minute drive to Busch Gardens, and approx. 2 hours to Disney World and Universal Studios. There is also the opportunity for golf, theatre, museums, and shopping, in the area.

This condo has it all: Amenities we appreciate, Spacious, Convenient Location,

Right on the beach, easy to book, good communication with host. This condo was very clean, spacious and perfectly supplied with kitchen equipment (tools, appliances, pots, pans etc) paper products, detergents, TP, spices, oils. These things were important to us as we ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the condo and out to a restaurant 3 nights. It is located in a convenient location walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and souvenirs. We would definitely recommend renting this condo!

This is an amazing place with such great space offering two bedroom two bath condo. Very well equipped and very clean ! James is fantastic at communicating as well! We loved the view direct from our balcony!

Wonderful

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo with amazing Gulf views. This was a special trip with my sisters and the accommodations couldn't have been any better. The condo had everything we needed to make the week perfect. The owner provided paper products, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf was comfortable and spacious. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens if needed. Both bathrooms were spotless and there were an abundance of towels for our use. And the balcony was fabulous with a table and 4 chairs so we could eat meals or share a bottle of wine while enjoying the beautiful Gulf views. There is also a storage locker next to the covered parking space provided, with 6 beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Also, a boogie board, which we didn't use (:Check-in and check-out were seemless and James, the owner, texted during the week to make sure everything was going well. This was our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach and we liked it - a terrific beach, restaurants/bars in walking distance, and a nice mix of people. Overall, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Girls trip

The location of the condo was great! Literally just steps to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice in regards to size. It is very roomy and has everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrella. There was some construction going on and the pool was closed which was unfortunate but we realize updates have to be done and some point and the host was willing to make this experience great for us! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!!!

What a great place!

This was a great condo for our group of 5. It was clean, comfortable and we did not feel crowded at all. The balcony was large enough for all of to hang out on and the view can't be beat. Plenty of linens, including beach towels. Also loved that there are beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella to use. The owner was in contact several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Great property & host!

First time staying in Indian Rocks as we normally stay in Madeira Beach but wanted to try something different. We loved how low key this property was and how quiet the beach was. The property was much bigger than we expected and was incredibly nice!! They have a beach locker right by the pool which was extremely convenient. They had several chairs, a large umbrella and a canopy which was a very pleasant surprise since we had forgotten ours at home. We did have an issue with the AC but James was quick to reply to my texts and had the full unit replaced so it’s no issue for future renters. We had a great time and hope to stay here again in the future!!

Best vacation!

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with complete peace and serenity...this is the place to be. You walk in the door to a spacious and meticulously clean condo. Then you hit the kitchen and the view will take your breath away. From the balcony you'll encounter a sunset like you've never seen before. I can't believe this is my first time venturing out past the Destin/Panama City areas. It took another 4 hours to get here but it was completely worth it! Now I have to mention the Condo Owner, James. He not only provides the condo with all those necessities you don't think to bring...but he genuinely wanted to ensure our vacation was nothing but spectacular. He kept in touch up till check in ensuring we arrived safely. Then after settled in made sure we had no issues. I texted him to let him know the AC had some ice on it...not because we were burning up but because it didn't cool past 78 and I didn't want him to have an expensive fix later. He checked on us again Sunday regarding the AC. Without even asking...Monday morning he was there (called us first) with an AC repair man and had it completely taken care of. Thankfully it just needed a little freon. To say we had the best stay would be an understatement...we will add 4 hours to our drive just to come back here...not just this area but definitely this condo! I promise you'll get what you paid for!

Great place to stay

Great place and area to stay. The condo was very nice and had no issues durning our stay. The only thing that took a little bit to get use to was hearing the other people walking around their condos.

Beautiful Condo and Location

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week staying at this condo. It was very clean and just as pictured on the website. Communication with James was easy and he was very responsive. The condo comes with almost everything you need and was the most well-stocked place we have ever stayed. The balcony was spacious and had an amazing view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay at the beach.

Wonderful location!

Location is almost everything and this place has it. The condo was well suited and everything working fairly well. The condo is spacious and comfortable. We loved the ocean view, the pool was heated and we had just about everything we needed. No place is perfect - surprisingly I didn’t read about noise, but we had a very noisy experience. Neighbors could be easily heard throughout the day and night next door and above. Heavy walking above and slamming doors. It was frustrating when it interrupted sleep. Overall great stay!

Great get away!

This was our first time to the Indian Rocks Beach area and we will definitely go back! The condo was well supplied and very clean. It is also in a great location. Can't wait to go back!

View was Spectacular

We spent most of our time on the balcony taking in the unobstructed view of the Beach and the Gulf. We could be cooking in the kitchen and still enjoy this fabulous view. The kitchen was huge with lots of prep area. Plenty of seating and well appointed for numerous types of cooking. Host and communication was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Perfect paradise!!

If I could give more stars I would! Beautiful condo that is impressively clean. So many extras were provided - the kids loved the books and the games in the condo. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. There was even a pack and play that is so helpful when traveling with little kids. I cannot even put into words how amazing this condo is and the owners were beyond welcoming and helpful. I am 100% ready to book our next beach vacation!!

Perfect location!

We loved everything about our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is well appointed and very clean. It was just steps to the beach, and we could watch dolphins from the balcony. The area is more relaxed and family friendly. We found several restaurants close by with great service and choices. We will definitely be back!

Amenities galore !! Amazing ocean front!

It’s the small things that count! Though the big things were covered as well. Clean, excellent location, spacious, great oceanfront view. Re the small things, we really appreciated all of the amenities… from plenty of toilet paper, to bar soap, to aluminum foil, beach chairs and umbrellas and on and on it goes ! All we had to buy was our food. Thanks for a great stay, James! The property manager/pool boy (as he called himself) was unnecessarily rude and needs some teaching re how to be a gentleman. Besides him, the trip was absolute perfection !

Great location, clean, amenities

Great location, one floor above beach and pool level. Very clean. Many amenities, including beach towels, beach gear, pool, high quality tp, soap, etc. Loved the large balcony and view. Very roomy. Excellent communication with owner before and during stay. Easy to find. Safe area. We would highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

We have stayed at a few rentals on IRB and this by far was the best. Communication with host was easy, very spacious condo with every possible comfort provided. Large balcony with beautiful views. Definitely will be back.
