Situated next door to the Destiny West tropical lagoon swimming pool, the exercise room, and the tennis courts, our vacation home offers the very best location in Destiny West! Ready for the beach? Take a five minute stroll over to the most beautiful sugar white beach in Destin! A golf cart can be rented from Destin Elite Carts ONLY; you will need to contact them for pricing & availability. They prefer reserving them no less than 3 days prior to check in day.

This private residence offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 10 guests. With its expansive porches and stylish coastal furnishings, this home invites guests to slow down, relax and take in a memorable beach vacation experience.

An inviting entrance leads to a spacious family room with an extra large HDTV, an audio home theatre, and plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The adjoining kitchen is delightfully designed with stainless appliances, granite countertops and provides all the cookware, dishes, utensils and gadgets to please the chef in the group. Our dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating for three. A few details of the main living area include beautifully tiled floors, an HDTV, and access to the front and side porches with outdoor seating and two barbeque grills (charcoal and gas). There is a half bath conveniently located just off the kitchen next to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, and are freshly furnished. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a king bed with fresh linens, a flat panel HDTV, and access to the wraparound balcony with beautiful swimming pool views. Two additional guest bedrooms feature a king bed and two sets of bunk beds (each with a twin over full). The guest bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combination and a generous double vanity. The kids will enjoy the upstairs entertainment area with a flat panel television and access to the balcony. For unexpected guests, there is a queen air mattress provided.

After you have explored the beach, the tropical lagoon swimming pool, the exercise room, and the tennis courts, you may want to venture out a bit. Within short walking distance is the Crab Trap Restaurant offering wonderful seafood and drinks served directly on the beach. There are a million things to do - world class shopping at the Destin Commons, the Big Kahunas water park, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, deep sea fishing charters, and restaurants of every sort.

NOTE: You may bring up to *4 cars to park in the driveway (no street parking). Events such as parties and gatherings are not allowed at this home per the HOA. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
