This beautifully appointed Powder Run residence is perched right over the base area at Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge with the most desirable views of the slopes from your private hot tub or large living room window .
This Deer Valley residence remodeled in 2015 now offers a fashionable high end kitchen with Wolff appliances, custom cabinetry and back splash, new flat screen TV’s and an inviting cozy family room with vaulted ceilings and a loft above with added lodging accommodations. Two Queen master bedrooms feel open and large with tall ceilings and en suite baths, and the loft with three additional twin beds is a great place for additional guests to relax. Ski storage lockers in the building allow for convenient storage in addition to lockers offered at Deer Valley, underground convenient parking with an elevator to your door, and a two minute walk to the lodge and ski school make this truly the most highly sought after lodging location in Deer Valley.

Great Holiday Weekend

Stayed over MLK weekend. Property was very clean and a short walk to the lifts. Hot tub and fresh powder on the mountain made it a great time for our family. Would stay here again.

Amazing location

The property was fantastic but none of us adults or adolescents were able to sleep on the queen bed because the mattress was so hard.

Great place in a great spot!

Our family LOVED the unit and everything we needed was there. Very cozy and great location for easy access to the snow park lodge! Living room was very comfortable as were the bedrooms. Warmed floors in the bathroom and steam shower were nice touches too. My youngest daughter was sad to leave the stuffed animal reindeer who lives there!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Excellent location - the only thing closer would be ski-in/ski-out. Unit can accommodate 8 easily. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are acceptable. The hot tub on the porch overlooking the slopes is a big plus. I would recommend staying here.

Great location and updated features

We really enjoyed the location of this property, just a short walk to Deer Valley base, as well as the steam shower and heated bathroom floors. The kitchen had nice updated appliances and came with everything we needed while we were there. There was just a little maintenance issue with the hot tub, which eventually got fixed by our last night, and if it weren’t for this I would have given it 5 stars. Location, cleanliness, and inside amenities were all top notch.

Very Nice Condo in Deer Valley

Loved the location and even though we weren't there during ski season, this feels like a great location for Deer Valley... this also felt like the best unit in this complex (3rd floor means loft and high ceilings and angled a little more toward the mountain with slightly larger deck for hot tub). Overall, I would recommend this spot for anyone that wants to be close to the base lifts and it was really nice off-season (quiet, easy to get in and out of, etc).

Deer Valley Condo

I did not receive check in email until I called Lespi, when we were 1/2 hour from arrival. We loved the condo and location. The 2 showers could have been cleaned better, as mold/mildew was visible in grout lines.

Great Condo, Perfect Location

We had a terrific Spring Break stay at this property with our two children, ages 9 and 4. The condo was clean and had plenty of extra blankets, fans, humidifiers, towels, and pillows. The location is perfect, roughly a 90 second walk to the Snow Park Lodge - any closer and you would be ski in/ski out. While we were there they had an issue with the oven door in the kitchen but a note was left that it would be repaired shortly and a countertop toaster oven was provided in the meantime. We enjoyed being able to soak in the hot tub near the end of the day and watch those still on the mountain make their last runs down. We would not hesitate to stay here again, it is a well cared for property in a great location, and the online pictures give a great representation of the unit.

Location is the big advantage but lacking basic amenities

There was no oil, salt or pepper or seasonings in the kitchen and communication with the property management team is a pain as you have to call each time which we did but they did not deliver these things at our request. They also seem to skimp out on supplies like toiletries, tissues etc. The location and the quality of accommodation is top notch.
