Family Holiday

Had a wonderful time. House was perfect for our whole family. The pool was a welcomed perk after a long day of sightseeing. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

Great Villa

Very clean,well equipped and amenities in bathrooms very nice touch. Lost pool heat a couple of days! The owner and maintenance had excellent communication with us to solve the problem. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

Great New Find

I placed a booking with another rental who decided to sell their property so had to find a new property, we come across Four Corner, from making the booking, finding out important information and the stay I could not have asked for a better place to stay, it will certainly be a property that I use again in the future thanks Steve for the use and the quick replies to my queries

Great place!!

This was a great place to stay while we were in Kissimmee. It was very centrally located and easy to get everywhere. Multiple choices for meals within a few minutes drive. The house was exactly as in the pictures was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the tub in the 2nd bathroom was very slippery and my mom almost fell. A towel on the bottom of the tub helped solve that problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed

We had stayed at Indian Ridge on our last family visit 13 years ago and really liked the location. It appears to be mostly residential and as such is very quiet, an antidote to the hustle and bustle surrounding the parks. Access to to the Disney parks took at the most 20 minutes, the main highways are all in easy reach. The 192 is only 5 minutes drive away from which you could find all the restaurants and shops required. Another plus was it's location in relation to Celebration, a town we love to visit. The property itself is of an older style, both in looks and furnishings,. The house was very comfortable and appeared to have everything we required and some. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances and utensils although we only used the microwave and oven for warming food, we don't do holidays where we spend time cooking. The main bedroom was very large with a comfortable bed and en suite with a great shower. The pool was a real benefit which we used a few times in-between the attractions. The communication with Steve was excellent, he dealt with any queries or requests promptly, thanks. Should we return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Scammed me into paying fee without consent

We stayed at various houses through Vrbo. We always make sure to be good guests, we leave our last day to cleanup the house, wash the towels, do dishes and leave the house in the same way we got it, and this was no different. We were only 3 guests and barely stayed at the house since we went to Disney almost every day. When we left the host sent me a message saying that I stained his sheets and had to pay for it. Than proceeded to charge my credit card without any agreement saying I left “heavily stained sheets”. When I asked for proof he sent me pictures of a sheet with the most tiniest most ridiculous stain of the size of a bean on a sheet that could easily be washed off. It just feels unfair that after coming back from a vacation I have to deal with calling Vrbo and having to ask for money back after we spent 8 days at this house going above and beyond to be good guests. It honestly feels like a scam to get new sheets. So stay at your own risk of being charged after leaving.

Lovely property - once we got into it

The property was comfortable and well-equipped, surroundings quiet and private. Our only problem was that the property owner forgot to send the code to access the house, and was not responding to phone calls and messages, so we couldn't get in. Luckily, after 3 hours of phone calls from the airport, VRBO arranged a very nice hotel for us overnight and the owner responded the next day. All went smoothly after. that, but it was very stressful at the time, sitting in Orlando Airport thinking we had nowhere to sleep. If you rent this property, make sure to check that all the details have been sent before you set off!

Absolutely delightful

First of all, the pictures do not do this villa justice. It is much more bigger than you think. The beds are comfy & the kitchen is well equipped with the basic necessities. The pool was warm enough to jump in anytime of the day. The tvs have all the streaming apps you need. Wifi was good. The pool table was a hit for adults and teens. Close to Disney, Old town, & H20 waterpark which was fun. So many places to eat and gift shops within 10-15 minute drive. About 45 to 1 hour drive from Orlando Airport. Last but not least we want to thank Steve for being so attentive & reaching out during our stay to make sure we were good. We loved our stay & would definitely stay again. The Rosa's July 2022

FANTASTIC STAY GREAT HOST

Thank you to Steve for the use of his lovely villa. Great correspondence with him and went out of his way to give advice. Villa was so much better than anticipated (photos don't do it justice). Huge rooms, loads of towels, lots of little extras. WiFi worked great. All the beds were very comfortable. Great to have the games room to unwind after a busy day. Quiet estate, 10/15 mins to Disney and 25/30 to Universal. Would definitely return.

Great Location, Clean and convenient

Had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood near everything. Enjoyed the pool table in the garage. My only suggestion would be a DVD player hooked to the large TV in the family room. We really enjoyed the Tree Trek Adventure park right around the corner. Arrive early because if there is lightning, they shut down. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Of course, the Disney parks are close too. Hope to return soon

I don't recommend this property at this time.... you will be disappointed...

This property could have been everything but there was no Wifi working the entire stay and the property manager knew before we arrived. We had to keep running back and forth to Wifi zones to confirm ticket purchases and registrations to attractions and it was awful. The TV's did not work appropriately and we couldn't even stream anything because of Wifi. TV's in guest rooms were tiny and one wouldn't even turn on. The refrigerator handle came off the first time we opened it. The shower curtain literally disintegrated when we pulled it back. The couches were worn out and sunk in. The place really needed to be updated. It just needed some TLC. It felt like we were booked just for the money.

Clean and tidy and in a good location

Everything went really well with our trip to this villa, and we had no significant issues. In particular we were impressed with the cleanliness, it was better than all the villas we have stayed in previously. The pool table was also the best we've seen out of 6 different villas we have visited, though the cushions are dead. My wife and I played 74 games of pool. We didn't use the pool - the weather was a bit too cool for a number of days, so I didn't think it was worth asking for the pool heat. But the pool deck was very clean as well. The pictures on the website are a bit out of date, and don't really do the villa justice. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Orlando Vacation

We spent two weeks in the Orlando area in April 2019. Steve's house was perfect for our stay. It has lots of space, is very private and has all the necessary amenities that met our needs. There are lots of different restaurants close by (5-10 min drive) as well as a large Wal Mart and a large Target supermarket. The location is also convenient for the Disney Parks. Universal is a bit further away (25 - 30 min). All in all I would recommend highly.

we stayed with 2 families (4 persons) in this very nice house Overall our impressions are very good with the only remark for the kitchen equipment The baking pancakes were in very poor conditions, but we mentioned this to the management company they were replaced the same day Also there were only 4 glaces for wine so we bought some ourselves Everything else was fine and we enjoyed staying there and we will recommend this place to others Kind regards, Ad van Dort

nice sized villa in quiet location

We spent a most enjoyable month staying here. good layout, 2 lounges, tv's everywhere and good sized bedrooms. plenty of towels & linen. Good access routes to I4 and 429. enjoyed using the games room but didn't use the pool area although it looked inviting. photos are a true reflection of facility. could do with a few more pans in the kitchen if a large family but this wasn't an issue for the four of us. We would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing holiday & the villa was perfect. Clean, central, quiet & everything we could have wanted. With the added bonus of a private pool. Highy recommend this great place & would definitely book again.
