Villa in Orlando/Davenport with Private Pool in Conservation Area

The house is situated in Sunridge Woods which is an exclusive community of private homes set within a conservation area. This tranquil setting is close to all the attractions.
The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. It also has a large walk in closet, smart TV and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has twin beds and a smart TV. Both have large closets and share the second bathroom, which also has a hairdryer.
The lounge has patio doors overlooking the pool area. It contains two sofas, smart TV, radio/CD player and dining area with table and chairs.
The private swimming pool is fully screened (to keep out bugs, but not the sun!) and comes with pool furniture. The pool is south facing and backs onto a planted area with trees and bushes.
The fully fitted kitchen, includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a table and chairs. A washer and a dryer are located in the double garage. All bedlinen and towels, including pool towels, are provided throughout your stay. There is free wi-fi.

Wonderful property, friendly property manager

Our family and a wonderful time at the property. Property was clean and welcoming and the neighborhood was generally quiet. The pool was great for everyone and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks.

Nice house.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Clean and in a nice quiet area. We were unable to use the pool because the water was too cold but other than that it was really nice.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. Pool was so refreshing after a day of exploring! Nice neighborhood as well. Most early mornings there were ever hot air balloons right outside your door! Host was excellent and very quick to respond to any inquiries! Highly recommended!!

Perfect!

Loved this house and will definitely book again! Location was perfect, close to everything. Our way to the parks was always less than 25 min. Way to get groceries close by, Dollar General 5 minutes away for last minute things. Super clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Pool was awesome. Had an issue with the pool heating not working for the first 2 days but everything was fixed in a timely manner. Both owner and person in charge of the house were awesome and always responsive. 10 ⭐'s.

Wonderful House and Host

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The house was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Beds were very comfortable with extra linens, and pillows in the closet if needed. The bathroom closet was stocked with towels for bathing and pool use. The pool was wonderful. With the temps high while we were down there the pool stayed warm and perfect for relaxing evenings. They had pool floats in the garage for use along with umbrellas. Rain ponchos for use if needed. The host was wonderful. The smoke alarm battery needed to be changed while we were there and the management number was not working due to a change in the phone company. I emailed our host, received a response within a couple of hours, and had the property managers out that evening. Very nice people, courteous, and very welcoming. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Florida. This is the perfect place to call home when on vacation.

Titan drive

I don’t think the management company are really looking after this property, when we arrived the toilet was dirty with urine stains under the toilet seat and hairs on the floor from previous tenants . Outside hadn’t been swept and was crawling with ants, now I understand that ants are a problem here but once the area had been swept and hosed down it wasn’t nearly as bad. The pool wasn’t cleaned before we arrived as the walls were covered with green algae and had spiders at the bottom of the pool , with the result we couldn’t use it. I’m sure it’s more a reflection of the management company than the owners

We had a fantastic stay at Lorraine’s property, the facilities and location are fantastic It was very good value for money, it isn’t a brand new home so isn’t immaculate but is perfectly clean and presentable If we go again we would definitely seek to stay here again

Wonderful villa in perfect location

Excellent communication from Lorraine prior and during our stay. Perfect location and well equipped villa with lots of homely touches. A real home from home. The girls loved the pool and spent many an hour playing in it. Highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back.

wonderful well equipped villa

We had a wonderfully relaxed holiday at this lovely villa. The beds were so comfy and my daughter loved the corner bedroom with daylight flooding in. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the location was quiet and so relaxing. Lorraine communicated really well, and gave us all the info we needed before and during the holiday. We would love to return and recommend to you without hesitation.

Perfect home away from home. Very clean and well maintained. Great place to come home to after a long day at the parks. Would recommend to friends (already have). The owners are wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Overall I would stay again and again at this lovely villa.

Family vacation

We are a family of 5, we stayed in Lorraine's villa for 3 weeks from 8/12/2016 and had a fabulous time. The villas is situated in a quite neighbourhood of similar villas approximately 10 minutes drive from Champions Gate, where there are restaurants, a large supermarket & other shops. The villa is very comfortable & well equipped. Having the wifi, was very useful for planning different things that we wanted to do! We had the swimming pool heated, lovely pool, so relaxing. I would have no hesitations in recommending this villa. Our holiday in Lorraine's villa was hassle-free from start to finish.

Lovely villa in great neighbourhood

First impressions was a lovely spacious and light villa. Everything was immaculately clean and had everything you could want. We stayed for one week and would have like to stay longer. The area is really friendly and quiet and near to shops and attractions. We had one problem which was dealt with quickly by the excellent management company. Loved the pool and master bed really comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to our friends or return if we go back to Florida. Lorraine was easy to deal with and answered our queries quickly. Thank you for our stay

So beautiful loved it, home away from home

It was located in a very nice safe and quiet neighbourhood. Inside the house is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is very clean and the kids loved it. The owners were extremely helpful prior to our holiday. Perfect location for attraction parks, shops and main roads. we are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

Home from home

What a gem of a place to stay. This was our third time renting this villa and we just love it and we call it our home from home. Everything from initial enquiry to arriving to leaving was an example of exactly what and how the top level service can and should be.The Villa is just fantastic, it is spotless, bright, everything and more you could want. Lorraine has set the highest of standards and meets it in every way, what a pleasure and stress free time it is booking this villa I would hope we get to stay again, but it is such a great place it fills up very quickly.. Take my advice, get in quick, you will not be let down...

Perfect!

Thank you once again for an amazing stay at your villa. This was our second visit and we fell in love with the house and Sunridge Woods even more so than the first time around. This really is a home from home and has everything to fulfill your holiday. We spent a lot of time at the house this time around having lazy days by the pool and enjoying all the comforts of the property. The neighbourhood is so friendly and the house is maintained to an excellent standard with all the amenities you could want. We had no problems at all and felt very safe and settled there. Two weeks was not long enough! The owners are a pleasure to deal with, making everything so hassle free. I really cannot express enough what a great place this is and we cannot wait to go back again.

Fantastic villa

Great villa. Great location. Great owners. Great communication. Had a lovely two week stay at Sunridge Woods,the community is so peaceful and very relaxing. Everything was as described and true to the photos. The wifi was great, and the master bed was the most comfiest I'd ever slept in, just what you need after a day in the parks! Thank you Lorraine for letting us stay in your lovely villa. Local facilities are great with a large Publix supermarket and petrol stations nearby and restaurants further down the road at Champions Gate. The Disney parks are a real 20 minutes drive from the house, and you can avoid using I4 too. The back road takes you straight to Highway 192. Being close to I4 though gave us great access to Orlando and beyond with Tampa only 45 minutes away Have booked the villa again for May 2016 our third stay at this lovely villa. Lorraine is very helpful and answers all email queries the same day, even the same hour sometimes!

Lovely Florida vacation Villa

Arrived in Orlando around mid day and found the Villa very easily. Opened the door to find a very homely feel imediately. The Villa is absolutely imaculate and very well equiped with everything you need for your holiday. Outside the pool is a good size and very clean and inviting with plenty of patio furniture. The bedrooms are large and airy with comfortable beds with quality bedding for a good nights sleep. The villa is in a nice quiet part of the Davenport area with the Theme Parks, Resturants and of course the shopping all just a short drive away. Lorraine the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and should be very proud of the villa an the great facilities that it offers, Would I return to this villa, absolutey yes in a heatbeat. Perfect Villa

This is the perfect villa for a holiday in Orlando. We arrived in the middle of the night, were tired from the long journey, found the villa from excellent directions, easily obtained the key and open the door and were instantly wowed by the spaciousness. This villa is perfect. It is very clean, well equipped and is in a quiet location (with lots of wildlife including cranes and a tortoise), but within an easy drive to all the attractions and really close to shops and restaurants. The air conditioning kept the villa nice and cool, and the ice-maker was great for a G&T by the pool after a busy day at the theme parks. Two week stay at Sunridge Woods Villa with Pool

We have rented this villa previous times in the past, and therefore knew what to expect and we were not disappointed, the villa was as good as we remembered, a lovely peaceful and relaxing home from home with all mod cons, everything you could possibly need. The villa is in a fantastic quiet non-tourist residential area, but also only a 15 minute or so drive to many of the main attractions, really giving you the best of both worlds. All the information we needed upon arrival was provided within the property, general tips and sightseeing information. There are plenty supermarkets, restaurants and shops very nearby to stock-up on essentials upon arrival. The villa itself is lovely, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and fresh with fantastic bedrooms and bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and garage with washing machine facilities is also ideal. There is nothing better after a hot busy day visiting the attractions to return to the villa and relax in the lovely pool to the rear of the property, which is very quiet, secure and secluded. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to everyone, especially great for families - we have two primary school age children, and we cannot wait to book our return trip for our next stay! During our stay we visited Disney World (only 15 mins away) Universal Studios, Seaworld, Animal Kingdom and also Legoland Florida all of which are only around 30 mins drive away. Fantastic shopping can be found at Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, premium outlets and international Drive, to name but a few!

Perfect place

This place exceeded our expectations. It was actually nicer than in the pictures :) The location is great, close to amenities and to the interstate to the parks, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, the pool was heated at the perfect temperature and all appliances worked perfectly. There are even beach chairs that you can take with you if you go to the beach, tupperwares, beach towels and a little beach drink cooler. It just felt like a beautiful home... we actually did not want to leave ;). The owner was very pleasant to deal with and the company which manages the property in the States is super efficient. Great value for your money.

Just Fabulous!

We came across this villa after receiving a response from the villa owner, Lorraine, to our email to all villa owners as we were looking for a getaway for just the two of us. Lorraine was so helpful and accommodating and made us feel very at ease about booking the villa. We certainly weren't disappointed when we arrived! We fell in love with the villa immediately. It was everything and more than we saw in the photos and we had a fantastic stay. The bed was so comfortable, the pool deck was perfect and the villa had everything you could want. The location was perfect, close to the I4 and local amenities. One of our initial concerns was that Sunridge Woods isn't a gated community but we need not have worried. It's a really lovely residential area and so quiet. It really is like you are living in your own home, not renting someone else's. Don't hesitate to book this villa, you'll get great service from start to finish and hopefully you will have a fabulous stay just like we did!

Fantastic villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Your villa For a 3 bed villa, it is extremely spacious and has a light and airy feel. We loved relaxing in front of the tv after a long day at the parks and the sofa's are so comfy I often fell asleep! The beds were very comfortable too and we slept really well. free WiFi and phone calls really added to the experience. The villa owner Loraine was extremely helpful beforehand always answering my emails promptly and sent a great information pack in the post with a great map. The highlight for us has to be the location,sunridge woods we just love the community so quiet and relaxing and just a short drive to disney world.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and have booked again for September 2015 Cleanliness [5] Villa Management [5] Location [5] Value for Money [5] Overall Impression [5]Date of Stay: September 2014

Good location!

We booked this property last minute and as this was the first time booking a house rather than a hotel, we were a little anxious, however I must say the house is situated in a lovely quite and well kempt area which is exactly what we were hoping for. The pool was glorious and we enjoyed it a lot! The house was a good size and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, sheets & home comforts provided and it was nice to have beach chairs & a cool box available for our trip to the beach. The house is about 5min drive from a supermarket, papa johns pizza and walgreens. Chilis restaurant is about a mile away and is really good. The location for attractions is convenient and all in all we had a fabulous time even though it rained a few times. Finally, dealing with the owners was a pleasure, they were very helpful and informative, we had a little problem with the phone when we arrived and I emailed the owners and had a very quick response. We hope to go back again soon.

We had booked a fly-drive holiday 20 years ago and were staying in the property when a "For sale" was erected outside. We loved the location, which is very quiet, and private, so ended up buying it! It is situated on a corner plot with trees, hedges and a fence at the rear, hedges one side and a fence the other side. Its very relaxing but also close to the attractions, shops and restaurants. We love it!

A local management company takes care of the property for us. They arrange for the grass to be cut regularly and the pool to be cleaned weekly and will answer any queries or attend to any issues you may have.

When you book, for health safety and licensing reasons, we will send you a form to complete which asks for the lead persons name, address and contact details and the names of the other people staying in the house (including children). On payment of the balance we will send you a welcome pack which gives you the directions to the house from the airports, the access code to the key box, contact details of our property manager, safe code and other information about the house and local area.
